"I think that there are just as many nice as there are snobby. If there aren't, then your one of the few who are nothing of the sort." Lex said with a smile. He felt at home with these two. It was so easy to talk to them without being ridiculed for something. "I'm glad I met you, Sky. And not just because you offered a place to staythe night." He said with a cheery grin.

She smiled. It felt good to be different from the stereotype....just to hear it from someone else's lips.
"Would you believe I'm not entirely human?" She asked.

Lex smiled and shrugged. "At the moment I'm willing to believe anything. I don't even know if I'm full human." He said with a slight chuckle. "So what else are you? I can't imagine you'd be part animal or anything." He added leaning a little closer to Sky without realising.

She shook her head. "No...I'm not an animal....I'm only half Human. the rest of me is fae so I have some immunity to another's glamor....or so I thought. My mother was of the Fae blood until she was made to make a choice between my father and her people..."
She smiled as she reached out and teased his hair. If this continued...well it was going to be dangerous.

Lex tilted his head a little. "Half fae? That sounds interesting. Do you mind if I ask how old you are?" He asked clearly intrigued by Sky. Everything about her seemed to interest him. But that wasn't all that strange, was it? He was interested in what Lani had to say about herself to.

She grinned. A favorite of hers to reveal.
"To humans I'm 25...in the fae world I'm around 500..."

"Oh wow. That's a big number." he commented with what started out as a short of shocked look which soon grew into a smile.
"And your not married?" He said again with a chuckle.

She shook her head.
"Nope...not married. I was in love once but broken hearts learn from mistakes...I loved him but he didn't love me...not how I wanted him too."

"Ouch. I know how that feels. A lot of my relationships weren't real. There was this one woman I was always thinking of. After a while I vowed I wouldn't lie to anyone again. Nothing hurts more than a hollow meaning to the words 'I love you.'" He said with a nod, "I'm glad I was able to move on in the end."
He flicked some of his hair out of his face and smiled again. It felt a little awkward being the only male in the back of the limo. Especially when talking with the two woman was easier than talking with the guys.

Sky licked her dry lips.
"It's funny. We've only just met and yet I feel more at ease here then I usually do unless with Alex.."

Lani was... oddly silent. She just let them talk, not wanting to interrupt. Not that she had anything to say. Fae? What's a fae? It sounds familiar, not something just mentioned by Sky alone. She shrugged seemingly out of nowhere, adding a little "Hmm," responding to her own thoughts in her mind. All she did other than that was stare out the window, wait, and babysit her little crystal orb. She didn't quite feel too comfortable anymore. Maybe it was the gown.

The limo stopped and Sky tried not to jump out of her seat. "We're here..."
She smiled and was the first to open the door with the driver on the outside, blinking at each other. She just gave him a childish smile and stepped out, waiting for her new friends to come out also.
When they did, she was automatically moving for her home, which seemed like a standard colony home, until one really stepped inside and noted alot of was either classical or modern.

Lani followed Sky, looking around with an astounded expression. "Oi this is way bigger than mi casa... I live in a small flat close to work." Really, she loved her flat, but this place was huge. "You live here alone, or no?"
She hugged her orb in her purse close, just following, waiting 'til they could talk about that topic so important to her.

Sky smiled and nodded. "Just me and Alex."
She unlocked the home and stepped inside, moving the door away so Lex and Lani could enter as well.
"Alex. I'm home." She looked about, curious to where the undera got too.
Out of the great room came a tanned blur as he latched himself to Sky's waist, peeking around her at the others and blinking. "Who are they?" He asked, turning his green eyes up to Sky.
She smiled and embraced him before gathering him up. "They're friends, Alex. Lani and Lex.." She smoothed his hair from his face, his wings fluttering as he hugged her.

"Hola..."
Lani had never seen another creature like it! In her arms, the pursed orb jiggled and hummed, grabbing her attention. Lani took the orb out and tilt her head at it, looking at it curiously.
"Umm, I guess it's sayin' hola too, yah?"
