While the other adults talked, Kin'iro and Yudoku took the opportunity to pounce on the seemingly very distracted Frenka.
"Gotcha!" Yudoku exclaimed playfully after they had pounced him. "This is my sister, Kin'iro. So whatcha wanna do?" she asked.

"You're welcome. It's the least I can do, after all."
Ari kept himself from saying that if Yue joined Lunarie, it would be that much easier for his sister to find him. It wasn't a good idea to try to pressure others into a tribe, so he would just let it go.

Kazuki looked up very surpised. He cleared his throat for a moment and backed up a bit.
"Uh..Well my name is Kazuki, I am an Elder of the Lunarie Tribe. It is a pleasure to meet you Ianthe." He paused and remembered what she had asked. He only shook his head.
"No I am fine." He laughed nervously then cleared his throat again. He was nervous, scared to say somethign wrong or stupid like he had done before. He began to move around.
"Its best I should go..."

Ianthe regarded him curiously, wondering what was wrong.
"Kazuki," she said quietly," I can't say what's wrong, but you don't have to be nervous. I ttakes more than...wrong words or horrible tales to upset me."
She gave him an encouraging smile, but knew not to push too much. "However, if you really feel like you must go, I won't try to force you to stay here. It just looked like you oculd use someone to talk to."
Dimly, realized her very rare..mothering side had come up, and she found it odd. Normally it took longer before she began to truly care.

Kazuki looked over at Ianthe and sighed. He walked back a bit and sat down near her. She was right he needed someone to talk to. He hesitated a bit then he tried to speak again.
"Well, I just feel to get the feeling that everyone feels I'm some kind of big shot Elder when I try to speak to them. I try to help them and give them advice and all I get in return is disrespect. Even at one point from one of my fellow tribe members. Now from one angered fox and a troubled kit." Kazuki sighed and shook his head. He really felt a bit disappointed in himself. How could be givign off such an impression like that.

Ianthe made a small clucking noise. "That's foolish of them. To judge one they do not know. Almost childish."
She added: "Do not be disappointed in yourself, Elder Kazuki. Those who wish for power first go after those with it; it's the simple nature of things. The bigger you are, the more vulnerable places you have and such nonsense."
Ianthe smiled kindly. "Do not let the jealous remarks of others influence you so much. So long as you are confident in yourself, there is little for them to truly bring down."
Now truly showing her mothering side, she lifted his chin with her paw. "Besides; you certainly don't seem a bigshot to me. If you were such a person, why would you sit here talking to humble old Ianthe, the fox who knows little of the mainland, preferring to isolate herself with her followers on some islands? No, Kazuki of Lunarie. What they tell you is not true."

"Heh"Kazuki lowered his head in thanks and siled.
"Thank you Ianthe. I guess sometimes the words of others over ride the thoughts of my own mind." He laughed again a bit nervously and then cleared his throat. Ianthe was so kind. Like a mother...A mother was what he never had. It was weird now that he was gettin the same treatment normally a mother would. Though he became curious when she mentioned Islands.
"Islands you say? Where may I ask..if you do not mind." He blushed a bit unsure if it was alright to ask such questions.

((Yes. Ianthe decided to bestowed him with her rare mothering side. Because I like Kazuki, and therefore she does.))
"Anytime, Kazuki," she said, brushing off the thanks. It was her custom to give, but not to take much.
She gave him another encouraging smile, letting him know he could ask what he pleased. "Really, it's alright. I doubt there's a question you could ask that I wouldn't answer."
Smiling at the thought of her home, Ianthe gave him the reply: "The Shipwreck Islands, off the main coast. It's doubtful you've heard of them; those under my lead very rarely leave the archipelago...only recently have we truly started to venture off. Hence," she said, gesturing to herself, "you see me now."

"Ah I see. Well I would love to see your lands. Yet I do not know if I were to be able to. Being that I only am active during the night hours." Kazuki smiled back and gave a soft laugh. It was hard to be friends with other tribes. Since his and Ari's trie were nocturnal. Also most other tribes were activing during the day which is when they slept. Though he didn't care too much for it. He was happy as is for the most part.

"Well, considering that I'm nocturnal..not such a huge problem," Impa replied with a laugh. "We take after the sailors of old; using the stars as our guiding light. Not too mentio nwe just like watching the water glow at night. Makes for some good scenery."
She gave him a curious tilt of the head. "But, enough of the Bateau lands. Tell me about your own, Kazuki. I'm curious to hear about another nocturnal tribe."

Yue nodded. "Well, you really don't have to do anything since we've just met and all. But I'm still very greatful." He bowed his head to the elder while looking around now. There really wasn't much to say unless Ari had anything he wished to talk about.

"Maybe, but I'd feel bad about not doing anything."
Glancing at the sky, it seemed that dawn would be coming just as he got back to the borders of the Lunarie lands if he didn't leave soon.
"But now I need to go home. It was nice meeting you, Yue. And I'll be sure to keep an eye out for your sister."
Ari waited, making sure Yue had nothing else to say. And, if not, then he would turn back the way he had come from, and go back home.

The black fox gave a bit of a nod. "Alright then, good morning to you." Yue bowed a little to Ari before backing away and turning back toawrds the small river he had been at before. He still wanted to jump onto the different stones like before.

"Good morning to you too, Yue," Ari said, and then turned, and left to return to the Lunarie tribe lands. After this night of exploring, it would be good to get back home.
((Okay, Ari is gone now. Say bye-bye to him kiddies!))
