She looked towards the throne, holding her dress in place. she then decided hovering would be a lot faster, her wings took her a few inches off the ground she fell a couple feet away, she picked herself. she reached out and grabbed the throne and she sat down in the throne.

"Dang." Kai arrived at the King throne right after Demona had sat down. "For a ghoul who rarely uses those wings, you sure can move fast with them when you want to!"
Kai plopped down next to Demona and hopped up and down a bit to enjoy how soft and kushy the throne was. He stretched and put his hands behind his head.
"Man, Kings sure have it easy! I hereby royally decree that this chair be put in Mr. Rotter's classroom - it will make napping during his speeches so much more comfortable!"

"A*HEM*" Kai looked up, to see Mr. Rotter standing behind them. He glowered down at the pair.
"Meester Merha, Meess Demona, I don't recall either of you winning the poll for Tombcoming. Perhaps instead, the two of you should consider running for King and Queen...of Deadtention?"
Kai hopped off the throne and dusted it off.
"Er, no sir, sorry sir. I just wanted to make sure that the, uh, cushion was comfortable enough for Rory. You know, he has a very fragile butt." Kai tried his best to look earnest, but he was having trouble keeping from laughing. Mr. Rotter cocked one eye at the couple and grumbled.
"Very well. And, Meester Merha....I will be paying HEXTRA attention to you during my lecture on Monday."
With that, Mr. Rotter lurched off to find some other kids to bother. Kai let out a long sigh.
"Oh, MAN...."

A few kids were pointing and remarking on something happening up near the stage. Jewels couldn't help but find herself curious.
It didn't take long to spot what was causing the gossip, Kai Mehra and... Demona. Jewel's eyes narrowed. Wasn't it enough for that ghoul to know she had the cutest, sweetest boo at Monster High? She had to try to steal HER Throne as well?
Should she say something? Should she be a gracious, good humoured queen? Her hands balled into fists and she took a deep breath.
Keep it cool Jewels, maintain your dignity.
She tore her eyes away and tried to focus on her friends, irritated that that demon ghoul had put a damper in her evening by daring to exist.
Stupid Demona, go back to Grrmany. She thought to herself.

"Sure, dude. I'd love a Pepscream if they got it!" Vinnie smiled, awkwardly fumbling through her tiny purse looking for something... She didn't know how other ghouls managed with these tiny little things. How did they carry everything in them?? Just for tonight, she reminded herself as she found her eyeliner stick and did a quick touch-up in a piece of reflective decor.

"You got it ghoul." He headed off through the crowd steadily gathering around the refreshments table, returning a short while later with two drinks.
"ok so I had to punch a few people and step on a lot of toes, but I got drinks!" He grinned, he was... probably joking. Well, at least about the punching, he'd actually resorted to shoulder barging instead.

"Actually, I would have been late if you hadn't come to get me. So I'm glad you did. You're the beast. Melody. I'm really happy to be here with you tonight."He adjusted his tie, a little nervous. He wanted to buy her a corsage, but as his credit card was not functioning... H'e have to wait for that once he would get paid. "Melody. Next week I'd like to take you out. You deserve the beast, and once I get a gig and tips from the music I'll play at the Die-ner. I should have plenty to take you some where nice."

JD Leeds JD parked his convertible in his usual spot right outside the school. Sitting in the passenger's seat was Vanissha, looking lovely."Aw, yeah. Tonight's gonna RIP!" JD grinned as he turned off the ignition. "We may not have won the crowns, but you and I are the real royalty here tonight!" He glanced over his shoulder, making sure Cleo didn't overhear him say that, before getting out of the car and strutting over to Vanissha's side. "Milady?" JD bowed as he opened the car door. "We are so royals. And you're right. We could be the perfect power couple and rule the school. After all.." She took his hand, getting out of the Clawsome car and, and giggles. "Teehee. Thanks. But what I was saying was about Prom. Everyone always remembers the Prom Queens... And kings too." She said as an after thought. Buy the time Prom hits they could even knock Cleo and her boo off the popularity ladder. That would be Puufect.

"Willow, do you want to maybe sit with us?" Tori was sure one more body would be fine at their table. They all had dates, but no one should sit alone. This was a social function and they were sitting with royalty.

Sally nodded to Willow as Tori offered her to sit with them. She glanced around, her attention falling around the room. Everyone seemed really excited. She tilted her head as the chatter grew, aside from Kai and Demona messing around the thrones. She glanced over as Shad walked, almost reluctantly, with someone else. She... wasn't a ghoul, she looked like a normie. Sally tilted her head and tapped Tori's arm.
"Who is that walking with Shad?" she questioned "Everyone seems stirred by her."

She sat down and scooted closer to the table. After thanking him, she gave her opinion on the matter, "Roswell, really. You don't have to. It's a nice thought, really, but if you don't have the money, it is perfectly fine. Besides, things like that don't matter to me," she gave a small smile as he sat with her. And when it came to fancy things such as nice dinners and extravagant gifts, she never really did expect much. A nice microwave dinner in the lab always set her mind at ease much more than a stuffy restaurant did with a required dress code.

He looked down at Jewels, and saw anger twisting her smile into a frown. He noticed what she was looking at, Kai and Demona. But what about them made her so angry? She seemed happy around Kai whenever they hung out but it looked as if Demona gave Jewels a thorn in her side. And that was never good. He gave her a slight judge on her arm, "Hey, Jewels, are you okay?"

Willow had been watching everyone else when she heard Tori's offer. She was honestly a bit grateful, with her original plan being to just stay on the sidelines and hope no one payed any mind to her.
"T-thank you."
After taking her seat, she overheard Sally's question. Shad? Who was that? The ghoul began to glance around, trying to tell who the other two were talking about.
