"So, this is how it's going to be, huh? I guess every man has his price," Morgan growled, watching with disdain as Carlos switched sides.
"And when you make a deal with the devil, that price is your soul, apparently. Hey, Mags. You can take these enhancements, and... Well, I was going to say something, but that wouldn't be very nice," he added, still glaring at both him, and the traitor.
"Victoria, let me try this. You might want to stand back," he said, walking over to the room's door. He placed his hands in front of him, facing the cold metal of the door. "One battering ram, coming up."
With that, he thrust his hands forward, slamming a concentrated force blast into the door. It groaned under the pressure, bending inward, but refused to budge any further. "So, all this talk of choice, and you won't even let us leave? You are a lying b*****d."

Kevin was ready to move out when he saw that the door wouldn't open it got him a little mad. Then he saw Carlos switch sides. He didn't know Carlos extremely well, but he continued him his friend. Had Kevin actually lost a friend? There was no time to worry about that now. Kevin and the others had to find a way to get out of this place. The door wouldn't budge as shown by Morgan's attempt, so there was no use summoning SBen to break through (Kevin can now summon his Bens, but not the beserker ones). He looked around for Nightcrawler because he could telport them out of here, but Voctoria sent him to get the Profesor. Kevin didn't know how they were going to leave. Then he thought of something. "How about we all attack the door together."

Her powers hissed and screamed as her anger suddenly rose. How could he… Narcissa’s eyes went flat as Victoria attempted to leave and she was blocked. Indeed, the sun child had been more than willing at that point to just gather their own and leave. Not now… Not after Carlos’s wonderfully blatant words. Couldn’t he even look at them? Look at those he had -betrayed- for Magneto’s gift? ‘I hope you’re happy…’ The light and energy that crackled in her skin and hair left her hands as an outlet with a vengeance. Her aim had remained point blank at Magneto until the last moment, in which it switched towards the machine that had begun all these games. Her solar energy would cut through metal like butter and make it an unrecognizable lump of nothingness. The door was of little consequence. It might take time... But it was not an impossible hurdle.. Stone and rock offered little resistance, and as such she worried little for a stray shot..
“If he wants his little asteroid Sanctuary in one bloody piece he’ll let us out…”, Narcissa hissed loudly, her body humming with energy. A livewire conduit, she only hoped that none of her teammates got in her way. A full blown powerhouse, with more than enough energy to spare, Narcissa was volatile. The others couldn’t steal their ‘ride’ because they couldn’t get out. They were just as trapped. The ‘losers’ only had to wait for Kurt to come back after he had gathered the Professor, and they could teleport outside the doors that trapped them. Her golden hawk eyes leveled on Carlos and Magneto as she scent of melted metal reached her nostrils as the Genetic Enhancer was assaulted.
“So you’ll fight us?”, her voice was stone cold as she directed it at not the Master of Magnetism, but at her former shadow skipping team mate. “Just so we’re all sorts of clear… You’ll fight us. You’ll fight me…”, her words trailed off lightly, waiting for an answer, one way or another… Though she couldn’t help but hope for a negative… After his speech however, and his extended hand to someone who had historically caused so much trouble... Narcissa knew her hope was in vain. He had been her friend, like Aaron, He had listened to her... Talked to her. Treated her normally... His switching sides, despite her indifferent tone hurt her...

