(( Heh okie ^_^
A soggy baby is good - scare Rhiannon into never wanting them XD ))

Rhiannon pushed open the clinic door, scuffing her boots on the floor as she mooched over to the waiting area. She flopped down, wondering why it was quiet in here again and where everyone was. She lifted a leg up, bringing a foot close and picked at a loose section of rubber on the boot's sole.

Junyi
While Junyi is busy with work, Luna slowly creeps out of her mother's office, using the wall to steady herself as she scoots along.

One step... two steps.... maybe push away from the wall--

-- gonk ! Wall good! Wall good!

Regaining her balance, she once again resumes the cruise into the waiting room.

Scoot... scooot.... scooooot....

gonk !!!!!!!!!

Losing her grip on the wall, she suddenly falls flat on her behind, eyes widening with shock and horror.

............... gonk !!!!!

And that new person SAW HER FALL, TOO! gonk redface

Nanook123
Nolan sat quietly in the corner, looking around rather curiously.

((my responses will be short as I am at work and sneaking :3))

Sayuri_Nitta
Rhiannon turned, her sharp hearing picking up movement. She watched the baby, well least she thought it was, tottering along unsteadily. She got off her seat as it fell backwards onto its bottom.
'Are you okay?' she asked, kneeling and looking the baby over. It didnt seem hurt.
'Where's your Mummy?' she wondered out loud.

Junyi
Mama SSHHH, Luna projects quietly, bringing a chubby finger to her lips. The image of a frazzled Junyi hunched over a desk piled high with papers flickers across her mind briefly.

Sayuri_Nitta
'Oh I see,' she giggled softly, remembering her own younger years of running around and avoiding her mother - usually because her mother was trying to foister clothes onto her! She looked at the little girl;
'You want up?' she asked, holding her hands out to show her meaning.

Junyi
Up! blaugh

Luna holds up her arms happily, briefly casting a glance at Nolan, and then back at Rhiannon.

You baby?

Nanook123
Nolan watched what had happened and remained still. He looked down at his blocks, his long ears twitching slightly as he listened intently to conversation. As of yet he's never spoken to anyone at the GMFC and he felt himself uncertain.

Sayuri_Nitta
Rhiannon picked Luna up, settling her so that she was balanced on her hip; something that disturbingly seemed to an instinctive action. She glanced over at the other child, wondering where he had sprung from, and shook her head.
'Umm - I'm too young,' she said.
'Not my baby.'

Junyi
Luna frowns, staring up at Rhiannon.

No mama?

She regards Nolan once more with a sense of sadness. He didn't have a mama? That's so... so... crying

((Luna is confused, yes XD

*eets Nolan*))

Sayuri_Nitta
'Oh I'm sure he has a Mummy,' she said hurriedly, noticing that the girls face had screwed up as if a big bout of sogginess was about to happen. She walked over to Nolan, and knelt down, sitting Luna on her lap but not holding very tight so that the baby could wiggle out of her arms if she wanted to.
'Hello,' she said to the boy.

Junyi
'lo, Luna echoes.

Nanook123
Nolan looked up worridly at the girl and baby that had approached. "Hu-hu..." He started his long ears falling back as his lower lip trembled. He felt a hand on his shoulder and much to his suprise Nanook had appeared and picked him up, placing him in her lap. "Say hello Nolan." She urged with a smile.

Junyi
Baby mama? :OOOO

Luna seems VERY relieved.

Sayuri_Nitta
Rhiannon chuckled and sat near Nanook;
'Yes thats his 'mama' by the looks,' she let Luna settle onto her lap.
'I'm Rhiannon,' she said to Nolan, and his mother.

Nanook123
"Yes dear..." Said Nanook patting Nolan on the head, more likely straightening a wild hair. "I'm his momma..."

"don't come here...much..." He blurted out bashfully, still curiously watching luna, occassionally trying to wriggle from his mother's grasp.

Junyi
Luna Edae, Luna projects proudly- introducing herself.

You?

Sayuri_Nitta
Oh so Luna was this little girls name, she mused, smiling at Nolan.
'I didnt think I had seen you before,' she replied.

Nanook123
I'm Nanook...I go by Evelyn Gillain, and this..." She said looking to Nolan, "Is Nolan Lando Gillain"

Nolan smiled and waved again, his little tails wiggling this way and that.

Junyi
Luna yawns quietly, leaning against Rhiannon.

She thinks she should go back to her mama before she gets in trouble.

((Sorry for the slow reply, in class. Almost gotta go soon.))

Sayuri_Nitta
'I wonder if your Mummy has missed you yet,' she said to Luna, rocking the baby a little. She really wasnt that bad - less soggy then she thought a baby might be.

Nanook123
"Well young man...at least you've met someone new biggrin But we must be going."

((THanks for the rp guys biggrin ))

Junyi
Junyi might not have yet noticed Luna's absence, but someone else has.

With a glare that could burn holes in concrete, Jokeph peers into the waiting room, searching for the monster who could've snatched up his dear Lu--

He suddenly pauses as he notices Luna- very much all right- in Rhiannon's arms.

.... sweatdrop

:O!!!!!!!!!

Jo!!!!!!! blaugh

Sayuri_Nitta
Rhiannon stood, supporting Luna and went to over the man Luna was paying attention to;
'Hi,' she said.
'I was just looking after her. She seemed to be exploring,' she explained.

Junyi
Jokeph stares at the floor, biting his lip sheepishly as he struggles to form a response.

Thank you, he finally signs before gently lifting Luna out of her arms.

There is a long and awkward pause, and he finally manages a smile at Rhiannon before turning and walking back toward Junyi's office.

Baiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii.

((TIME FOR WORK AUGH D: ))

Sayuri_Nitta
Rhiannon waved bye to Luna and then flopped back down on a seat in the once more quiet waiting room.

Kia Ryou
(( Anyone is welcomed ot join in just random RP. ))

The door to the clinic swinged up and in walked a red heaed boy carrying a stack of papers. He was barely able to peak over the pile he carried in his little arms. Waddling over to a chair he put the papers down and whiped his brow. " Phew."

Sayuri_Nitta
Rhi had followed the boy down the path, watching as he headed in the same direction as she. Must be another child she had yet to meet.
'Hi,' she said, going over to him once he had offloaded his burden.
'I'm Rhiannon.'

Kia Ryou
(( Sorry for the slow responce I was making breakfast ))

Elliot turned to look at the person who had addressed him. He grinned. " Hi! I'm Elliot!" Elliot said taking the other childs hand shaking it excitedly. Elliot looked up behind her at the other adults that walked in. Shaking his head he turned back to the child. " Do you like music?"

Sayuri_Nitta
Rhiannon chuckled a little; the boy seemed nice enough. But how odd for him to shake her hand! None of the other kids had greeted her like that.
'Nice to meet you Elliot. I do like some music.' she said.

Kia Ryou
Elliot 's smile got wider if possible. She looked like a nice girl who's fit into a band. Elliot held out one of his flyers.

User Image

"Raven and I are making a band! I'm Drummer and she's getting a guitar cause she had to get a needle from the doctor!!!"

Sayuri_Nitta
'Oh I dont think I'd be good at anything like that,' she stammered, taking the proffered flyer, and sitting down.
'I like listening to music. I doubt it if I could make it,' she said.

Kia Ryou
" Awe...okay..." Elliot looked down at his feet. " Then you can be our manager!" He said grasping her hand again. " We can have fun!"

Sayuri_Nitta
Wow this boy was kind of clingy she mused, chuckling at his enthusiasm. Cyrus had been nothing like that when he was Elliots age, and even now they were both teens he still was a little weird whenever she hugged him or anything.
'I guess. What does a manager do for a band anyway?' she asked.

Kia Ryou
" She manages the band and makes sure they're doing everything right!" Elliot put his book bag down on the ground and started shuffling through it. He ripped out a teen magazine and turned to an artical on music managers. " SEE!" He said pointing at the artical. "Thats what they do! "

Sayuri_Nitta
Rhiannon scanned over the article.
'Hmm I guess I could do that. I am older then you guys after all,' she grinned.
'I could boss you about easily.'

Kia Ryou
" Yeah!...Wait...HEy!" Elliot said finally catching on. He scanned over the artical. " Yeah...you can" He pouted for a mere second them only smiled. " So that makes You! Me! And Raven!"

Sayuri_Nitta
She laughed;
'Oh I wont be that hard on you,' she smiled.
'Well maybe. What kind of music are you thinking of playing?'

Kia Ryou
" Rock and Roll!" Elliot said as if he had already desided. " What elese?"

Sayuri_Nitta
She laughed at that declaration;
'Of course what else.' she tapped her chin.
'Bands dont have to just play rock n roll but if thats what you have most fun doing then I'm sure that will be okay.' she looked at him.
'We still need to someone with a good strong voice to be the singer.'

Kia Ryou
"Yes thats why i am giving out banners. To get more people. Like a keyboarder. And a Singer!" He said pointing to the banners once again. " But I don't know who elese!"

Sayuri_Nitta
'Me either I'm afraid. Are you going to leave flyers on the table and pinned up on the notice board? Maybe either Cyrus, Damien or Bronwen would be interested in joining.' she pondered out loud.

Kia Ryou
"That'd be cool!" Elliot said waving his hands.

A woman with long red hair peeked into the door and sighed. " Elliot don't run off like that sweetie." Kisara looked around and smiled at the girl. " Hello" She said then turned back to her son. " We have to go sweetie or elese we'll be late seening your father."

Kisara bowed. " Thank you for watching him. "

Elliot smiled at his new manager. " Then tell them and give them the flyers!" He said handing Rhiannon. " See you!" He said as the mother and son left.

(( Sorry gtg ))

Sayuri_Nitta
'Hi - was no problem,' she smiled at the woman who was Elliots mother.
'I will - cya later!,' she grinned, shuffling the flyers he had handed her and neatening them into a pile to leave on the magazine table. She held a couple back, and tacked one of them on the notice board of the clinic.

Jiora
Cyrus glanced down at the crumpled address in his hand. The ink was a bit smeared, but it was legible enough. He compared it with the house he was in front of - yep. This was the place.

He made his way to the front door and knocked, stuffing his hands into his pockets to wait for someone to answer.

Quote:
Sayuri wiped her hands on a tea towel, and walking from the kitchen went to answer the front door.
'Well hello,' she said, smiling.
'Cyrus isnt it? How can I help?' she asked.

