Ruby put down the bandages and turned around, giving Laurel another hug. "You're always welcome to come to the base, you know. We can watch movies, an' bake brownies, an all those other things that normal families are able to do. I'm sure Arch wouldn't mind seein' one of his old students again." "Um...maybe I will, sometime... Of course, you probably have your hands full with this guy here..."

Ruby chuckled as Laurel's color changed. "Laurel-tree, that was how many years ago? Sug, Arch's probly already forgotten it, he's had more women throw themselves at him than he can count....an' besides, it was his damn fault. If you remember, I was throwin' myself at him too, an all in all, he was expectin it of all the women there." Ruby grabbed Aaron again, moving him away from the stack of cans he had made and was now attempting to climb to reach the top of the shelf. "Sug, I have my hands full with the both of 'em, but that don't mean we don't like the company. If you're still sayin' Scott an' I are your only family, then by all means use us as such."

Ruby let out a harsh laugh, "No, sugar, you weren't the only one who did. An' if I heard right, Erica had to do a lot of work to make sure all activities in the school were well monitored, otherwise there'd have been a lot more. As for what he did, it was a horny Aura, a compilation of his aura's to create a rather unsettlin' mood for the group. You rightly should be pissed off at him, I definately was."

The bus pulled up outside, slamming on the brakes. Arch leaped from the door, the Seer calmly followed behind him, much slower pace than the Angel.
Arch quickly moved inside, looking around, finding someone and grabbing them, quickly asking where Ruby is.

Arch the Angel The bus pulled up outside, slamming on the brakes. Arch leaped from the door, the Seer calmly followed behind him, much slower pace than the Angel. Arch quickly moved inside, looking around, finding someone and grabbing them, quickly asking where Ruby is. Startled by being grabbed, Laurel started to answer before she realized who she was talking to. "She's right over...Oh. Hello Mr. A. Aunt Ruby's just down the hall. Should I go get her for you?"

Arch the Angel "Thahnks." Arch breathed, not pausing to actually register who he just got the info from. He raced down the hallway, finding Ruby, and running at her, enveloping her in his arms as he picked her up. Ruby looked up a moment before he got to her, and was about to say something until she was grabbed. She let out a startled squeak but her scowl quickly changed to a grin as she hugged him back. "Missed you too, feathers."
