Silver cryed out in pain, crumpling to the floor, still holding on to Sati's hand like it was a life line, his eyes shut tight against the pain. It felt like he was being cut all over with red hot knives. He bit his bottom lip hard enough to draw blood. This was only pain. He had conquored pain before, forced himself to ignore it. But never nothing like this. This ongoing, never ending pain. Silver growled a little, trying to force the pain away, managing only to deaden it a little.

Silver just grinned a little. "They said no intimacy. This isn't intimacy, just helping one another through a tough time." He groned, and forced himself to uncurl, standing wobbily on his feet, his free hand holding on to the wall for support, his breathing ragged. "We need to get to the door, or the pain will never stop"

Silver gives a little chuckle, forcing himself to take a step towards the door, then another, still holding onto Sati's hand. "Then how would we prove to Airi that we are true warriors and defenders?"

Silver chuckles a little. "I know love. I know." They where half way to the door know, and the pain still coming. Silver misjudged one step, and tripped, crumpling to the floor, moaning in pain.

Silver growled, and drove the talons of his free hand into the wall, dragging himself up. "Not giving up. Come on love, lets sprint this last part." Silver leans forward, semi falling, forcing his feet to stumble to keep up until they reach the door, Silver hitting it head first. He places his hand on the door handle, looking over at Sati.

Silver slowly walks back to Sati, helping her to her feet again, one arm around her, helping her stand, the other balancing himself against the wall. "Just a little more love. Then its over." Silver slowly stopped in front of the door, looking at Sati, placing his hand on the door handle, waiting for sati to do the same.

As soon as they both touched the door handle, the pain stopped, and the door swung open, a pair of monks coming in and gathering them up, bussling them off to a room with food and drink, the grandmaster sitting at the table, the setting sun in the windows. The grandmaster stood, smiling. "You have done well, and have passed the Trial of the Mind. Now eat and drink and replenish yourselves, for tommorow you shall face the Trial of the Body, and you will need your strength." The grandmaster sat down again, and gestured for the pair to eat.

Silver chuckles a little, and at a nod from the grandmaster takes Sati into his arms, carrying her to her chambers, tucking her into bed before retiring to his own room for a small meal and his own sleep. Tommorow would be the next trial.