Jiora
He smiled back at the woman, ears pricking forward a bit to see if he could hear Rhiannon about somewhere. "Um. I just thought I'd stop by and see how Rhi's doin'," he said, shrugging slightly. "She is around, isn't she?"

Quote:
'Oh she's around,' she chuckled.
'In the woods,' she walked out of the door and showed him where their garden met the tree-line.
'I believe she is hanging around somewhere near the edge of the woods. If you go up to the big old oak and yell for her she should hear you and come running.'

Jiora
Cyrus glanced towards the woods a bit hesitantly, managing a vague nod. "Alright," he said, turning to smile again at Sayuri. "Thank you, ma'am."

He turned back and headed towards the big oak she'd pointed out, eyeing the deeper parts of the forest with a wary gaze. He knew there probably wasn't anything out there - Rhi wouldn't be running around the woods if there were, right? He paused at the oak and glanced around for a moment before cupping his hands to his mouth. "Rhiannon~!"

Quote:
Rhiannon was in fact in the top most branches of the oak tree, but hadnt seen Cyrus approach as she she had been looking into the woods. She climbed down quickly, and swung upside down from the lowest branch, her head suddenly at Cyrus's head level.
'Hi,' she giggled.

Jiora
Cyrus jumped when Rhiannon appeared from seemingly nowhere and started to throw his hands up in a defensive gesture before realizing it was her. He sighed and frowned at her a bit, resisting the urge to stick his tongue out at her. "Hi. I see you're doing better now."

Quote:
'Yes I'm fine mr.grumpy,' she teased a little, reaching up to grab the branch with her hands. She unlocked her legs and lowered them, finally dropping to the ground. She tugged down the sleeve-less tee she was wearing and brushed bark dust from her legs. Suddenly she wasnt so sure if the cut-off denims shorts that just skimmed her butt were such a good thing to be wearing around Cyrus, but well it was a fairly warm day and she liked to be comfortable when she ran around.
'And how are you?' she asked, tilting her head to one side and looking at him.

(( could have been worse - she could have been nekkid XD ))

Jiora
{{XD}}

If he was bothered by the shorts, he didn't make a show of it. Though, if Rhiannon payed enough attention, she might notice the faint flush that flared briefly on his cheeks.

Cyrus shrugged with her question and rocked back on his heels. "Could be better, I guess," he said. "There was this creepy guy at the clinic last night."

Quote:
'Creepy guy?' she sat down on the grass out in the sun a little way from the trees. The grass-blades tickled her legs and she looked up at Cyrus, wondering if he would join her on the lawn.
'What kind of creepy guy?'

Jiora
He watched Rhiannon for a moment before sitting down beside her - it was nicer out in the sun, after all. "Well... He had this awful smile.. Made me real nervous, anyway. And he just felt wrong, if that makes any sense at all.."

Quote:
'What happened? He didnt attack anyone..or you did he?' she asked, rolling onto her side and leaning on her elbows. She plucked idly at the grass. If this 'creepy guy' had tried anything...well there wasnt much more then a week or so till the next full moon and the guy would find himself at the end of an attack.

Jiora
"Um..well..not really, I guess.. He did pick up Miss Junyi's baby though, and that made her guardian mad.. So the guardian attacked to protect the baby.. And, um, the creepy guy kept trying to talk to me, but he ended up leaving." He frowned a bit and scratched at one of his ears. "So he didn't really do anything. He just..was creepy. Didn't seem like he had good intentions or anything." Cyrus paused again and grinned as something else occured to him. "I think your dad tossed him in a dumpster though."

Quote:
She laughed.
'Oh really? Well that sounds like something my dad would do,' she smiled softly.
'I'm glad the guy didnt do anything to you though,' she plucked the grass some more.

Jiora
"Yeah.." He layed back in the grass and tucked his hands behind his head as a makeshift pillow of sorts. "Was still weird though."

He turned his head to look at her, flicking his tail absently. "So how've you been?"

Quote:
'Ahh..' she fidgeted a little. How was she? Hmm - couldnt tell him about her new friend. Not when she wasnt even sure how she felt about Kate. Because she still liked Cyrus. She realised she was taking a long time to answer an easy question.
'I've been okay,' she sat up again and twisted, showing him her thigh and her knife wound that was now an angry red scar.
'This is healing pretty well.' she said. She run her hand over the raised skin and wriggled her toes a little.
'How have you been?'

Jiora
Cyrus blinked and tilted an ear in her direction - what was she fidgeting for? And why was she taking so long? He sat up a bit, intending to ask if she was alright, when she presented him with the scar on her thigh. It looked painful.. "I'm glad it's healing well," he managed.

"I've been alright.. I'm staying with my aunt right now."

Quote:
'Oh whys that?' she asked, eager to have a different subject to talk about. She gathered up all the grass she had uprooted and sprinkled it on Cyrus's belly.

Jiora
He frowned at the grass and ignored the question while he brushed it aside, shooting a vaguely annoyed look at Rhiannon. He took a handful of the grass and flung it at her, sticking his tongue out this time and smirking as he chuckled. "Well. Just..cuz I felt like it."

Quote:
She bared her little, sharp canine teeth and mock-growled;
'Oh I thought there might have been a reason for you staying with her.' she flicked grass blades on him again, poking her tongue at him in retort.

Jiora
He just chuckled and stuck his tongue out her again, laying back in the grass once more. "I just got tired of bein' at home, was all. She's nice enough to let me stay a while."

Quote:
Rhiannon nodded, lying on the grass herself, her head kinda close to Cyrus's. She squinted in the sunlight and let out a long sigh.
'I have Sati's place if I need to get away from here so I know what you mean.'
Like when it pissed her off that her Aunt was still here - the Aunt that tried to kill her.

Jiora
"Yeah. Parents can be..lame," he mumbled. Though, from what he could tell, Rhiannon's at least paid attention to her. Much more than he could say for his own mother.

Quote:
Rhi raised an eyebrow at his tone of voice and propped herself up again, moving a little so that she could see his face.
'Are you okay?' she asked softly, concerned about him.

Jiora
"I already said I was fine, didn't I?" He frowned for a moment before settling on a bemused, lop-sided grin. "I just needed to get away for a while. It's tiring being cooped up with someone like my mom for very long."

Quote:
'Yeah you said you were fine,' she sighed.
'Someone like your mum?'
That was an odd way of putting it.
'What is she like then?' she asked, not sure if he would even tell her.

Jiora
What was she like? He tugged absently at his bangs and watched a few clouds drift as he collected his thoughts. "Well.. Like, if she doesn't want to talk about something, you don't talk about it. And if she wants something to go her way, it does. There's 'no room for discussion'," he said, raising his voice a few octaves in a mock of his mother's voice. "You just get sick of it after a while."

Quote:
That didnt sound like very much fun, she thought. Right now she had an almost overwhelming desire to hug the fox-boy.
'I can see why you would get sick of it,' she said.
'And she's like that all the time?'

Jiora
"Pretty much, yeah." He sat up, draping on arm over his knees. "She can be okay every once in a while, but usually it's just her way or nothing, y'know? I think that's part of why Jacky left too."

Quote:
She sat up properly as he did..maybe now, she mused;
'That really doesnt sound fun at all.' she draped an arm around his shoulders and gently hugged him. She smiled a little, hoping this wasnt going to make him run a mile.

Jiora
Cyrus glanced at her when she hugged him, tail flicking just a bit, though he didn't make any move to get away. "Well, that'd be why I'm not there anymore. So I'm fine, really." He smiled reassuringly at her, not wanting her to worry over him.

Quote:
'Well I worry about you. I'm allowed to right? After all you did the big worry thing over me when I got attacked,' she kept her arm around him, happy that he wasnt moving.
'I mean - you came over here to see how I was right?'

Jiora
Cyrus rolled his eyes and grinned at her again. "That was totally different. Some guy was shooting at you and you got hurt. This is just a case of lame parenting. Nothing to really worry over."

Quote:
'But..' she rolled her eyes, turning her head away a little so he couldnt see her expression.
'This is still something that even if its not injuring you - its still causing you pain of a kind.' she snuggled against him a little, hoping that he wouldnt bolt.
'And I care you big silly - even if you think its 'gross' and all that.'

Jiora
{{^^; Sorry for the delay. Dad hijacked the computer again.}}

Cyrus tilted his head a bit, watching her curiously - what was she turning away like that for? He leaned a bit closer, trying to get a look at her face while she spoke.

Wait. Gross? "Why would I think it's gross? I just don't think you should worry about something as little as this."

Quote:
Her heart thudded in her chest when he put his face closer to hers and her cheeks slowly began to resemble a beet.
'I want to worry about you.' she said softly.
'You - its just I think that if I say something that shows I care, that you'll think its girly mush.'

Jiora
He chuckled and pulled back a bit, seemingly oblivious to Rhiannon's blush. "Why would I think it's mush, Rhi? I worry about my friends too. It's normal to do that sort of thing, isn't it?" He flicked an ear and smirked. "Besides, you handled that hunter guy pretty well. That doesn't seem very girly."

Quote:
'I dont know,' she mumbled, inwardly wailing that if she didnt kiss him soon she would probably - implode or something.
'I find it hard to seperate the you know from the you who claimed I gave you cooties,' and she poked her tongue out at him.
'Well..that was instinct n stuff,' she ran her fingers through the grass, pleased that he thought she could handle herself.

Jiora
"Yeah.. Well, I was a kid." He shrugged and leaned back, supporting himself on his elbows in the grass. "My aunt says all little boys are mean or something like that.." Another shrug, and he smiled at her. "Even if it was just instinct, it was way better than anything I could've done."

Quote:
'Yeah you were mean,' she grinned, and shrugged again, her cheeks still radiating heat.
'Well...you tried to help. And that meant alot to me.' she shuffled over towards him.
'I dont think I ever thanked you for trying to help.' she smiled a little.

Jiora
"So were you though. Always pickin' on me," he said with a laugh. He almost went on to mention Bronnie, but, given the way Rhiannon reacted to him bringing her up in the past, decided against that and kept his mouth shut for a change.

"You don't need to do anything, Rhi. I mean, I didn't really do anything usefull.."

Quote:
'You wanted to though. And I do have to thank you,' she had moved closer to him by then. Close enough to move in and...she quickly pressed her lips against his and kissed him; if he runs away I'll probably regret this, was her fleeting thought. But then again she would regret not doing it.

