Michael never before had felt the warmth of a womans embrace. He blushed uncontrolably. His own mother had not held him before as Carly was doing. Michael held her to him, "Crying should only be tears of joy and not sorrow." "It would break whatever is left of my heart to see them on your face," he added softly speaking in her ear. He might not have done this before but he acted similtaniously like a reaction. Michael as if he was melting into her, her warmth soothed him. He loved every minute that she was in his arms, it brought him happiness beyond any battle ever could have. He didnt think of his rival or anything for that matter, he only thought of Carly.

His words cause Carly to not let her tears fall, but caused a smile to spread on to her face
"The last thing i want to do is break your heart, trust me," she said, moving her head out of his chest to speak.
"I dont know why you haven't been shown this sort of compassion before...you are such a wonderful man, I never want to let go, I never want to leave...i fear that if i let go of you...you may disappear....like the other who said they cared for me."
During this moment it felt like the Earth has stop its spinning, and the wind stood perfectly still.....it was a moment that seemed to only consist of her and Micheal.

Michael wanted to kiss her as she said this, "I wont disappear, I promise if you want to see me I will show as soon as I hear it. My heart has never been broken by a woman besides my mother for abandoning me, I was cold hearted and routhless till my adopted father taught me to care, I thank him for that, cause if I had been as I was, I may never had felt like this around you." He held her tight and close to him, never wanting to let go. Michael's wind sturred around her and him. He subsided it. It hadnt done that before, but then again he never felt like this either. "I cant believe that such beauty exists in this wreched world, I have fallen hard," he said this heasitantly. His heart beated hard through his chest, his breaths were soft and short.

Carly stood on her tippy-toes, and gently pressed her lips against his without thinking. She felt the world stop, all that she thought about was her lips on his. Suddenly her happines crashed. Was Micheal going to be mad? Angry? She couldn't stand if she did that against Micheals will. When she pulled her lips away she couldn't dare to look into his eyes.....she fear what she might find.

Michael was shocked to feel her lips touch his. He felt sad when they left his. He quickly reconnected his lips to hers, he loved the feel of her lips and his united. His words were no use, his actions said it all. Michael couldnt open his eyes as he continued to kiss the angel lips connected to his. His heart still beat like drums, and his breath seemed to stop. Michael felt the wind, world and everything had stopped and all that mattered was her to him. His lips still attached to hers he could hear her heart beat as he held her close.

Carly happily realized that Micheal was obviously anything but mad when she found his lips once again upon hers. She smiled into the kiss, she just loved how it felt. As she held onto his shoulders she could feel his very spirit, jumping around inside his body....she loved the thought that she made it react so. Her tail happily swished back and forth, and she opened her eyes slightly to look at him
'Hes gorgeous,' was exactly what she thought.

Michael continued kissing her, loving her soft delicate lips against his. He was reder than the rose he had given her yesterday. He felt as light as the very wind he could control. Michael opened his eyes and gazed into hers. He wanted to see her, her beauty exceeded any he had ever seen. His lips slowly parted from hers, and he spoke softly, "now that was a gift above all gifts." Michael still remained red and could not take his eyes off of Carly. Never wanting to either.

She walks onto the playground and sees a couple kissing.She fears she is interfering and quickly turns around.She looks back behind her."Hey thats Michael Cid's friend."Midnight looks at her,"Shino I still think you shouldnt be up and around after what happened."She just sighs and trys to smile.She is clearly still weak,"Hey.....Midnight.Maybe I should ask him where Cid is?"Midnight blushes,"I wouldnt want to distrub him."

Carly stared into his beautiful eyes
"The best gift....it was wonderful.."
Through her light touch on his shoulder she loved the feeling of his energetic spirit rushing around his body, it made her feel closer to him then she could ever imagine. Just knowing that he was now there for her made her heart speed up almost to the point where she thought it would leap from her chest.
"I'll always be here for you......when ever you need me. I just want you to know that," she said to him, all of her emotions coming out through her eyes.

Michael stood there holding her, lost in her eyes. Nothing mattered, everything he ever knew didnt matter. He was speechless for awhile to her kind words. He loved the softness of her voice and tone it took, like the voice of angels, soft sweet and everlasting. His mind swirled as a tornado of thoughts rushed through his head. Michael then spoke softly, "I will protect you for as long as I live, even if I die trying, I will do it." Michael never meant those words more now than ever in his life. He could feel his heart race till it felt like it had stopped altogether.

Carly's heart stopped beating, and she felt her face pail. Just the thought of him dying made her nervous.
"I will make sure you dont die....we will protect each other. Giving your life for me would be pointless. Since without you...I have nobody. Without you....its like i already died"
She hugged him once again, making sure she could feel his heart beating...a symbol that he was still alive and still with her.

Michael heart still beat with in his chest, hard and fast like thunder. His thoughts all came back to him and stopped spinning in his head. Michael held her tight, "I wont die then, as long as I have you I will live on." The wamrth of her against him could make him drop his sword and stop fighting anytime. He didnt know what layed ahead of him and what he could expect but he knew only one thing, that he wanted to face it with her, together. Michael put his head against her hair, it smelt beautiful, and felt so soft against his chin.

Hatsu scanned the area with her cold black eyes.
A playground....How charming.
She stepped lightly over to the tree and looked up at the branches the hung over her.She reached up to grab an apple but missed it by a foot.Again she tried, this time jumping up but still no luck.Hatsu frowned.
This is no good.
She looked around and saw a broken branch on the ground.she picked it up and used it to swat at the apple she wanted.

Carly chuckled a bit
"Well then, i'll just have to make sure i dont die anytime soon then," she said with a smirk. "If my heartbeat will keep you alive i will gladly comply."
Her wolf ears twitched a bit as his face moved in her hair, giving him a little tickle with the fur tips. She wasn't a big fan of death talk, especially when it was about the few people who actually cared about her her llifetime. Thinking about his death made her want to break down and sob, but as his face leaned into her hair she felt at peace.
"So.....that smell good?" She asked him with a bit of a laugh.
