Yes, but thats Magical silver.
Magic doesn't count lol

But really, i would HATE to have guns in Runescape stressed
It just wouldn't fit.
Cannons, now thats something..
And not the frog firing ones whee
We already have cannons that use gun powder, that's enough things with the word gun in them that I'd want on Runescape. sweatdrop

Do you think one day, Jagex might think of a quest were a boss human has a gun or something?
A dwarf will most likely get a gun. Not because they're short angry drunk people, but they invited the Dwarf Cannon and a bunch of Crossbows, plus, I think they mentioned something about another projectile weapon being worked on. gonk

Yup, and in WoW, they have increased gun skills.
Lol that would be kind of fun.
its like a quest through the forest and you keep getting sniped down...
It's all a dwarf LOL!

I definetly think that futuristic items should NOT be added.

Think it's a little strange jagex hasn't nerfed anything or messed around with the stats of anything else since their release.

Meh, people complain all the time, so really all are great updates.

One of the main things that piss me off though are the PKers who complain. I find them weak because they can't evolve with change. Change happens in the real world, I wonder how well these people adapt there.

I'm also holding a grudge against whining PKers, because their complaining actually affected me. When Jagex updated the Wildy, they added a ton of hills west of GD. That made the area very technical, and forced you to use strategy. People weren't smart enough to stand at the top of these hills, so they couldn't see that nor the smart PKers kicking their asses.

Some said it ruined a great clan warzone. Well you know what? Jagex had added that piece of land with ruins east of GD. That place is a much better warzone. It also makes it easier to set boundaries, since there's only one way in.

As for the other people. They can all shove it. The ones complaining because their update wasn't as great as they wanted. Beggars can't be choosers. Go out, learn how to design a game, and make your own with whatever powers you want.

Mages complaining? Hahaha! I think all that casting makes them forget updates from a few weeks passed. That and they forgot about Ancients. The only mages who should be complaining are f2p ones. Update our spells animations. While you're at it, spruce up all the elemental staves. Make them glow or sparkle like magic trees or something. Make a difference between normal, battle and mystics. The fact that they look all the same is pretty lame. Make the higherend staves have a larger glow or something.

Merchants... GTFO! dramallama

As for Jagex not really messing with anything. I think they only do that if the bunch of them agree with complainers. Also, if it doesn't mess with anything they are soon to release. Something that would be ruined if Jagex changed something up. Hell, perhaps Jagex has another surprise in store for us, and wants to see how people react to that before they make any changes to it all.

Anyways, as for the poll. I'd say the Dragonfire. Mainly because it made a lil change in f2p. The claw marks on the antifire. mrgreen

To be honest, ******** what those PK'ers think. What did they expect? Rangers to not be considered dangerous? Now we can actually hold our own in wilderness and then some! Sure our bow is really slow, but it makes up for it with everything else. What's with the whole "Don't want to be caught off guard" crap? As I see it Jagex should even disable the Mini-Map, if you get caught off guard then it's your own fault for taking the risk of going, make it truly a challenge instead of the whole "Oh look, white dot, I'll go dds it and say I'm not catching anyone off guard when I know quite well that I'm doing the exact same thing I'm bitching about."

Meleers should shut the hell up about not killing Rangers, or have Dragon Hide give negative 20 strength and negative 20 to all attack bonuses besides Ranged, then see if they still want to go by the triangle once they can't get mage kills.

Mages do need an update though, wouldn't say new spell book, maybe just update a current one like Modern, just a few new spells so it hits 30, or Ancients, since we're going all into the whole "no nerfing ownage weapons of ownage" thing.

As for Rangers, to be honest not all Rangers as bright as Nad and me. [ User Image - Blocked by "Display Image" Settings. Dark Bow's the best Ranged update we'd had in a very long time, and Crossbows are now finally usable since the update I've seen around 10 people with one, no joke either. It's awesome, because I was more hyped up about the Crossbow update than any other update.

Who honestly cares about what Merchants think? Last time I checked, they screw the economy more than anything.

Anyway, not having to do with anything, maybe with what the idiots complain about.. I think we need new food, y'know, something healing in the 30s and 40s. To go with the new hard hitting weapons, plus Cooking/Maybe Fishing need an update. whee

DragonRissa
I've said for ages that I'd like new character updates. There are some pretty neat NPCs around and our chars still look like garbage.
I'd love to be able to have a different race - elves and trolls and stuff. More as a visual thing than actual changes in behaviour etc. But that would be sooo mean...
Sadly, not likely as that would be a HUGE update and undoubtedly difficult to handle, and a lot of glitches would sprout up. But one can still dream. *sigh*

ah that probably why players had the option to change their color of what they wore in varrock clothing shop

Bombi
Woot new topic!

Races would be SO FTW! Maybe not starting it, but like the Make-Over-Mage could y'know, give yo a race change depending on the quests. Like Mourning Ends P2 for Elves, Rise of the Red Axe for Dwarves. Hell, they should make it effect their combat training, for example.. Elves would let you hit faster/higher with Ranged/Magic but their defense and strength will be somewhat terrible. Dwarves could hit higher with Melee, and have a higher defense, but suck at Magic/Ranged. Like always Humans will be balanced. 'Course a high price, like lets say 500k per change, and only once a week, to not have it abused much.

Might as well screw over pures with REQUIREMENTS for races, thinking something like..

Humans- None
Dwarves - Rise of the Red Axe [last part there is], 50 attack, 60 strength, 50 defense, 60 smiting/mining.
Elves- Mourning Ends P2, 60 agility, 70 ranged, 70 magic, 50 crafting.
Gnomes[even though no one will use them] Monkey Madness, 40 Ranged, 60 magic, 20 defense.

Think Gnome should be magic/ranged [not as high as Elves], fast, and useless at everything else. Just don't want them left out. sweatdrop

For Dragon items, we need a pickax to make the Miners happy. Pets/trained monsters/tamed animals, dogs would be awesome, seriously. We have cats but not man's best friend! For Clan stuff, we still need the Clan Chat Jagex promised us.

when they announced clan chat, i think thats probably when it was in beta phase or something. yes more pets please mrgreen

I have nothing to say since i canceled out the membership for runescape before the release. I would love to try the imp one but i don't have the money for the bow and shield... or eitherone of them! ^.^

So i guess make a new options, never experience it or something..

*i can't get on runescape anymore.... it won't load!*

Funny thing is, the greatest thing about it is the greatest flaw it has, the double hitting. See if you hit, lets say, two 20s that's 40 damage, you wait two turns to attack again enough time for the other PK'er to heal/attack/hit a 40 with whip. It's like.. risky unless you know you can hit a KO quick.. To make it simpler, think playing Yu-Gi-Oh and using the card "Reckless Greed" which lets you draw two cards but you have to skip your next two draws. sweatdrop

And that PK'er sucked, hell on Bombi I hit A LOT more often than that! xd

Yeah, thats why you should hit em with the Bow speical, then all DDP++ speaicals and then Whip or D Long.
