Jenn was just starting to dismount when she heard a question being raised by another trainer. Looking over, she was surprised to find it was Nina, who she'd lost track of sometime during the morning. "Well, if you melt sand it turns into glass, so perhaps if we completely melted the boulders down we would just have a lot of glass to deal with, or just a lot of softer, partially molten rock if we couldn't get it's melting point high enough. If it did turn to glass, we'd still have a problem of a lot of breakable and pointy glass though." She said, hoping to answer the other girl's question.

Standing up after piling another rock onto the purple-group fellow's blanket, she hoped it was a good, strong one that wouldn't tear an leave him without. Close to civilization again or not, that would be a pain.

With a sigh and a short stretch, she was back to work. Think of the hotel room in Motterossa. Think of the bath you can take there. Think of the fresh change of clothes in your bag. Keep working.

"That'd probably just make them hotter...then no one could pick them up, so probably not a good idea..." Luna piped up from her pidgeot above. She could have easily just flown over the landslide, but it'd be rude to leave the trainers behind.

She picked up a pokeball from her pocket and released it onto the ground. ChuChu shook her fur and stretched, glad to be out of the crammed ball.

"Rai!"

"Hey ChuChu, could you help on clearing the rocks?"

"Chu! Raichu!" The raichu shot its trainer a small salute and began to use her strength to lift up some of the heavier boulders. Of course, it made a strange sight: a tiny 1 foot raichu carrying off boulders twice her size.

Breaks were few and far between as they all wanted to get out of this mess quickly, but during a brief one Danny said, "I'm Danny, by the way." His blanket was starting to look a little worse for wear. It had grass stains on it and leaves stuck to it. Here and there some very small holes had been torn but nothing too serious. It would definitely need some washing before going back to being a blanket.

Tyg was greatful that someone approached, "Yes my luxio Peanut was running with us and I lost sight of her," she replied. Though her heart was racing the watcher forced herself to calm down. There was work to be done. "Yeah, as we work she'll find her way or someone will see her."

Peanut worked her way through the confusion of pokemon and trainers as they began to work on the mountain of rock. She'd been bowled over by one of the tauros and lost track of Tygress and Roddy. She was ok just dirty and worried. Where's my Tyg? she growled, tail lashing and sparking. As an Onix rumbled by she jumped out of the way ended up clinging to a tree.

Tyg turned at Rachel's words and indeed there was a luxio in a tree and it was "Peanut!!" Tyg called out and ran over. The reunion was a bit of a shock with the electric feline all worked up but she seemed to be ok. "You should rest, I dunno what happened but you're even more of a mess than the rest of us."

"Luxx.. iooo luxio." You would too if you were run over by a tauros and almost an onix.

Tyg sat for a minute to assure herself that Peanut was indeed ok, and then released the rest of her team other than Sprain, not much a ghost pokemon could manage in the current situation. "Ok gang lets get to work helping dig through this mess. On the other side is our destination!"

"All right, Etna. We may or may not have been cosmically responsible for this, so the least we can do is help out, right?"

"Oniiiiiix."

"Right. Put me down, first."

Etna lowered Robin to the ground, and he scrambled off, violin case under his arm. He stood back and directed her toward the gigantic rock pile, dredging up from his memory the moves that an Onix would know. "Etna, use Strength, and, and Rock Throw! Get them out of the way, move them to the side. Just don't hit anyone, and don't start another rockslide. All right?"

With a rocky rumble, the Onix nodded in assent and set to work alongside the other Pokemon.

"Looks like we could all use a morale boost, as well," the musician murmured to himself. Drawing Elizabeth lovingly out, he set the violin case down beside him – conspicuously open, in case anyone had spare change they didn't mind donating to the arts. Robin positioned the violin beneath his chin, set the bow atop it, and dove into a cheerful, rhythmic jig.
