 LT was quiet during the discussion of Matsuya and Luo, he was an active participant, but a quiet one. He was going to tell Matsuya that yes indeed he could have helped him out but his attention was turned as Luo walked into the room and gave forth a great deal of information that lesser men would never think of in a situation, and that is why Luo is the Mizukage and not LT. Though it was really good to be reconnecting with old friends and in turn strengthening the forces of Kiri. LT couldn't help but feel as if his countrymen and lands may be open to attack from some one as powerful as Hajime. LT nodded at Luo's command but he sat quietly as Mat left the room to carry out his orders. After several seconds LT finally spoke quietly, "Luo, tell me whats on your mind."

Manny Uchiha Nearing the Mizukage's door Manny yawned as his father went over the same thing repetitively, as if saying it a million times would make him care. "Okay Manny, when you speak to the Mizukage be respectful, but not weak, or absent minded, show determination, and strong will but be respectful, you will be talking to the Mizukage after all. God, I can't believe you made it through the academy with those.... His fathers voice drifted off into a inaudible babble to him. Ever since his mom was taken down in the line of duty all his Dad could do was talk about how it was now Manny's duty to make a foot hold for the Uchiha clan in Kiri. As he went on and on and on Manny simply tuned him out until they got to the office of there villages leader, and then stepped aside as his Father started his rambling to him. Stepping through the door once they were cleared to enter Manny stepped through garbed in loose fitting, grey pajamas, and a cozy looking hat that hide his scruffy, tangled blond hair. His half closed, droopy blue eyes showed easily the boy would rather be sleeping, or doing something that had nothing to do with any type of real physical strain, but for some reason he was still there, slumped over dragging just behind a well dressed, tall, skinny man. His father was noting special, but there wasn't really anything wrong with him either, he wore dark robes with the Uchiha clan symbol on the back, showing his connection to the clan, even though he was not born into it like Manny, he did marry a Uchiha, and showed he was proud about it. Aside from his attire the man had a simple short haircut, with deep brown hair, which made him look a lot different from his son, but when you saw the eyes there was no mistaken the linage. Even with Manny's tired, lazy eyes, there absolutely no question that he shared the same eye's as his Father. "Please to meet you Mizukage sir." Manny's father said as he bowed. "I came here to introduce my son Manny Uchiha, he has recently graduated the academy. Along with his duty's of a Genin Manny would like to start a Uchiha compound in the village, to help bring more wealth and power to the village by running extra duties, taking on higher risk mission when needed..." Manny's Father went into a almost never ending list of things that the Uchiha compound would try to be contributing, and Manny zoned him out like always. So when his Dad pushed him forward to speak, he stumbled a bit somewhat confused because while he was in his own head, he missed almost everything his Father said. Taking a deep breath Manny held it for a moment, then let out a deep sigh and said sleepily "What he said"

As Luo looked at the young boy and then the man who spoke for him, he realized that they must have been the new Uchiha who moved into Kiri. The boy himself seemed rather uninterested in what was going on, and Luo couldn't help but notice that he wasn't even dressed for the occasion. At the mention of the Uchiha's help in the village and the boy's only spoken words, Luo at last began to speak. "Isn't it customary for a male who married into the Uchiha family to assume the role of an Uchiha? If that is still the case, shouldn't you be the one to open the Uchiha chapter here in Kiri and not the boy?" Luo's deductive skills were good. The boy's eyes were like his fathers, and in fact he didn't even have the characteristic black hair of the Uchiha family. However, Luo knew of the family moving into the village since he himself approved it, and he knew that the man had married into the family. "As for higher risk missions and extra duties, those are given out to people who prove themselves to be worthy. Unlike Konoha, we do not wish to have a main police force headed up by your family, we have other methods of controlling the public. But, I will not overlook what you have stated here today. Your son must prove himself as a shinobi in the coming year. If he proves successful and becomes a chuunin within that time, I will allow him to become the head of the new Uchiha house in Kirigakure. Until then however, you will remain in power until he is strong enough."

Manny Uchiha Cutting his Father off just as he began to speak Manny said "Then there wont be a house opened until I am deemed fit to lead it, and I don't want to be a police force, or any force really, I just want to do what the village needs, like my Mother would have wanted. Since it seems like it will be a while until my house is opened, can you point my Father in the direction of were to by property deeds, and point me in the direction of were to train? His overall facial expression did not change, he still looked tired, and like he just got out of bed, but the boys voice was strong, despite its lack of any bass. During Manny's small rant his Father looked proud, happy, and sad all at once. From what Manny knew about the Fathers he met in the academy most men would have hit there sons for acting like they were in control like that, but Manny was much older than his age implied, he respected the things his Father did, and knew he would be a lot worse off if his Father did not do them, but at the same time Manny was the embodiment of his Mother so when it came to getting what he thought needed to be done, done there were not many things that would stand in his way, even at a young age. So when his Father saw one of the few times he stood up for something he was filled with to much bride, and grief to be mad. Instead he just watched his son, and if he caught a odd glance from anyone, even the Mizukage his facial expression would be easily read as "You heard him." Ooc:Just to skip the part were you ask what I want to learn, and I go over a list, and we waste a post like that, in some random file of randomness have a section were Manny expressed his want in using Sealing jutsu, Fire jutsu, and summoning. Also, do you know if White Water Lilly is still active in POTS? I know she is on a break, but I want to use her summoning contract, but she is not responding to PM gonk

"We are the culmination of every choice we have ever made..."Swift footsteps carried the pale-eyed Lotus of the Mist through the tower's large door, a determined grin planted on his face, Aikou, his white-furred wolf companion, following quickly at his heel. Crossing the room with long, quick strides, Kai caught the high-pitched nagging of the Mizukage's secretary following him up the stairs, "you know that pets aren't allowed in here Minoru, don't you walk away from me!" Bounding up the stairs, Kai snickered lightly at the woman's yelling.
Reaching the top of the tower, Kaizen stopped as he saw two people enter the Mizukage's office, an older man and boy. Stopping at the doorway, Kaizen held out a hand to keep the door from closing and waited as Aikou slipped past him and into the room before stepping inside himself. As he listened to the short exchange between the Mizukage and the two newcomers, Kai lifted an intrigued eyebrow at the mention of the Uchiha clan's arrival in Kiri. Choosing to remain silent for the time being, the Lotus of the Mist walked over to LT and said in a hushed tone, "Senpai, I was wondering if you had an extra mug of joe I could use, I might need the boost of energy soon.""... but sometimes, the right choice isn't always clear."

