(Just got back from a weekend with some friends, and I'm ready to post!)
The doors to the mess hall opened, and a bundled up figure walked in. This figure was bundled up so tightly from the cold, you'd think they were a walking pile of clothing. Removing their gloves, and pocketing them, the figure pulled off their hat to reveal a mane of long, silverish-blond hair. With lavender eyes that glanced about, Chris had arrived.
Moving over to the line, she got a tray and moved through with getting some food. It wasn't as gourmet as home, but she liked something a little different once in a while. Taking up some croissants and strawberries, with some whipped cream for dipping, Chris glanced about, then set her sights on the group of knights. She started towards them.

Borus quickly fell silent. He stared down at his plate, his cheeks starting to utnr a little red. He still had not forgotten how strangely his captain had acted the night before, and it made him uncomfortable. Very uncomfortable.
Chewing pensively, he leaned back a bit, making sure Percival's profile was blocking his view of Chris.

"Oh, I... I'm alright. Never been better." She stuttered as she took her seat, staring down at her food and gulping back a coughing fit. She wouldn't let them see her so weak, she would not. So, she just took her fork and speared some eggs, bringing them to her mouth.

A thin smile spread across leo's face "Nice to see our captain back on her feet." he ate some more chicken but tried to do so more politely now being that he was in the presence of a lady.

Borus couldn't help but smile at Leo's antics. Leave it to the Stone Axeman to lighten the mood.
He sighed and leaned back, reaching up to adjust a strap on his left shoulder that had been bothering him. He looked out the window towards the sea as he did so. The cool breeze drifintg in from the open window ruffled his hair a bit, and he gazed out over the sparkling water, his eyes half closed.

*Starts hitting his head agianst the wall*

*Noticing that everyone is staring at him, he stops*
*Gives a weak smile*

Leo glares at Percival. "welcome back to the wrld of the living... what are you doing?" He is confused by the knights head bangig episode. "Am I the only one to retain his sanity around here?" he mumbles under his breath.

(Oh my god, I'm so sorry! Recent complications in my life have kept me from posting here. Especially since it had been so long since I used Chris, I feared I might mess up. I'm so sorry, I'll try to post more often.)
Chris shrugged her shoulders as she lift a cup of coffee to her lips, sipping it down before turning back to the others. As she felt the hot liquid move down her throat, soothing and refreshing the dryness there, she started to feel a little better. "Well then, where were you last night, Leo? I could swear half the knights were stalking me yesterday..."