Jiora
"No you d-"

He never quite got to finish his thought. It was rather difficult to continue speaking when someone decided kissing you was a good idea. Though, he wasn't quite sure why Rhi had thought so. he remained frozen for a moment or two before his body caught up with his brain and he jerked backward, giving her a startled, wide-eyed look. "Uh.. Rhi.."

He swallowed once or twice and dragged his fingers through the fur of his tail. It hadn't exactly been unpleasant... Far from it, really, but still.. "I thought I told you I didn't like anyone like that..."

Quote:
'I know that. I just wanted to do it. Dont you ever just want to do stuff?' she winked at him.
'Besides. Was it so horrible?'
After all, she had enough practice lately in kissing. She couldnt be that bad anymore.

Jiora
"Er..I guess.." He watched her for a moment or so before relaxing again and scratched an ear. "It wasn't that bad, I guess.. Just..unexpected"

Quote:
'Oh sorry,' she giggled.
'I'll tell you next time I'm about to do that then hows that?' she stretched her arms above her head, her top riding up and then leaned back again on the grass.
'Kissing is nice anyway.' she declared.

Jiora
"That's good," he mumbled, slouching back to prop himself up on his elbows once more. "I guess it's nice enough," he agreed. It certainly did feel nice, even when it was unexpected like that. "So, do you go around kissing people a lot?"

Quote:
She laughed;
'No of course not,' she turned and looked at him.
'You are the second person I have kissed.'

Jiora
"Second?" He tilted his head to get a better look at her curiously. "Mind if I ask who the first was?"

Quote:
'Ahh well its no one you know,' she said, looking up at the sky. She really wasnt ready to tell anyone about her possible relationship with Kate.

Jiora
"Oh," he said simply. He tugged a few blades of grass up and dropped them again. "Maybe you should bring him by the clinic some time. There's not nearly enough guys around."

Quote:
'Err sure,' she stammered, going red again. She composed herself and chuckled softly.
'Feeling a bit swamped by girlies huh?' she teased.

Jiora
He frowned curiously at her, wondering what she was getting flustered over this time. Whatever it was, she seemed to get over it quick enough.. Probably nothing then.

"Um. Well..yeah. Just about everyone I know is a girl. And I pretty much never see the guys I do know."

Quote:
'Aww. You poor thing.' she laughed, then sat up, looking over at her house. She was sure she could hear Sayuri yelling and sure enough her mother came walking across the garden towards where they were sitting.
'Rhiannon. You were supposed to clean that tip of a room up.' she looked at Cyrus.
'I'm sorry but Rhiannon needs to come inside now.' she smiled a little.
'She'll be able to entertain guests again in a week or so when she isnt grounded for shirking her chores.'
Rhiannon spluttered;
'Muuuum!'
'Dont even start,' warned Sayuri.
'I gave you plenty of warning that this would happen if you didnt do what you were asked to do.' and she walked off towards the house again.
'Ergh,' Rhiannon said, standing and scuffing the ground with her heel.
'Well I guess I best say goodbye,' she pouted.

Jiora
Cyrus glanced towards Sayuri, hiding a snicker behind his hand at Rhiannon's reaction. "Told ya parents were lame," he said softly.

He stood up and stretched for a moment, sighing contently and grinning at Rhiannon. "Yeah.. I probably should get back before Jacky decides to replace my cds with hers again." He took a few steps towards the road and waved at her. "Seeya next week then, Rhi."

Quote:
She laughed;
'Yeah well I'll probably end up sneaking out anyways,' she giggled, padding over to him and giving him a swift hug before he could escape. She ran up towards her house, turning and yelling goodbye to him as he walked off.

Sayuri_Nitta
Rhiannon strolled into the clinic, clad in a black tee and black jeans. She looked around and let out a gasp - Damien! It had been so long since she'd seen the boy and she had begun to believe he wasnt coming back here.
'Damien!' she called, wondering who the teenage girl with Kia was.

Neith-Kia
"Nyoka just doesn't like Taka, so she makes up stories about him." Kia gave Nyoka a look. "Taka is normal anyway, normal as any other fa'e."

Tie giggled, and attempted to poke her own nose as well. It didn't work, and she went crosseyed as she started to work on that difficult task of getting finger to nose.

Kia went to sit on the floor nearby, watching them. "She isn't as messy as she was when you last saw her."

Elle nodded. "Always, I think. I don't see her as much as mom does."

Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar
Damien jumps at the sound of his name, and turns slowly. His eyes narrow in curiousity as he scans his memory. "Rhiannon," he says, inclining his head a little to her. "How have you been? Is everything . . . ah . . . better?" he asks.

Nyoka chuckles at the girl, and starts to demonstrate by poking her own nose. She then sticks her tongue out, and does a very snake-like flick with it, before winking at Kia. "Good thing she looks like you," she teases.

Damien, torn between both girls, turns back to Elle. "How has Miss. Neith been?" he asks, brows furrowed a little.

Sayuri_Nitta
'I'm pretty good actually,' and Rhiannon did look really happy.
'How are you? I've missed you.' she smiled, then remembered her manners.
'Hello Kia, hi Nyoka. Umm I'm sorry I dont know your name,' she said, addressing Elle who she didnt recognise since she had grown since the last time she had seen her.

Neith-Kia
Elle turned to see the other teenager as well. She was kind of familiar, although Elle couldn't remember any names or anything, Damien's name for her felt pretty right. So she waved, deciding that this had to Rhiannon if Damien said so. "Mom's been okay, I think." Elle answered Damien, and told Rhiannon, "Hi."

Kia grinned. "Do you think so? I mean, she has Taka's eyes and his hair when I see her." She wriggled over to sit next to Nyoka, watching them both.

Tiegan poked her tongue out back, but there was no way she could do that odd thing. So she reached up and tried to poke Nyoka's tongue and nose instead, both being within view.

Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar
"Hello, Rhiannon," Nyoka says, almost distracted, as she sticks her tongue out again. She wriggles her nose as well, just to keep Tiegan occupied. "Nah, I like think that she looks like you, and only you," Nyoka says.

"I'm glad to hear that, Elle," Damien says before he places his hands bahind his back. Rhinannon's comment earns her a smile, teeth and all. "I've missed you, too. Climbed any trees lately?" he asks, his curious eyes sparkling.

Sayuri_Nitta
'Many a tree,' she grinned back.
'Its easier now I'm older.' she flexed her toned arms.
'And I've learned a new trick as well. You want to see?' she asked, eager to share with her friend.
'Oh, oh and I have a tattoo!' she giggled. Damien had been away too long she decided.

Neith-Kia
"I don't mind that. She is very pretty. Arn't you?" Kia beamed down at Tiegan, who apparently was too busy playing with Nyoka's face.

There was a tounge Tiegan had to catch! She grabbed out at it, and ended up poking at Nyoka's cheek instead. Still a few skills needed to perfect.

Elle shrugged again and told Rhiannon, "And I'm Elle... if you haven't met me yet." She wasn't sure if her 'I've met this girl' feelings were right.

Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar
Damien grins again, growing at ease now that he has been around the group for a bit. "Really? I want to see the trick. And the tattoo. If that is appropriate, of course," he adds, still grinning.

"Very pretty," Nyoka says. "Now that I can properly introduce myself to you, Tiegan, I am your Aunt. Not that you can understand," she says, rubbing her cheek a moment, before sticking her tongue out yet again. Without her snakes, this little game would have to do to keep the child occupied.

Sayuri_Nitta
'Elle? Oh so sorry I didnt recognise you straight away. But you've grown since I last saw you.' she smiled.
'Oh its only on my lower back,' she turned, flipping up the bottom of her top, and tugging down her trouser waistband a touch to reveal the intricately worked design in black ink.

Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar
Damien studies the tattoo. "It's very nice work," he says, as though he knows all about tats. "Did it hurt? Nyoka says hers didn't, but when I asked mum about hers, they said they hurt so bad she wanted to kill the person doing them. I think she is lying, though. . . ." he says, his eyes letting on that he is far too smart to be duped by his mum.

Neith-Kia
Kia looked at the clock, and sighed. "Momma said she'd babysit Tiegan, so I have to go. I get to see a movie tonight, without a toddler. Elle?"

"I can go home myself."

"I know, but you know what Momma said..."

Elle made a face, and went to stand next to the door as Kia packed up Tie's stuff. Then Kia hugged Nyoka and Tie, picked up Tiegan and wandered to the door. "Bye!"

Elle waved to them as well, then followed reluctently.

Sayuri_Nitta
Rhiannon pulled her t-shirt down and sat down in one of the vacated seats, waving goodbye as Elle and Kia left. She took the opportunity to give Damien a warm hug, ruffling his hair at the same time.
'It hurt yeah. But not alot. Not so much as being knifed in the leg,' she poked her tongue out.

Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar
"Bye," Nyoka and Damien say, almost in unison.

Sighing, Nyoka sighs and stretches. She walks over to Damien and tugs on his book sack. He hands it over, and Nyoka goes to sit in a chair, taking one of the books he had in his book bag out to read.

Damien blushes at the hug, not used to people other than family hugging him. He sits with Rhiannon, and blinks when she mentions being knifed in the leg. "Did that happen to you?" he asks, his face the picture of concern now. "You're fine, I see that, but still. . . ." he frowns a little at that.

Krista DarkAngel
Tinania slipped inside the clinic, she was rubbing her eyes and yawning. Rose popped her head out of the emo bag she was carrying. Tinania looks down a the dark red elven gown she had on and shakes her head before looking up a waving to everyone here.

Rose slipped by down inside the bag, planning to take herself a quick cat nap.

Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar
Still frowning a little, Damien waves to Tinania. "Hello, Nani," he calls to her.

Nyoka lifts an eyebrow as she looks up from the book. "Hello, Tinania," she calls in greeting before retreating back into her book.

Sayuri_Nitta
'Uh yeah,' she wasnt too sure why she had brought it up. She didnt want to worry Damien after all. She hugged him again and then let him go chuckling.
'It was a werewolf hunter. But its healing now,' she said. She blinked at the new teenager that had walked in. She was vaguely familiar as Elle had been but she didnt want to blurt out a name and be wrong. She waved back.

Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar
Damien blushes again, and shakes his head a moment. "Some people are just evil," he mumbles.

Shaking his head again, he says, "So, I thought you were going to show me a trick?"

Krista DarkAngel
Tinania smiles and walks over to the others. She leans down giving Damien and hug then waves to Nyoka "I didn't expect to see you two this early..." she glances to Rhiannon "Your Rhiannon right? The girl who was in the kimoni..." she cuties and smiles "Its me Tinania, we only met briefly..."