{Thank you, Angel Reaver. You've just given me the perfect opportunity to start bringing this plotline to a close.}
Magneto was ready to brace himself for the incoming blast, but was not prepared, however, for what happened next. The beam of pure energy changed directions, and headed towards the Enhancer instead. And while Magneto was unprepared for this, it's doubtful that anyone was prepared for what happened next.
Raze interposed himelf between the machine and the blast. And he took the full brunt of it without so much as batting an eyelash. The one who had been silent through nearly this entire ordeal had finally chosen his moment to act.
His entire body was aflame, and two massive wings of energy sprouted from his back. He was quite a sight to behold, both beautiful and terrifying at once. Like gazing upon a god.
"Enough," he said, his voice little more than a whisper, but more powerful than a shout. "All of you, enough! You lied to me. You said that no one would be hurt. You said that you would allow them to leave if they wanted to," he added, turning to Magneto.
"This Enhancer has brought nothing but discord and suffering to my friends. You have brough nothing but discord and suffering. And I'm going to end it, NOW."
With that single word, the energy emanating from Raze's body began to expand, melting and twisting the metal beneath him, and warping the door to the Enhancer. He turned his gaze upon Magneto, who despite his immense powers, actually seemed to be afraid.
The whole asteroid began to shake, lights flickering and even exploding in some instances. Around Raze, the flames continued to swirl and glow, beginning to take a vaguely avian shape.
Morgan continued to pound against the door, even though he was sure that his efforts were in vain. "Come on, where's the elf when you need him?" he muttered, tugging the few X-Men near him as far from the growing firestorm as possible.
As if on cue, he heard the familar BAMF, and caught a whiff of brimstone. Kurt was now standing next to Morgan, holding the Professor's limp form over his shoulder. "Kurt, get the professor to whatever you guys used to get here. Things are going to get really ugly, and I don't plan on sticking around to get barbequed," Morgan said, turning to the fuzzy blue one. Nightcrawler nodded, and dissapeared in another puff of smoke and brimstone.

Jillann up to this point had tried to stay out of the fighting. She had already fought enough today, she just wanted to relax but obviously she couldn't here. When the battle started to affect the surroundings she got her self out of the way fast. she turned back to see Raze starting to melt everything and then the ground was shaking 'ok earthquake do not happen on asteroids' it didn't take more than a second to realize that the asteroid was apparently falling apart. She went to the closes brotherhood member she recognized (Zion). "What the hell do we do to get out" she said trying not to sound as scared as she was.

Kevin watched as Narcissa attacked the machine. Then to his surprised, Raze had jumped in fornt of the blast. Raze looked angry, and Kevin knew Magneto was getting what he desrved. But they had to get out of this place now. Kevin decdided to make SBen. The little creature ran up to the door and started to wail on it. Kevin hoped that would at least help a little. He watched on as the door was being pounded and the place was shaking and thenat Raze.

Just as she stood imaging the best way to dismantle the mutant microwave to shreds, someone, she assumed it was Narcissa, decided to take action. Out of the corner of her eye she saw it, a beam of light speeding across the length of the room. At first it was headed directly for Magneto, and it was all Victoria could do to keep from applauding Narcissa's aim when the beam made a sharp turn and crackled in the toward the genetic enhancer. Weather that was intentional or not, Victoria did not know, but she was sure, that the 'new' Raze who blocked the path of the solar flare knew exactly what he was doing.
Horrific was the only way to describe the current scene. Raze, standing there, blocking the blot of energy, the great crimson flames rising from his body, the genetic enhancer melting, yes, melting behind him and last but not least, the quaking of Asteroid M beneath them. All of these event unfolded within the last few seconds, making now more then ever the time to leave.
Unfortunately, the door was still shut tight. Magneto undoubtedly had a death grip on the damn thing. Kurt had just returned and left again with the Professor, and it could be moments before he returned. Precious moments that they could not afford to lose. Thinking quickly, she re-approached the door. She was sure there was a way around it...
((Yo Sith, do you think that a certain Street Fighter combo could take down the door?))

Morgan eyed the door once more. Hopefully, he and Victoria were thinking along the same lines of how to bust through this thing. He remembered something he'd said earlier, at the battle that had led to them being brought here. Ever play Street Fighter?
"Hey Victoria, you never answered my question earlier. Have you ever played Street Fighter?" he asked, grinning. He could only hope that Victoria was following the same train of thought.

Victoria's attention was immediately drawn away from the unmovable door in front of them to Morgan as he asked, once again, if she had ever played Street Fighter. Of course she had played Street Fighter. Who, in their right mind, hadn't played Street Fighter? But why, she thought, ask a question like this when their lives were so close from ending.
She looked at him, just about ready to remind him of that, and the fact that he was crazy when comprehension finally dawned. Looking once again to the door blocking the way to freedom, she smiled as she picked up on his train of thought.
"Yeah," she said, nodding in response to Morgan's question.

