I thought that the power was in 9 and that she wasn't gonna give those powers away...

Shadow smiled to himself as he looked out from the floor of the dojo and saw that 9 had returned. He decided that it was time to play. A resonant voice emerged from the floor even as a hand rose to just within sight and began making a series of hand signals in time with the chanting. "Tri'toth krelana's sintoch. Elucian karashi sudoco la'ka'reht shi'te'lach. Vo'loth te krelana's sintoch-elitian." With the final word the hand was laid flat against the floor and Shadow rose from it grinning even as a series of red lines traveled from his fingertips to form a circle between him and 9.
Hey 9 play with my new friend will you? I need to know if he's strong.
From the circle arose a lean demon with long fangs and gangly arms and legs tipped with six inch claws on each finger and toe. The demon looked around blindly before sniffing and gnashing it's teeth as it released an incredibly high pitched shriek that ranged into the super sonic.
Shadow then turned to look at Xol and said with a grin. As for you Xol. I've been looking to duel you again since I changed. Care for a match?

"I don't know what your talking about Xol.. and swords are gone. I know hold the powr the once laid inside the blade. And I haven't fallen for anything Xol.
9 said in a low deadly voice.
I hope he's wrong she tought to herself before turning to Mastou

::Matsuo saw what Shadow was doing and quickly drew out Heaven's Creation case 9 needed help in anyway. The silver blade shining with a great intense white aura, showing its angelic properties::

9 looked to the demon then to Shadow.
"Let me out Shadow...."
9 pulled two daggers as she quickly moved away from the thing.

Xol turned his gaze from 9 to Shadow, his grin fading as he tilted his head slightly. "I really have nothing better to do...so why not." He shrugged, placing a hand behind his back. A heavy sound of metal sliding against metal is heard as he unsheaths Einlanzer and let's it dangle loosely at his side. "I do hope you don't think that the powers bestowed upon you by Nazgoth are going to be a deciding factor in this battle." He said in an acidic tone, tapping the blade on the ground nonchalantly.
He turned his head to the side and turned his gaze on 9, keeping his senses on Shadow. "I would truly like to see this, "power" you hold inside you. And you are a bigger fool that I first thought if you let Tysrais get to you. Time will tell..." He grinned, turning back to Shadow.

Shadow chuckled as he drew his bone katana and replied to Xol. Nazgoth gave me nothing but knowledge. I used the fool and killed him. My power is my own and it's something I've built up. You are merely the perfect test to see what I need to work on. With that Shadow held his katana low and to his left with his right hand on the lower section of the pommel and held across his body. Now Xol let's have some fun. He said with a secretive chuckle. He had brought a little surprise with him for some fun.

"As you wish Shadow..." He said as his lips curled up into a demonic grin.
Xol dashed forward at his foe, sending a sharp slash at his left side. This was more a diversion then anything as he dissapeared in a blur of movement in the mometum of the swing. He appeared to Shadows right, stabbing towards his leg with the rest of the blades momentum and sending a compact punch towards his jaw with his left fist.

::Matsuo nodded and stepped next to 9 awaiting the first movements of the demon, dropping low matsuo was in the shadows and her blade was on the inside close to her chest, her left arm out and her hand pointing striaght up, her thumbcurved slightly::

Shadow shot backwards with out moving his feet as they instead merged with the floor and carried him back in the same manner he travelled through the earth, as Xol attacked and as he moved back he slashed his katana up at Xol's left wrist. Even as this happened the wall nearest them shot three small foot long spears at Xol's side. Shadow was smiling as the battle was joined.
The demon a blind minion from a pit where fear and self-loathing were food moved slightly and as it did it's image seemed to shift and there was a flash of blackness. When it disappeared David lay in the demons place unconcious and breathing shallowly.