Sayuri_Nitta
'Yes I'm Rhiannon. Tinania - you are very pretty,' she smiled at the teen.
'Oh right I was! Well my dad has been teaching me to control my were-wolf transformations and I can do this at any time,' she closed her eyes and concentrated. It was getting easier the more she practiced and she swiftly found the inner 'switch' that let her change. Were ears sprouted up and through her hair, and she reached and popped the opening on her jeans that she had sewn in for when she did this. A brown furred tail spilled out and she twitched it. She giggled, flicking her pointed ears.

Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar
"Ah. . . . I'm afraid that is my fault," Nyoka says. "I had to get up early for a meeting. I think Fauna just likes her little tortures. Anyway, it didn't last long, so I decided to drag the little prince out of the castle for a bit," she adds, still reading the book.

Damien hugs Tinania back briefly, smiling a little at her. "I was awake, anyway," he says.

EDIT: Damien watches, with no small amount of awe, as Rhiannon grows were ears and a tail. "Awesome," he mutters, reaching forward despite himself to touch her ears. Before he does, he stops, and places his hands in his lap. He remembers how uncomfortable he would get when someone touched his scales. "I wish I could do something like that," he says, watching the tail now.

Sayuri_Nitta
'You can touch them,' she chuckled, seeing how he reached forward and then darted his hands back again.
'I really dont mind,' and she wiggled her ears again, ducking her head forward a little.

Krista DarkAngel
Tinania giggles then gasps as she watches Rhiannon change "Okay and I thought doing magic was interesting. That just plain sweet...." she tilts her eyes watching the teen. She slips her hand inside her emo bag pulling out a sketch book and a pencil.

Flipping the page she does a quick sketch and smiles. "This would be a great thing to go into my recording...." she glances at Rhiannon then back down at the sketch pad.

Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar
Damien chuckles, and reaches forward to pet her ears. His eyes shine with the many questions he always seems to have on the tip of his tongue, but the sound of Nyoka's phone has him turning to look at her.

Looking harrassed, Nyoka takes out her cell phone, and answers in Greek. Damien frowns, knowing what that means.

Sure enough, a mildly frustrated Nyoka stuffs the phone back into her pocket and stands. "I'm sorry, short stuff. I gotta get you home," she states, really looking appologetic, both in appearance and tone, now.

Damien just nods. He looks at Rhiannon. "Maybe you can comeover one day?" he says, smiling again. "You need to see the forest, you would love it there."

Krista DarkAngel
Tinania smiles finishing up the sketch before glancing towards the clock, she frowns then nods "I must go, the book store should be open now, and I have to go pick up some books along with other items..." she bows to Rhiannon. "Maybe I will see you again, take care...."

With a smile she turns and heads back out of the clinic heading down the street toward Barton.

Sayuri_Nitta
She nodded, feeling a very peculiar sensation as he stroked her ears. It was pleasant though.
'If I was a cat I'd be purring,' she teased, then nodded as Nyoka spoke.
'I'd like that,' she replied, waving as they left. She had blushed a little at Tinania's compliment;
'Oh you draw?' she asked, curiously looking at the sketchpad, and then she chuckled.
'Ahh okay. You to.' she said, waving as Tinania left also.

Dear Diary,

So well there has been some stuff happening since the last time I wrote in this. I've seen Sati quite a bit. I feel like she could use the company, and I'm still not happy being around the house whilst my wretched Aunt is still under the roof. Sati told me something whilst I was there that she made me swear not to tell Mum. She said that her mortal enemy had done something to her lower abdomen and she fears she has been damaged inside. I am really worried for her.
I told her about how I had kissed Cyrus though and he, well he didnt run away but he didnt exactly kiss me back. She said he sounds like a bit of a slow bloomer when it comes to relationships. Its made me even more confused now in regards to who it is I like that way. Even if Cyrus didnt actually kiss me back - it was nice seeing him again and doing that.
I havent seen Kate in age either - I hope she is ok. Damn the phone is ringing. No one else is in either....

'Heya!' exclaimed Rhiannon as she answered the telephone.
'I was just thinking about you,' she smiled into the receiver. It was Kate. She listened as her friend explained that work had gotten hectic but if she wanted to come over now Kate was at home and had some free time. Rhiannon told Kate she would be over asap and putting the phone down, scribbled a note on the message pad beside the phone so that her parents wouldnt, like, burst a vessel when they found she wasnt at home. She brushed through her hair, applied some lip gloss and changed clothes as she had been slouching around in a tracksuit. One long black skirt, one strappy top later she was out the door, her heeled boots making noises as she walked swiftly.
About an hour later she was ringing the bell at the main entrance to Kate's apartment complex. Kate buzzed her in and she ran up the stairs, finding Kate's door open. Her friend greeted her when she walked in, tucking Rhi into a warm hug. Rhi wrapped her arms around Kate, nuzzling her cheek against Kate's before finding her lips with her own. Kate nudged the door shut whilst they were in lip-lock, her hands wandering all over Rhiannon's back, sliding under her top.
'Kate,' whispered Rhiannon, her eyes shutting as her friends hands slid under her bra. She moaned a little.
'I'll stop if you want,' she replied, stilling her hands for the moment. Rhiannon shook her head and Kate led her into her bedroom, sinking onto the sheets of her bed and pulling Rhiannon with her. Rhiannons head was spinning as Kate removed her clothes, peeling off the skirt and top and then..there was nothing but pure pleasure as Kate laid her down on the bed and gently explored Rhiannon's body....

A while later they were both curled up under the sheets of Kate's bed.
'I cant believe that just happened,' Rhiannon said quietly, looking at her friend.
'Did you not like it?' Kate asked, sitting up and looking at the teen.
'I did...It's just. I did want to tell you something when I came over here you know,' she tried to look reproachful at Kate and ended up giggling. When she was calm again she hugged her knees and sighed;
'Rhiannon spit it out,' said Kate, sitting up against her pillows. Rhiannon shrugged one shoulder.
'But your gonna be mad. Especially - after what just happened.'
Kate raised an eyebrow then spoke.
'Let me guess. You're not sure if you want to be in a relationship with me right?'
Rhiannon nodded slowly.
'I kissed Cyrus,' she said, plucking at a loose thread on the sheet covering her knees.
'And well - it was nice. I mean he is still all weird about that sort of stuff but I dont want to think it never could happen right?'
'Rhiannon,' Kate chuckled.
'This isnt some big deal you know? I'm also seeing another girl,' she laughed out loud at Rhiannons expression.
'This is just - fun, isnt it? You had a nice time. I had a nice time. I know what its like to be a teenage werewolf - well half werewolf. So many urges.'
Rhiannon grinned, showing her white teeth.
'So dont worry about it,' soothed Kate. Rhiannon nodded, sidling over and wrapping herself around Kate. It was fun, here and now. But she still wanting to have the same kind of fun with Cyrus...

Rhiannon rubbed her head; drinking a whole bottle and then some of wine really did not do you any good. No more wine ever again. Well maybe not for a while, she thought ruefully as she swallowed paracetamol and chased them down with a glass of water.
Everything had kind of happened lately. Her visit with Kate and what they had gotten up to whilst she was there. Which, admittedly brough a smile and a flush of colour to her cheeks. Then the whole drinking session with Cyrus, Bronwen, Tinania and his weird friend Angie. She still wasnt entirely sure how she had gotten home - but home she had wound up. Pity that she hadnt managed to get a drunken fumble in with Cyrus. But he was talking weird about being a pirate, and with the other girls there she was definately glad nothing had happened.
Not that it wouldnt have been informative and instructive if something did actually happen between her and Cyrus. She still couldnt quite believe that neither Bronwen nor Rhiannon had kissed anyone yet. Was everyone really slow or what? But the thinking was making her head throb - she decided to go for a stroll into the woods and take a dip in the waterfall fed pool. Hopefully that would help clear her head.

Rhiannon strolled inside the clinic, her head feeling alot clearer now. The wine hangover had seemed to last forever;
'I still dont know how I got home,' she muttered to herself then looked around. Hmm, she thought. There's that weird friend of Cyrus's. But no Cyrus. She took a seat and poked at a hole in her jeans.

caroline_cupcake
(shouldn't be rping)

Caroline (rather gracefully for a pregger woman who is clumsy) ambled into the Clinic. The usual headphones were placed on her belly, which was infact, was a habit now. She flashed everyone a large smile as she sunk comfortably into a near by seat. "Ooo…." Caroline twisted a bit to get the ultimate comfy experience. The headphones blasted a random song from Caroline's collection of classic rock.

Sayuri_Nitta
Rhiannon glanced over at the heavily pregnant woman who entered curiously. For the first time she wondered what it would be like to be pregnant herself. She chuckled to herself - according to her mother, pregnancy was hell, but she was sure she was saying that only so Rhiannon wouldnt find herself in the position at her age. She moved seats to sit nearer to the woman and waved at her, noting the headphones in her ears.

Jiora
Cyrus glanced over his shoulder as he edged into the clinic, half-expecting to see his aunt storming up behind him. He hadn't really expected her to let him leave the apartment so easily - she'd seemed more than happy to get him away from her though. Even if it had meant dealing with a fussy Zita for the next few hours.

And then he looked into the clinic. Joy.

He tried to pretend he hadn't noticed Angie and that his cheeks hadn't flushed suddenly. Nothing had happened, so there was no need to make a big deal out of it, right? Right. ...so maybe he should go over an-

Oh, Rhi! She'd be just as good for talking to. Nothing weird had happened with her the other night at all. ...he thought. ...he couldn't remember anything like that, so it must be safe. He dropped into a seat next to her, doing his best to look at ease despite the ache in his head that hadn't yet faded.

Black Duvet
Angie couldn't help but dissolve into giggles at the new discovery. "That's so.. I mean," she managed to catch herself in time. "Sweet. Is Maddie easy to take care of, or does she give you a hard time sometimes?"

Angie blinked as people entered the clinic. And.. people. Oh boy. Mustnotfleemustnotfleemustnotflee...

NO. FLEE. FLEEEEE.

Angie made an odd squeaking sound and tried to shuffle off.. somewhere, but only suceeded in landing on her backside. Deciding not to try that again, she pretended to ignore him and went back to Cute Baby #1.

