Looks like their toying with Gambino.
With everyone in the exact same place, they have the ability to take them all out with one blast. Which means the destruction of the mansion.
Confusing enough...
I believe they must be in the Durem mansion, in no way Edmund get to Isle de Gambino that fast... but them being in the Durem mansion is no way safe.

Half a day to Durem.
Did you notice that both Johnny K and Edmund refer to "they"? They know who the sniper is... or who's behind him atleast.

I believe they must be in the Durem mansion, in no way Edmund get to Isle de Gambino that fast... but them being in the Durem mansion is no way safe. Gambino can't go to Durem though. Plus, there may have just been a time lapse.

Wait, scratch that. They are in Gambino. It says so on one of the slides.
Which leads me to believe that Edmund must have a Shunpo, or flash step, to allow him to dodge a bullet and get to gambino that fast.
