Katia blushed softly at the gesture, smiling to him as she sat down. "Thank you, Daire. You are so kind." Pushing her straw into the lid of her drink, she took a sip and sighed happily. "You're the first person I have fully met here. I hope that other experiences will be as nice."

"You're welcome.." Daire said with a smile as he moved to sit down. "You're the first person I've run into since my sister and I have been back in The Underground, but when we were here before all the people that I came across were all quite nice.." He continued as he picked up his drink and plate from the tray, and handed Katia hers before moving the tray off to the side.

Katia smiled brightly, nodding. "That gives me high hope to have similar experience," she spoke, taking a bite of her lo mein. "This is delicious," she spoke, glancing to Daire in contained excitement.

"I guess we got lucky..." Daire said with a laugh, taking a bite of his own food and swallowing it before continuing "Mall food is usually kind of hit or miss... it can either be really good or really bad. Lucky for us, you picked a good one..."

"I am happy that this is tasty," Katia spoke. "I did not know the quality is good or poor depending on location," she continued, taking a bite of her chicken. She chewed slowly, letting out an approving sigh.

"It's really kind of the same as with normal resturants..." Daire said before taking a sip of his drink "Some are really good, some are okay, and some are really bad..."

"When I was in Russia, we did not go out for food often. We would go to market and buy things to make for home, since my mother was such good cook. My sister, too," she spoke, taking a bite of food. "So I have not had too much food prepared by strangers."

"It was the complete opposite in my house growing up.." Daire said with a bit of a laugh "we're all quite terrible cooks, so we ate a lot of take-out and premade stuff.." he continued before taking a bite of his chicken.

Candycane Scartissue "Oh, I don't know," Miyoko giggled, turning to give Hedon a smile. "I don't think I need anything, but then again, need and want are very different..." she trailed off, giving him an inscrutable look, "aren't they?"
Hedon nodded, agreeing with Miyoko. "Is there anything you want then?", he asked curiously, wanting to know more about the woman. Hedon thought some on what kind of gelato he'd like to have, as he watched Miyoko.

"Well then, you must have a good home cooked meal some time. You wish to see my place when I settle in, to have this meal?" Katia asked, looking to Daire with rather glossy eyes. The thought of him coming over for dinner made her giggle like a school girl, her cheeks flushing slightly.
Miyoko tilted her head, wondering to herself what sort of things she might want to buy. Deciding on peppermint ice cream, being her mother's daughter, she clasped her hands behind her back, looking to Hedon once again. "I think I may want some new knickers."

Hedon raised a brow at the woman, rather surprised by her response. Shrugging, he tried his best not to imagine the woman modeling them. Hedon rubbed the back of his neck and cleared his throat, "Ahem, well.. I mean, that's fine.. If you'd want to.. pick some up", Hedon tried his best to be a gentleman, he didn't want to scare Miyoko off, but this definately made it harder on him.
((Did anyone pick up on that joke? Heh-heh.))

Miyoko looked at him with rather wide, vibrant eyes. "If you wouldn't mind wandering around with me. But, of course, that's up to you. Oh, if you even wanted to hang out with me more," she rambled cutely, blushing somewhat at her clumsy words. "I'll try not to make you nervous or upset, maybe, going into girly stores. You can even stand outside if you want. I know my brothers prefer to when mum takes us all shoping." She nodded to him, licking the melted ice cream strands from the side of her cup after it was handed to her.

Hedon ordered his mango italian ice, after seeing the clerk was getting impatient with him. Eating a spoonful of the ice, he grinned to the woman. "Oh, no- that's fine. I don't mind, as long as you don't", he said. Hedon tried to push the image further out of his mind by paying special attention to his tasty treat. "How's yours?", he asked.

"I don't mind at all!" Miyoko exclaimed, taking another bite of her ice cream. Letting out a sigh, she smiled to him. "It's delicious. Care to try it?" she asked, offering him a spoonful of the soft white ice cream.

"I would like that..." Daire smiled. "Abby cooks at the boarding house sometimes, but it's not always very good... she tries though.." he gave a bit of a laugh.