Sayuri_Nitta
Rhiannon noticed Cyrus walk in from the corner of her eye and she grinned at him as he sat down, looking over at him quickly and chuckling.
'You still hungover?' she asked, her eyebrows quirked upwards in amusement.

caroline_cupcake
At the corner of her eye, Caroline noticed a person move closer to her with a friendly wave. She lowered the volume of the headphones that started to slide down her belly at this time. "Hiya!" She waved back a bit too energetically, pregnancy made her feel bi polar at times, one minute happy, one minute sad, and one minute hungry or mad. Her eyes glanced down at her belly a bit cautiously; Caroline placed the headphones in a tiny clutch that she had been holding.

Jiora
"Very," he grumbled, not sure why she seemed so amused by it. Hadn't she gotten one too? "Did you make it home alright?"

He dared a glance in Angie's direction, relaxing a bit when he realized she was ignoring him too. Good. ..yes. Good. They could just ignore eachother until they forgot about it and things would be good.

Yeah.

Sayuri_Nitta
'Hi,' she said when the pregnant woman spoke.
'I'm Rhiannon.'
She looked at Cyrus again.
'Yeah but I have no idea how I got home. Last thing I remember was all the talk about kissing.'
She thought she would definately remember if Cyrus and her had kissed. So they couldnt have.
'Y'know you owe me a drunken snog,' she teased, giggling.

caroline_cupcake
A tiny grin flickered as she heard the young girl respond. "Hehe, very nice to meet you Rhianno, I'm Caroline." She put out her hand as a polite gesture. The word snog ringed in her ears. "Snogging, where! When?" Caroline almost wanted to wink, being the horny woman she was, and then sadly Caroline realized she was pregnant?so no snogging for her.

Jiora
Cyrus glanced curiously at the pregnant woman - she seemed like a nice enough person. Even so, he grimaced a bit and looked away again. He simply wasn't in the mood to talk with any new people today.

"I don't think I'll be getting drunk again any time soon. I barely remember anything from after Bronnie showed up." Cyrus frowned a bit. "Do you remember if I did anything...stupid?"

Sayuri_Nitta
Rhiannon giggled at Caroline;
'Nice to meet you,' she pointed at Cyrus.
'With this guy - well I keep trying,' she leaned over in her seat and wrapped an arm around his shoulders, giving him a one-armed hug.
'I dont remember honestly. Like I said - we were all talking and thats about the last thing I remember clearly.'

caroline_cupcake
Caroline giggled almost going into a 'back in the day' speech. "Ooo…." She winked at Cyrus. "The bathroom looks free." Hmm, what a good influence she was.

Jiora
Cyrus didn't pull away when Rhi draped an arm around him. It wasn't as if she were going to try to kiss him in front of all these people. "Yeah.. Angie and me don't remember much either."

He gawked at Caroline for a few moments, his brain taking it's sweet time to process the meaning behind her comment. With a great sputter, he threw up one hand as though to fend her off. "Uh..no thanks, lady!"

And there was his blush again. He was doomed to be red the entire time he was here, it seemed.

Sayuri_Nitta
'Well I'm sure you just passed out and slept,' she said, keeping her arm around him and chuckling at Caroline's comment. Until Cyrus made his exclamation. She let go of him and chewed hard on her bottom lip feeling - hurt maybe. She wasnt sure. She forced a smile and said to Caroline;
'Nah - I'm not pretty enough for Cyrus or something,' she waved her hand as if that was nothing to her.

(( oh and hiya Krista ^_^ ))

caroline_cupcake
Caroline chuckled at Cyrus blushing. "It's Caroline, nice to meet you." She leaned over a bit, placing her other hand on her belly as she stretched out her other for him to shake. Caroline smiled at B.L.Masonic as she noticed her.

caroline_cupcake
Caroline gawked and put a hand on Rhi's shoulder. "Pssh, You're gorgeous and if he doesn't see that... I know a lot of guys, ones that will treat you like a REAL woman." She whispered in her ear with a chuckle.

Krista DarkAngel
((*snugs Sayuri* Hey chica))

Tinania looks around before slipping into the clinic. She pushes her hair from her face and bites her bottom lip looking around. She smiles when she doesn't see anyone she knows that you tell her mother she was here.

Fixing her darkblue elven gown she heads over to some empty chais and takes a seat searching though her bag hoping to find something she could read to keep herself busy with.

Jiora
Wait, what? He frowned at Rhiannon in confusion, ignoring Caroline's extended hand for the most part. She was acting weird again. He knew he must have done something wrong again. "Not what? I just don't like anyone yet, Rhi," he whined.

Sayuri_Nitta
She chuckled a little at Caroline;
'Well thanks - but I dont want other guys..' she clapped a hand over her mouth and blushed furiously. What the heck was up with her that she was blurting that out? She ducked her head down and waited for the flush to leave her cheeks.

caroline_cupcake
Caroline nodded and bit her lip then ducked down beside Rhi. "You just wait; I know how it feels, kind of. Maybe, if I wasn't such a swinger but, give it time…" She was never good at advice, but Caroline lifted her head and looked at Cyrus for a second then down at her hands, she felt like he was hiding something or maybe it was confusion.

Jiora
Cyrus suddenly realized he might've preferred taking his chances with Angie instead of Rhiannon. Things here were just getting worse and worse it seemed. For him, at least.

He ducked his head a bit and studied the floor, mouth opening and closing in a wonderful mimic of a fish. She didn't want any other guys? He wasn't that great or anything, even! "Er..."

How exactly did one respond to something like that?

Sayuri_Nitta
She let out a great sigh, bringing her head back up and looking around the clinic. She noticed Tinania and managed a wave for her, then put her hand down and looked at Cyrus;
'I know. You keep saying that. But how do you know you dont like anyone unless you try stuff?'
She turned away a little from him and shrugged at Caroline.
'But your pregnant. Doesnt that mean your in a steady relationship?'

caroline_cupcake
Now, Caroline began to sigh. "Well, not exactly, er...yuh no. It's kind of a long story." She glanced up at the ceiling then back at Rhi with a wary smile. "Well, I am a dream fae and this is my friend White's baby also, she infact has a love--boyfriend. And well, I went into her dreams one night...let's say we had a fun time at the clinic...Hehe." She put both her hands on her belly. "Plus, I'm not the type to love or go out with exactly, only one person...Ah, never mind you don't want to hear my nonsense." Caroline waggled her hand a bit.

Jiora
Cyrus blinked at Rhiannon, looking rather confused. "Trying stuff is nice, I guess...but I wanna wait til I know I like someone to try it." Not that there was really much point in that anymore, but argh! He wasn't thinking about that! It hadn't happened. He was sure Angie would agree it he asked her.

..which he would do later. ..much later.

Sayuri_Nitta
Rhiannon raised an eyebrow;
'How odd,' she exclaimed.
'But I guess if the baby is going to be loved its okay,' she smiled a little, then shut her eyes at Cyrus's words.
'Yeah yeah I get it. You dont like me,' she scuffed the floor with the tip of a boot.

caroline_cupcake
Caroline nodded. "Well, yup...I would love her as if she were my lover, well maybe not quite...but hopefully you get the point." She tilted her head a bit, she was confused, nothing to say. "Do you guys want to talk or something, because I don't want to get in both of you guys way." Caroline nodded and put all of her belongings on her lap as if she were ready to scoot down towards Ala, Angie, pink and the babies.

Jiora
Well that had helped tons. "Sorry." He sighed and slouched in his chair, closing his eyes and letting his ears flop to either side. Maybe if he just sat here and didn't do or say anything then things would get better. Or at least not get any worse.

Sayuri_Nitta
'You dont need to go Caroline. Not unless we are boring you,' she quipped, then she blinked.
That was weird - her werewolf ears grew up out of her hair she was so surprised. She looked over at Cyrus;
'Did you just apologise to me?' she said, her voice radiating shock. He never apologised to her, she was sure this was a first.

Jiora
He cracked an eye open to peer warily at her. Was apologizing a bad thing? She wasn't going to suddenly smack him, was she? "Yeah... So..?" He tilted his head a bit and blinked at her. "Your ears are showing."

caroline_cupcake
"Ah, ok. Well, would you mind watching my stuff, just have to go to the pit?" Caroline wiggled her finger towards the bathroom as she began to stand up. "There we go." She stood up completely waggling a bit. Caroline did a fast little waddle to the bathroom and closed the door, who knew how long she would take now.

(i'll be back, I really have to do hw...thanks for the rp smile ))

Sayuri_Nitta
'They are?' she reached up. Obviously she was still getting used to being able to change at will. She was just glad it wasnt her tail that sprouted. She flicked the ears.
'So they did.' she looked at him.
'So? So? Are you feeling okay? You never say sorry.' she remarked.

Jiora
"I'm fine. It's just..the hangover, I guess. Throwing me off." Yeah. That sounded like a good enough excuse. Maybe he should apologize more often if it was going to calm people down like this. Even if he still wasn't sure what he'd done wrong.

Sayuri_Nitta
The hangover was making him say this stuff?
'Yeah well I guess you wont be drinking like that again in a hurry huh?' she said quietly, lacing her fingers together and looking at her hands. Maybe that would explain Angie's weird behaviour. She had noticed that the girl kept looking over here and had at one time fallen over on her bottom.

Jiora
"Why would I if it's just gonna make me forget things and give me awful headaches? I mean, would you want to?" He dragged his fingers through his hair and threw a glance at the door as though trying to decide whether or not it'd be wise to risk a mad dash for freedom.

Sayuri_Nitta
'It depends on whether I thought there was something major that happened that I'd forgotten. Drinking is ok in a little dose,' she said, concentrating on making her wolven ears go away again.
'And you should drink water. It will help you.'

Jiora
"Yeah well..." He trailed off and frowned at the ceiling again. There weren't as many cracks up there to count as he'd hoped, it seemed. "My aunt gave me some awful tasting stuff that she said would help."

Sayuri_Nitta
He was hiding something. It was like she could somehow smell something different about him - which was a really weird thing to think but it was true. Well that was up to him.
'Stuff thats good for you is often bad tasting I think is how it goes.' she sighed.
'I really should go. I have...stuff,' she finished lamely. She couldnt talk to him - not after what she had said. And what he had said.

Jiora
"Well this stuff isn't really working very well," he grumbled. He glanced sidelong at her for a moment, finally shrugging and turning towards her with a nod. "Alright.. I'll..see you later then.."

Sayuri_Nitta
'Yeah bye,' she said, standing and walking away. Arrrgh, she shouted inside. He really was the most infuriatingly cute - no not cute! Annoying, annoying! she railed as she left the clinic.