Should he fail however, half of what you put down to hold the property will be taken in taxes to boost the economy since the property was not sold."
Looking at Manny now, Luo's tone became a bit more serious than usual as he spoke to both of them. "Should you both sign this, I can not do anything about money lost because of this contract. Furthermore, Manny should take his career as a shinobi more seriously. A leader does not make a stand for his clan and himself in pajamas in front of important dignitaries. I highly suggest sending Manny to Konoha to learn from the Uchiha there how to properly take care of a clan household." Luo had noticed Kaizen walk in and head for Tares, so he didn't bother to pay him any attention until he was done with Manny and his father. The terms he offered were not harsh, simply realistic. Placing a pen next to the document, Luo placed his head on his now crossed fingers, awaiting the response of the two.

Manny Uchiha Taking and signing the deed Manny passed it to his Dad, then took off his pajama top reveling a mesh shirt, his head band, and his basic ninja equipment. "A trick of my mothers, although, she did it with dainty feminine dresses... I thought this would have worked better for me." Just as Manny finished talking his Father sat over on a table to go over the details of the compound, and told Manny lightly not to wait for him he will be a while, to meet him back at the hotel whenever he was done. With that his Father was off in his own little world going over the details of the paper work. "So, am I training, or doing a mission?" His voice was dull, and lost the fire it had a moment ago, and he was still wearing loose pajama pants, and a cozy hat, but his ninja garb that was hidden underneath his top gave his appearance more of ready for action look and less of a ready for bed look.

Luo however, didn't really see the urgency in getting a kage a meal. He did however, use it as a means to simply test one's habits and how they operated. This mission in particular was usually given by Tares himself, and Luo would wait for the man to explain it in full. Retrieving his meal was not as easy as it sounded, in fact the mission required a bit of weight training. He hoped this time, Tares went a bit easy on the boy.

Manny Uchiha Slipping back on his top he said "Sure." somewhat sleepily, turned and slowly headed out of the building somewhat dragging his feet. Stepping out side into the sunlight Manny arched his back and yawned out the word "Damn." As he took off running down the street at a brisk pace.

Making it back to the Mizukage tower Manny came to a stop and exhaled deeply, he wasn't tired from the small jog, but he did think it was a hassle. So as he moved through tower he moved pretty slow until he came to the door, knocked then walked in with the Mizukage's food. "Here you go." he said sitting the food down in front of him and then drooping his body down lazy standing there hoping he could go not do something somewhere, but knew he needed to start working toward building his house soon,

Masaki stormed up the the Mizukage's office, and made his way up the stairs. He had been unable to find someone to meet with and every time he had tried to meet the kage before he had been in a meeting or something. At least, that was what the receptionist said. This time he would ignore the receptionist no matter what she said and he would get training or a dangerous mission. His personal training had gotten him nowhere.
"Hey Kid! He's busy! If you think you can just walk into his office while he's talking-"
"Shut up!" Masaki shouted. He had tried, he really did, but it was all he could do to keep from attacking the woman. Every bloody day! Her excruciating voice telling him that he could not do what he needed to do. In respect to Luo, one of the few he would afford such a thing as respect, he had tolerated her the past few times.
"Oh no! The day a scrawny squatter like yourself yells at me like-"
Masaki escaped and approached the door. He was so intent on slamming the door he almost walked into Kaizen, one of his many senseis. Instead he left the door open and approached the Kage. "Okay, I am tired of messing with your secretary, I want a real mission, I will not trim another lawn, I will not weed another garden and I sure as hell am not grooming another poodle! Either give me something REAL to do, or give me some more training so you can give me better missions!"

Since Konoha is so close to them, we'll have to see if they have any information on the matter. Now, does that sound appealing Masaki....and Manny Uchiha?"

Masaki was confused. First, Luo hadn't kicked him through the wall then he offered a mission and training (or at least pretended to). "Hell no, I hate Sarutobi..." He glanced at the only two people in the room who could have been 'Manny' and frowned. An old man and a twerp "Please tell me 'Manny' is hiding somewhere..." He snarled. After a thoughtful moment gave in. "Fine, an escort mission should be better than nothing, who's the Jounin, sensei?" He pointed at Kaizen who's name he didn't remember. "Or maybe giant snake guy?"

She could see through Luo's cool expression, the edges of his mouth seemed to curl downwards. He was irked it was clear, but she knew he wouldn't say anything about the nickname. It was one her and a few of the girls gave him when he was a genin, teasing him after hearing the one girl he seemed to ever have interest in say it to him affectionately. Aoi had no interest in him, in fact they were quite good friends. She just liked to mess with him in front of others, something very few people could get away with.

Manny Uchiha "It wont be a problem, I should probably be taught something along the way, but will complete the mission either way." Manny's serious voice coming out of his tired slumped body was a odd sight, but one that would become known all to well in the coming months as Manny built the Uchiha house.