Carlos only watched as the light show began. He didn't need to stop anything wasted efforts for a machine that could possibly re constructed. He answered Narcissa's queston quite bluntly as he dusted himself off from onfalling dust and minor debris from what Raze was doing. " I don't want to fight you guys... but if I have to... and for all your concerns all your ideal... your far more distructive now then Magneto." He noted the last part nodding his head towards Raze as his eyes glowed that eerie red glow. From his shadow the black negative psychic energy started seeping out and formed tendrils which hit the energy field Raze was creating and slowly grew onto it and spread across its surface. Carlos wasn't attacking nor was he trying to hurt Raze. More or less if anyone knew what he was doing it was Narcissa. He was trying to contain Raze, have his own energy eat as much of what the kid was generating to stabalize it and keep destruction to the minimal....
"Magneto... Get out or atleast let them go. I can't garantee I can stope him he's beyond my containment methods..." Carlos wasn't bluffing as Raze was pusging his Tendrils off slightly. Carlos concentrated evenly as he tried to wrap Raze completely in a black bubble.

Dairus, trying to stay out of this mess, had kept in a corner trying to blow his now white hair out of his eyes. He felt the ground shake and raze melting every thing even what he was trying save. He quickly noticed a group of x-men grouping up to a door. 'Yea i think it time to get out of here 'he though running after the group.

As SBen pounded, Kevin heard Victoria and Morgan talked and thought they had a plan and didn't know if he was in the way. "Um, do guys have a plan and want SBen to stopwalking the door and get out of the way." Kevin then looked back at his strong friend trying to break open the door while either one of them responded.

Narcissa growled underneath her breath as Raze got in the way of her attack, only to reel back faintly as the horrific tendrils began to leap from him, taking care of the machine for her. Hell, if she had known he was going to destroy it, she should have kept her aim for Bucket Head. Asteroid M buckled, and Narcissa nearly stumbled. As her head whipped about to catch Carlos’ response, she felt her scowl deepen. She recognized what he was doing to Raze, he had done it for her. Although with her own will and concentration they had been able to successfully contain her outburst… Yet Raze seemed rather intent on letting destruction run rampant, and control was not an issue.
“You really don’t get it, do you?”, she called to Carlos as she side stepped a rock that fell from the ceiling, the visible heat she emitted causing it to deform as it grew too close to her. A dersive snort left her as a hawkish glare found her former team mate. She would never be more destructive than Magneto. All that had come to pass had been because -he- had set the wheels in motion.. “All of this? This is nothing… This place, that machine. But whatever you do for him, or what he does to your mind will stay with you forever…”. With that she turned from him, focusing more on getting out of the crumbling Sanctuary. As angry as she was, dying was not something that was on her top list of priorities.
Frowning, waited to see what plan Victoria and Morgan had concocted. Cycling the residual energy that she had through her system, the air around her began to cool slightly as she focused, trying to keep from burning anyone around her…

"Eitehr or." Lizz said with a shrug. "Or whichever we happen across first." She stopped feeling the whole place start to shake. "That's....not....a good sign." She said slowly to Damion and Zion. "Let's double time it to the exit. I want to see a space sunset but I'd rather not be floating in space when I see it." She said starting to pick up her pace.

"Alright then, follow my lead," Morgan said, drawing both his hands back. "Kevin, get out of the way."
"Shinkuu...." he growled, a small sphere of force energy swirling about between his palms. "-HADOKEN!!" he exclaimed, whipping his hands forward like he had done earlier, when the Brotherhood had attacked the Mansion, though this time, the energy was directed at the door.
The small sphere of energy expanded rapidly, into a tree-trunk thinck cylinder of force. Provided Victoria launched her attack at the same time, the door probably wouldn't be standing for much longer.
Meanwhile, the firestorm known as Raze was still growing in strength, though this time, he was directing a bit more of that force towards repelling Carlos's attempts at containment. "Fool. You can't hold me," he said, giving off a burst of energy that fully repelled the black bubble beginning to form around him.
Even Magneto was trying in vain to contain Raze, throwing mass after mass of metal at him, only to have it melt away before it even got close to Raze. "You're pathetic. You claim to have power, but look at you."
{At this point, Raze had almost god-like power. And it's all part of the plotline, so don't worry.}