(( g'night all - gonna hopefully sleep this damn headache off ))

Dear Diary,
Its over. I admit defeat. I think I do. Cyrus - he doesnt seem to care about me at all in the way I had hoped he would. I think he's cute. But he doesnt seem be even beginning to think of me in a girlfriend way. Its depressing. We were getting along so well too. I think its time I gave up on him.
Something else as well. He was acting really weird last time I saw him. He said he was still hung-over but I dont know. There was a really weird scent of something coming from him.
Thats another weirdness. I'm starting to sense stuff from people by how they smell! Its really weird. Like when I visited Kate last and told her about how Cyrus was I could tell she was...sexually excited. But we didnt do anything. I'm too up in the air about everything for more complications.

Quote:
Rhiannon: Rhiannon slid out of the tree she had been clambering around in, scratching her bare legs a little as she climbed down. She adjusted her top, pulling on her denim shorts and flopped down on the grass near the edge of the woods. She could just see her house from here, and she sunbathed, yawning sleepily under the warm rays.

Damien: Damien strolls toward the familiar home. He has on a wide-brimmed hat, that somehow seems to look not a bit ridiculous on him, and his long cape. He needs to protect his fair skin from burning, after all. Tugging the brim down a bit against the wind, his long hair flapping behind him, he looks down at the path he is currently walking.

So lost in watching the gravel, and everything else on the path, Damien almost runs into the front door. Taking a big step back, he raises a fist to knock.

Rhiannon: Rhiannon jumped up, strolling back to the house. She was thirsty, and she brushed grass from her butt as she walked.
'Err hello?' she said, tucking her hair behind her ears and looking at the teenager standing at her front door.

Damien: Damien looks at Rhiannon a moment, before offering his usual, small smile. "Hell, Rhiannon," he says, waving a little. "I hope I am not interrupting anything. I could come back if you are busy. . . ."

Rhiannon: 'Damien?' she asked, walking around him. He was...tall, and from what she could see under the hat and cape, cute!

Damien: "One and the same," he replies. It would take some getting used to to remember that he had a sudden growth spurt, even if his hair had been growing out for a long time.

He removes his hat, and absently runs his fingers through his hair, which is out of the customary ponytail for the day. "I'd hoped that perhaps we could. . . ." Damien pauses, as though trying to think of the proper wording. "Hang out, as they say," he ends.

Rhiannon: She squealed, happy that her friend was of a similar age to him and flung her arms around him, hugging him tightly;
'You look so good!' she giggled, kinda forgetting that he would probably not be used to young women in teeny tops and shorts flinging themselves at him.

Damien: Despite his blushing, and his being a bit caught off guard, Damien manages to return the hug. "Thank you," he says, willing the blush down. Apparently, he inherited that trait from Lenore. "And you look, different. I am sure I can see your tattoo without any help in that," he says this with good humor, not with critisism. Of course, Damien does not mind what Rhiannon is wearing at all.

Rhiannon: She let him go, smiling and giving a little twirl.
'Sati keeps telling me I have nice enough legs to show off. But I only dare wear this around the house and out in the garden and woods.' she looked at him, her head tilted a little.
'I love your hair,' she reached out and ran her fiingers through it.

Damien: "Sati is correct," Damien blurts. He doesn't notice that that sort of comment could get him in trouble with some people. After all, his hormones have just immerged, and quite frankly, he has no idea about them, anyway.

But, he is blushing again at the compliment. "Thank you, again, Rhiannon," he says, letting her mess with his hair. "So," he starts, clasping his hands behind his back. "You were climbing trees, or hiking?" he asks, assuming she was doing something of that nature from her description of her attire.

Rhiannon: 'I was climbing our big, old oak tree. But got bored up there, and started working on my tan some more,' she pointed a leg at him, pleased that he liked how she looked.
'But I was coming in for a drink and to change into my two-piece,' she tugged up the bottom of one of her short legs.
'See? Its paler. I dont want tan lines that far down!' she grinned.

Damien: Damien's eyes seem to widen a bit, and he tugs on the collar of his shirt descreetly. "Well, we can't have that," he says, rather softly. "But, I thought you looked alright without the tan," he adds, glancing down at her leg again.

Shaking his head, he turns away. "Well, if you still wanted to sunbathe, you could get the two piece. I will just . . . climb a tree. We can still catch up. . . ."
Rhiannon: 'I can climb the tree in my suit!' she nodded.
'I did it naked before. I'll just go change - be right back! Oh and I'll grabs soda's too! Go sit on the grass,' she waved at him, disappearing inside and laughing out loud to herself when she realised what her run away mouth had said. Oh well...

Damien: Damien is crimson as he starts to walk over to the area Rhiannon waved her hand in. He plops down, discarding his cap as he does so, and folding it neatly at his side. He sets the hat on top of it, and crosses his legs indian style. The heat starts to get to him before too long, despite the shade the tree is providing him with. He unbuttons the first few buttons of his shirt as he sits and waits

Rhiannon: Rhiannon changed quickly and came walking over from the house carrying two soda cans. Her suit was a triangle cut two piece in red material - her mother had seen her and told her she wasnt to do any running in the thing unless she wanted Damien to fall over. Rhiannon didnt quite get that, but thought it had something to do with her breasts - which wasnt fair as guys got to go around topless all the time! She sat down next to him, kneeling on the grass.
'Not too hot here?' she asked, noticing his slightly unbuttoned shirt.

Damien: Damien looks over at Rhiannon, eye trained on her face. "Oh, not terribly. I am afraid I didn't wear my summer cloth today," he says, smiling his small smile at her. "Thick cotton and sun don't mix too well." In truth, he had been contemplating just taking the whole shirt off, but that seemed improper.

"Anyway," he starts. "How have things been around here? Everything been quiet?"

Rhiannon: 'Take it off then,' she said, sitting down properly and stretching her legs in front of her. She wriggled her toes into the grass near Damien.
'Hmm - It has been yeah. Cyrus came round like a week ago, and I've just been hanging out in the woods exploring whilst the weather is good since then.'

Damien: "It's not proper," Damien says, speaking of him taking off his shirt.

"Oh, how has Cyrus been? It seems like it has been ages since I last saw him. . . ." Damien asks. He then smiles a bit again. "You'd love the Emerald Forest. All sorts of places to explore, really. Small villages, strange animals," he explains.

Rhiannon: 'Why is not proper?' she wrinkled her nose a little.
'Your hot- and uncomfortable. I dont care if you take it off and I'm the only one around.' she chuckled.
'Ahh he's ok. I kissed him, so he's probably going to avoid me for ages.' she grinned.
'That sounds great. You'll have to show it to me someday.'

Damien: "It's still considered undressing before a lady," Damien shrugs. He didn't make up the rules, they were imprinted on him, it seems, from birth.

He raises an eyebrow and looks over at Rhiannon again. "Why would he avoid you over a simple kiss?" he asks. "People kiss all of the time," of course, he is not referring to the romantic sense. He just thinks Rhiannon is speaking of a peck on the cheek, or something like that.

"Well, whenever you want to see it, just say so, and I will take you to my home," Damien smiles. "You'd like the centaurs, I think. There are some darker elements in the forest, though, as in all forests," he sighs, hating the idea of any fighting at all. . . .

Rhiannon: 'Because Cyrus is Cyrus. He told me that he wasnt thinking about anyone romantically yet. I did kiss him on the lips after all,' she smiled at the memory.
'Undressing before a lady?' she fell back on the grass and laughed at that.
'Damien do I even look like a lady to you?' she sat up again, wiping at her face, adjusting her top where she was in danger of..exposing herself.
'Seriously...thats just - silly.'

Damien: Damien blinks. "Still," he says, waving that off. "Everyone has to have a first kiss sometime," he thinks back to Tinania, and the little peck she gave his lips before running away. Shaking his head again, he lifts an eyebrow again.

"Very well," he says, smiling fully this time. "Since you seem intent on disrobing me," he unbuttons his shirt, but he does not take it off. He merely leans back on his hands.

Rhiannon: She blushed faintly at that idea, a little naughty image skittering through her mind;
'Err well it wasnt my first kiss,' she admitted, moving to sit along side him, leaning agains the tree trunk.

Damien: "It wasn't?" Damien asks, looking at Rhiannon out of the corner of his eye.

Rhiannon: She shook her head, idly wondering what kissing Damien would be like. She pushed the idea away for now - he was her friend after all. Jumping on him probably wasnt a good idea; but he did look really good...my god! she thought. What is wrong with me?
'Nope. I've kissed ..someone. A few times.' she said evasively.

Damien: Damien nods, not one to press. "Well, I hope they were better experiences than the one you had with Cyrus," he says. He glances at Rhiannon again, trying to keep his eyes off of her provocative outfit at the moment. Best not have a cloudy mind when serious matters are being discussed. Well, serious to some, he should amend, this discussion. He finds himself wondering if he should tell Rhiannon about the kiss Tinania gave him. . . .

Rhiannon: 'It was all good,' she winked at him, and nudged him.
'So have you..y'know. Had your first kiss?' she touched him lightly on the arm.

Damien: "That's good to hear," Damien says. Then, he shrugs. "Not really. It was a peck," he found himself saying. "And it was not returned," he adds. Sighing, he turns his head to look at Rhiannon fully now. "Tinania kisses me," he admits. "Just, don't say anything, please? I'd rather her not know I told you."

Rhiannon: 'I wouldnt.' she said, moving her hand from his arm and poking him lightly on the end of his nose.
'So serious. You didnt kiss her back? How come?' she enquired gently.

Damien: "Because, I don't think of her in that way," Damien admits. "All my life, she has been my baby cousin. I'm not saying that I could never feel that way about her," he adds. "But, just not at this point," as a delayed reaction, he scrunches his nose up to the poke. "I told her I couldn't think of her as more than a friend right now. I think I really hurt her. She might be avoiding me," he smiles slightly. "Maybe that is why your situation with Cyrus struck a chord?"

Rhiannon: 'Ahh I see,' she raised an eyebrow.
'I dont know,' she teased.
'You boys. So serious about something thats supposed to be fun.' she brushed her fingers through his long hair again. It must be the heat..or the lunar time of the month, but she was finding herself attracted to him.

Damien: Damien chuckles. "Mine and Nani's situation is quite different from yours and Cyrus's, I think. When you grow up as family, it is hard to just turn that off," he allows Rhiannon to run her fingers through his hair again. It is quite soothing, actually. He's sure if she kept it up, he'd find himself closing his eyes. "I do agree that, yes, it should be fun. It's just no fun when you are hurting people," he sighs again.

