Because of Toriyama's art style. I immediatly think Dragonball whenever I see a Dragon Quest charactor. His style is unmistakable.

Jerzeeboii I still have to capture Articuno, and Moltres. neutral I ran into Zapdos by accident while EV training. xd U must be playing Platinum, they r runners on there...I'm glad Articuno is not a runner on SS. U saw wut I said the other day right? I was EV training Mightyena by surfing for Goldeens in the water, and I accidentally ran into Entei ON THE WATER!

Sort of don't interest me much.
So I just left them there, and only reason I ran into Zapdos was cause I EV training speed....and he was like...standing there looking lonely. So why not? xd
Also finding Entei in water, is pretty badass. 3nodding
