╫Background Information╫
Born out of wedlock, Satsu's father was a Kirigakure anbu member on a joint mission with his mother, a Konohagakure Anbu Hunter nin. He was an accident, but one his mother Shuroyouki accepted and loved unconditionally. Raised in Konohagakure, Satsuzame was given a strict training schedule enforced by friends of his mother while she was on missions and by herself when she was free. Early in the morning he would do strength and conditioning, followed by classes at the academy and then afterwords Skill based training. When a debate came up between his mother's friends on what element he had, whether he had his mother's Futon or whether he had his father's Suiton, they decided to test him. They were shocked to discover he had a Suiton affinity, well to be truthful they weren't surprised by his affinity but how strong of one it was. Normally when a Suiton affinity is shown it lightly damps the paper, Instead he Soaking it heavily causing the paper to fall to pieces. In the academy he stood apart from his peers as a person to be left well alone. Kids who tried to befriend him were ignored and those who tried to bully him were tossed aside. Academically he found himself in the middle of his class, but potentially his family would say he was near the top of the class.

Sand if full all auto ranks are full for sand, and if he is allowed into sand that ez then its bs that i had to wait over a week to get into sand..
and didnt greg say for crew to take over everything but profiles??
Another announcement, and this is for CREW ONLY! (I dont care how much anyone begs, its crew only). I will be leaving tomorrow for a week, and during that time, i have an experiment: With the exception of profiles and auto ranks, which will be handled by Malfrost and Lance, we will be having a free range, meaning that ALL CREW MAY APPROVE ANYTHING!!!!!!!! Thats right crew, if you see something that needs to be approved, any crew can approve it. BUT: Any descision can be overturned by a VC or Lance. If you know you dont have knowledge on a subject or your biased against it, then dont look at it, but if you do, then say approved or denied. And this had BETTER NOT create thoughts like "I dont need to do this, someone else will." I can tell if that happens, and if it does, consequences will be handed out.
Cause of that i think anyone who was accepted should be unaccepted. >.< dont mean to sound mean but greg said profiles cant be accepted >.<

Raito was born into a Single parent family as his father was killed during an S-ranked Mission. His mother raised him and his older brother by herself and had a little help from their cousins. At the age of Seven, his uncle took him and his brother and trained him in their family taijutsu style, Tekken. It taken him less time to master this than his brother because he was Taijutsu bound while his brother was Ninjutsu. As proof of his graduation from training, he and his brother were branded with a symbol of their personality. Raito was tattooed with a dragon on his chest to show that he has the strength of a dragon in battle. He entered the academy at the age of Nine and started to learn the Ninjutsus that he is supposed to learn. They were hard for him since he wasn't use to learning Ninjutsu, but he gotten use to it.