Rhiannon: 'You should tell her. Be honest with her about why you didnt return the kiss.' she smiled, watching the strands of his hair sliding over her fingers.
'I bet she would understand. I only kissed Cyrus because I wanted to see what it was like to kiss him. I do understand really why he acts the way he does. I just like...going with my feelings.'

Damien: "I did," Damien says, his heavy-lidded eyes closing slowly. "We'll get over it, I think."

When his eyes are closed, he chuckles. "I admire that about you, Rhiannon. That you just go with your feelings," he says. "Cyrus will get over what happened, eventually, as well. And, who knows? If there is a next time, he might not freak out so much."

Rhiannon: 'Maybe. It depends if there is a next time.' she said, shifting her legs as they were beginning to fall asleep. Her foot knocked against Damien's leg.
'Sorry,' she grinned, still stroking his hair.
'Sleepyhead,' she teased softly.

Damien: "There might be," Damien says, absently waving off the appology. The grins now, and adds, "I am not sleepy, I am completely relaxed. And it is because you are playing with my hair. When I decided to let it grow, I never thought it would bring this benefit. Almost like a massage, I would imagine."
Rhiannon: 'Well...I wouldnt know about that.' she smiled, her cheeks colouring.
'Your the first guy thats let me do this. I couldnt even begin to know how to massage someone.'
That sounded completely wrong in her head.
'Umm well y'know. You have nice hair and I like...doing that and sitting her with you.'

Damien: "Mum said that massages are great," he replies, not even thinking on the implications of what her comment could mean. "Well, I like what your doing, and sitting here with you as well. In short, ditto," he chuckles again. "I don't know, I just don't feel shy around you. Then again, when we had play dates and such, I don't think you ever really let me," Damien says.

Rhiannon: She blushed;
'No point being shy. I learned that stuff just slips you by if you dont grab it.' her hand left his hair and rested on his shoulder. She could just lean in now and..but then he'd probably react as he did to Tinania and she didnt want him to leave just because she couldnt control her animalistic side.

Damien: Damien opens his eyes a moment after her hand rests on his shoulder. Blinking a little, he turns his head, and looks over at Rhiannon. He doesn't move, just simply looks into her eyes. He nods a little. "I agree with you, there. I have missed too much becuase of that," he says. Indeed, he has a small circle of friends, most of whom he rarely sees, because of his shy nature.

His train of thought goes a completely different direction as his eyes remained lock. He never really noticed how pretty Rhiannon's eyes were. Of course, that thought brings a blush to his cheeks, and the tips of his pointed ears. But, he still doesn't look away.

Rhiannon: She lowered her eyes a little when Damien looked right at her - and an argument started up in her mind..do it! He's inviting you, that treacherous part of her that made her kiss Cyrus. No, said the sensible part of her. He's your friend and;
'But I like you as you are anyways,' she mumbled, and she leaned in, her free hand going to his face, her lips softly pressing on his.

Damien: Damien feels the heat rise to his cheeks and ears again, yet he, for some reason or another, doesn't pull away. HIs clouded mind has enough time to register that he has no friggin idea what to do ina situation like this. That is moments before one of his hands grows a mind of its own. It snakes around to the nape of Rhiannon's neck, his fingers running into the hair there.

He returns the soft press of lips, notknowing to do anything else.

Rhiannon: Rhiannon almost became the one that ran away. She'd kissed a guy! And he hadnt thought she was giving him cooties or something. Which was a new experience for her. She deepened the kiss unconsciously as he stroked through her hair, her lips moving with his with practised ease and she pressed herself against him.

Damien: He doesn't know how, as his brain has shut down, but his other arm snakes around Rhiannon's waist, his hand going to rest on the small of her back. He pulls her a bit closer, letting instinct take over completely.

At this point, had his brain been online, Damien would have been sure he couldn't be the one to pull away from the kiss. Even though every sense of honor he has would be screaming at him, telling him that he probably should.

Rhiannon: As it happened, pulling her closer left her seated on his lap, and Rhiannon gently broke away, nuzzling her nose against his;
'Well..' she mumbled, her hand going into the ends of his hair again. She wasnt really sure what to say...but she had really liked it.

Damien: It takes a moment for his brain to reboot. His eyes are still closed several moment after this kiss had ended. When he opens them, they rest on Rhiannon's. And, he is smiling. Damien's fingers are still playing with Rhiannon's hair, and his other arm has not moved.

"Very well put," he manages to say, and closes his eyes again. He feels just a bit guilty, as though he should appologize, but for what? Anyway, he liked it as well. There is no reason he should feel guilty.

Rhiannon: She laughed;
'Well my head is a little fuzzy now.'
He didnt seem to care that she was still sitting on him, and she didnt want to move right now.
'You sure you havent kissed more girls?' she asked, winking.
'You're really good.'

Damien: "My head is the same way," Damien laughs a little. "And, you lie," he adds. "I am sure, that's why I know you are lying." Then, unconciously mimicking her, he winks for perhaps the first tim in his life. "You weren't bad, yourself, Rhiannon," he adds.

Maybe Rhiannon had the right idea about this kissing thing. It is really just supposed to be fun at first. And, if she kissed Cyrus like that, he was just insane to have run away.

Rhiannon: 'You were very good,' she poked him on his bare chest, blushing. She leaned in again and brushed her lips against his softly, pulling back before she got carried away again.
'I could do that all day,' she confessed, tugging on a strand of her hair and giggling.

Damien: Damien blinks, not entirely sure how to answer her. So, he is honest. "As could I," he admits after the second, more brief, press of her lips. Who knew? All those movies he had watched with Nyoka might have had it right.

He reaches up and brushes some of the hair out of her face. He tilts his head to the side, the slight smile on his lips again. "You really are very pretty," he mumbles.

Rhiannon: 'I dont think I'm that pretty,' Rhiannon mumbled, her head tilting so that her cheek brushed along his hand.
'Someone that looks like you do; you could get so many prettier girls kissing you.'

Damien: Damien blinks again, again caught off guard by the last comment. "Rhiannon," he starts. "You are pretty. Don't think that of yourself." He shakes his head a little, smiling a bit again. "I think that might be the curse of strong women. Being strong defines them, so they don't think there is any room for being beautiful." Obviously, he's had this conversation before. He reaches up and lightly goes to poke Rhiannon's nose. "As for me," he shrugs. "It's the elven blood," he chuckles softly.

Rhiannon: 'Oh elven blood huh? Maybe I need some of that in me,' she grinned.
'You think I'm strong?' she blushed, hiding her face with her hands - but peeking through the gaps in her fingers to look at him.

Damien: Damien merely shakes his head at the first comment. After a moment's pause, he nods the affirmative to her. "One of two that I know. In my opinion, you could handle anything that was sent your way," he shrugs slightly again.

Rhiannon: She dropped her hands from her face, one of them sliding into his hair again (she loved the reaction she got from running her fingers through it), and the other traced a tiny circle on his chest under his open shirt.
'I think I can handle most things..' she smiled softly.
Except of course this sudden odd attraction for someone who had until now just been a great friend.

Damien: His heavy lidded eyes seem to droop a little as a knee-jerk reaction to Rhiannon's fingers in his hair again. Damien's muscles tense a little when he feels her touch on his chest, but he soon relaxes again. He nods at her last statement. "As I assumed you could. Better to handle things than run away from them, in any case," he says. He is, though, unaware of how he can carry on a conversation as he is when she's thoroughly relaxing him again.

Rhiannon: She giggled, shifting slightly on his lap;
'I'm not squashing you am I?' she asked, her fingers tangled in the strands of his hair. She wasnt real sure if she should stay on his lap much longer. Damien was starting to look...kind of delicous. This must be that animal attraction thing Kate had warned her about. The closer to the full moon, the more wanton she would become.

Damien: He lifts a brow, and seems to look as though it just hit him that she is still in his lap. He blinks twice before answering. His usual small smile appears on his lips as he says, "No, you are not. But, if I am uncomfortable to you, it wouldn't hurt my feelings if you moved." He's a thin boy, he's not unsure of his bones can be felt when seated . . . well, on him.
He just wishes she wouldn't have shifted quite the way she did. . . . He's got a slight tingling sensation in his gut now. . . .

Rhiannon: 'No you are perfectly comfortable,' she giggled, sitting still again.
'I was just...curious.' and she flung her arms around him, staring up and into his eyes.
'Damien do you like me?' she asked, her voice light and airy in tone as if the question wasnt as serious as it sounded.

Damien: Oh no, are the thoughts in his head. He does like Rhiannon, but this sort of question is very loaded, he would have been able to tell you that way before he had his growth spurt, and all those wierd things started happening to his body.

His aqua eye meet her green ones, and he runs through possible answers that wouldn't get him in trouble. He shifts a little in his seat, and absently runs his fingers over the small of his back as he thinks.

Finally, he decides on honesty, "I like you, Rhiannon," he replies, the smile forming more comfortably on his lips again.

Rhiannon: 'Thats good,' she grinned.
'I was going to tickle you if you didnt.'
She winked at him. Not wanting to push it - after all the strong approach hadnt worked so great with Cyrus, she decided to just interpret his liking her as she wanted and not ask him 'how' he liked her.

Damien: Damien's composure seems to falter a bit at the threat. He shakes his head. "No tickling, please?" he asks, his smile turned to a nervous one. He tugs lightly on the end of her hair. Of course, it is too late to take back his slip of one of his weaknesses.

Rhiannon: She grinned wider, showing her tiny pointed canines;
'Oh so what do I get for not tickling you?' she lazily closed her eyes as he tugged on her hair. It was kind of soothing.

Damien: "Uhm" he says articulately. "What do you want?" Damien asks, watching her.

Rhiannon: 'Oh dont worry,' she said, opening her eyes a little bit and tilting her head closer to his.
'It will be something you'll enjoy,' and she kissed him again.

Damien: Damien is suprised again. He returns the kiss, in his inexperienced way. Instincts take control again, and his arms snake around Rhiannon again.

Rhiannon: Rhi gently nibbles on Damiens bottom lip, remembering that she had liked that when it was done to herself and then kissed him again, savouring the feel of his mouth on hers. His scent intoxicates her, her sense of smell heightened by the close-ness of the new lunar phase and she growls softly, finally pulling away when she becomes breathless;
'Sorry,' she mumbled, embarrassed at how she had gotten carried away.

