Mr. Crawley [ Just Another Face ] Mr. Crawley The most valuable thing I've learned so far today. Is forced-relaxation. Howdewhatty? It enables greater flexibility while making the muscles stronger Example. Toe touching stretch. (for hamstrings) Bend over at the hip to the point where you feel you cant stretch anymore. Contract all of your muscles (yes including the body part you are stretching) and just breathe for a bit. (don't let up on the stretch) After some time your muscles will get tired.. with an exhale.. relax yourself.. you should notice that you are a little lower than before. Tense up... get tired.. relax.. slightly lower again repeat.. until you are tired.
We do that in Dance/Pilates 3nodding
For pilates though, you keep building on the tension you're carrying with every rep, making you hold your core harder for longer and then finally you release. You feel as if you could melt into the floor LoL

And a side not 'bout the drama with Vahn 'n Sierra.
It reminds me of some James Bond thing. Hero goes off, gets beat up, pretty nurse and him get it on. James Bond goes back to his real "lover" and get smacked once she finds out.

Kichiro Oda And a side not 'bout the drama with Vahn 'n Sierra. It reminds me of some James Bond thing. Hero goes off, gets beat up, pretty nurse and him get it on. James Bond goes back to his real "lover" and get smacked once she finds out. That's part of the appeal. Also, then there is extra gossip to go around.