Damien: Damien's eyes open slowly. Every time Rhiannon moves, the tingling in his gut seems to grow. With a slight flush on his cheeks, he looks at her curiously. "Sorry? For what?"

Rhiannon: 'I thought I had gotten too carried away..' she looked at him.
'Did I go too far?' she asked tentatively.

Damien: Damien shakes his head. "I don't think you did, in any case," he says. "I'm not running, am I?" he adds, a bit of a good-natured twinkle in his eyes and a grin as he pokes fun at Cyrus's behavior.

He does find himself wondering how the heck they will act around each other when they see each other next. Will it be awkward, or will they just slip back into their old selves again? There's something to think on. . . .

Rhiannon: 'Well I am sitting on you,' she giggled.
'So I dont think you can run away.' she poked her tongue out at him, twirling the ends of his hair in her fingers.
'What are you thinking about?' she looked into his eyes, and poked the end of his nose lightly.

Damien: Damien chuckles. "I guess that's true," replies. He wiggles his nose at the poke, but merely shrugs at her question. "Nothing really. Sometimes, thoughts race too quickly in my mind for me to put them into words," he smiles again, and reaches up to tap Rhiannon's temple. "Unless you can read my mind, I won't be able to tell you." Of course, he is fibbing, just a little. But, fibbing well. He doesn't feel that his thoughts, at this moment, should be expressed.

Rhiannon: 'No I cant,' she wrinkled her face up at the idea.
'I wouldnt have asked otherwise.' she fell silent a moment.
'Maybe...I really should get off your lap I guess.'
Rhiannon pushed her bottom lip out in a pouty fashion at the thought.

Damien: Damien blinks a little. "If you want," he says, his brow furrowing now. "Did I say something?" he asks, tilting his head to the side a little.

Rhiannon: She shook her head;
'No no,' tugged lightly on his hair that she still had in her fingers.
'I just...I dont know if is this right - y'know. Because your my friend. Although we did kiss,' she giggled, then shrugged dramatically.
'I dont actually want to get off. But I read that...well like if a guy gets too - umm worked up,' she whispered.
'Stuff happens.' she nodded.

Damien: Damien blushes a little, and is determined to look at anything but Rhiannon. "I was actually thinking," she brought up part of it anyway, "how we would act when next we saw each other. If it would be awkward. I don't want that, but I don't regret anything that was done today."

Then, he blush deepens a little and he gives a slight cough, as though to clear his throat. "Erm . . . well. . . as long as you don't. . . . wiggle. . . ."

Rhiannon: 'I dont think it will be awkward,' she tilted her head to one side, regarding him thoughtfully.
'I mean we just kissed...a few times. Its not like we are married now or anything even.'
Rhiannon wondered why she couldnt wiggle;
'Wiggle?' and as she said that she moved her bottom slightly on his lap as she peered at him.
'Why should I not wiggle?'

Damien: Damien isn't even able to respond. The tingling sensation is in his guy again, and he moves his legs a little, shifting in his seat. He clears his throat again, and managed, in a voice that is cracking, "Rhiannon, please stop moving. . . ."

Rhiannon: Rhiannon still didnt quite get it and she shifted again. Then suddenly a blush spread across her cheeks as she finally did get it!
'Oh..my ..'
She slid quickly off Damien's lap.
'I'm so sorry, I really am Damien,' she curled up hiding her face. She was such an idiot! Now he would probably think she was...a sex maniac or something!

Damien: Damien is blushing again when she slides off his lap, and he automatically grabs the ends of his shirt and brings it over his lap, bending his knees a little. This is certainly a sort of first for him. "No - Rhiannon, it's fine." He would have been over by her, trying to comfort her, but he really can't move right now. Or, he doesn't trust himself to. He starts stuttering things like "It's a natural reaction" and such things.

Finally, he forces himself to take a calming breath. This is actually a little scary! "Rhiannon, don't blame yourself, really," he says, his voice one of calm now. Even if he wanted to run, he doesn't think he could. He couldn't even walk, in his thinking, in this state. What the heck was he supposed to do!

Rhiannon: 'Yeah they..those.. are natural..' she would not say 'erection'. Damien would probably skitter away as fast as his legs could carry him if she came out with a word like that.
'Would it help if I put on proper clothes?' she asked, pointing at her two-piece.

Damien: "I don't know," Damien admits. "I don't know what will help. . . ." hopelessly clueless - after all, he has only had hormones for a little over a week, and only woke with something like this one day out of that week - he shifts in his seat again. "Erm. . . . gods, this is very embarassing," he says, blushing again and managing a smile with it.

Rhiannon: 'Its ok...' she patted him on the shoulder.
'Its all my fault for being a wriggler,' she said, trying to cheer him up. She hugged him, and planted a kiss on his cheek.

Quote:

Damien: Damien manages a smile, hoping if he takes his mind off of . . . it, it will go away. No such luck. Kisses and hugs just seem to fuel the thing. . . . he thinks as he pats Rhiannon's back. "Alright. If I have to blame someone, I'll blame you then," he says, his voice cracking a little again, though he does manage another smile. "At any rate, we'll just hope my body decides to get back to normal sometime soon."

Rhiannon: 'Okay,' she purred a little in his ear, and hugged him again before plonking back on the grass.
'I'm sure it will. You know,' and she pointed a finger out straight and then curled the finger downwards.

Damien: Vibrations at his sensitive ears. Not. Good. He blushes again at her little demonstration, and finds himself unexplicably wanting to say that he is quite bigger than a finger, but pushes that silly notion out of his mind. What does that matter at this point?! "I'll just think of really bad things," he suggests, chuckling at that. "Any ideas?"

Rhiannon: 'I...dont know.' she chuckled back.
'I dont have any expertise in that department. I guess I'm only good for making it -' she clapped a hand over her mouth before it ran away with her as usual.

Damien: "Making it what?" Damien asks, tilting his head a little to the side.

Rhiannon: Didnt he get what she meant? She felt the heat in her cheeks rise again.
'Making it,' and she used her finger again, flicking it up straight.

Damien: Damien nodded, getting her meaning again, and that almost irresistable urge to defend his size. "Well, if I were a lesser man, I would tell you not to wiggle on me again. . . ." then, he realizes what he just said, and his heavy-lidded eyes grow round, a blush on his cheeks again. "Nevermind, I didn't say that. . . " he says, smiling a bit sheepishly now.

Rhiannon: 'So I can wiggle on you again?' she teased, her eyes twinkling, her smile impish.
'Of course I wont. I mean. I can control myself.'
She could right?

Damien: Damien finds himeself grinning again. "I'm not good enough for lap wiggles anymore?" he asks, his aqua eyes twinkling again. He's so focused on teasing Rhi that his blood is circulating more properly again. "Oh, I take offense to that," he chuckles, not being able to hold up the mock-offense in his tone anymore.

Rhiannon: 'Bah,' she mumbled, but she was pleased he had actually enjoyed being sat on..and oh yes wriggled on. She squirmed a little on the grass, and fanned herself with a hand. The sun - yep that was it. The sun was making her warm. Her wolf ears slid out from her hair as her emotions squirrelled around inside of her.

Damien: "Bah?" Damien asks, his eyebrow raising. "What language is that?" he teases again, now able to lower his knees again. He shifts in the grass, sitting on his legs. He rests his hands on his thighs after he brushes his hair bahind his shoulder.

Rhiannon: Her ears folded back; he was teasing her now! Oh that wasnt right. She grinned inwardly. He was a quick learner though.
''Bah' is werewolf for 'Damien is going to get pounced on and tickled till he cant stand no more'!,' she grinned, wiggling her fingers at him and moving so that she was almost on him.

Damien: Damine feigns shock. "Can one little word really be a whole sentence?" he asks, leaning back. He is frightfully ticklish!

Rhiannon: 'Oh yes,' nodded Rhiannon, making advances with her hands towards his sides.

Damien: "I highly doubt it, my lady," Damien bows his head, and scoots back a little, still leaning back. "And, you can't tickle me. I am too strong for that. . . ."

Rhiannon: 'Are you so sure?' she giggled, still following after him.
'After all...I am very strong myself,' she flexed an arm for him.
'See?' she grinned.

Damien: "Yes, you are, but I am stronger. . ." Damien grins again, leaning forward this time. A sort of challenge is in his eyes now. Apparently, the time in Greece with Nyoka has had an effect on him at some times. Her competitive nature might have rubbed off some on him.

Rhiannon: 'Hah! Why do you think that? It better not be because you're a guy,' she poked her tongue out, her furred ears twitching at him.

Damien: "I am not a sexist," Damien scoffs at that. "I spent weeks with a city full of women who could snap me like a twig. And, they made me strong," he grins again. "Bring me your worst."

Rhiannon: 'Fine then!' she took him up on his challenge and pounced on him, putting her hands on his shoulders and trying to bowl him back on to the floor with her body weight.

Damien: He falls back, his head hitting the soft grass, his poor ears start to ring. He laughs though. "Is that the best you can do?" he teases again through his laughter.

Rhiannon: 'Nope!' she giggled, finding herself once more seated on him.
'I can do this,' and she leaned in, smooshing her body against him and kissing his nosetip. She pushed herself up again, her hands on the lawn either side of his head.
'I was always taught to fight with my strengths.'
She winked.

Damien: Damien closes his eyes when Rhi leans in. After the kiss, his eyes open. "You're fighting dirty," he says. He raises his hands and goes to find out if Rhiannon is ticklish.

Rhiannon: 'Well that too,' and she squealed as his fingers touched a sensitive spot on her side.
'Nuuuu,' she panted, rolling off of him.
'You - fight dirty too,' she managed.

Damien: "You~ started it," Damien teases again, grinning as he turns on his side, propping himself up on his elbow. "I told you," he starts, reaching over to poke her nose. "You may be strong, but I am stronger," he chuckles again.

Rhiannon: 'No you are sneakier,' she rolled over to look at him.
'There's a difference.'

Damien: "Well, sneakier and stronger, then," Damien replies. "You're just jealous of my sneaky powers," he pushes himself up into a sitting position. "You'll just have to take notes," he raises his eyebrow at her, still grinning.

Rhiannon: 'Yeah well.' she searched around for something that Damien didnt have.
'I have breasts!'

Damien: Damien blinks. "Do we really want to go there, Rhianon? I have something you don't have, too," he smiles, shaking his head.

Rhiannon: 'Well yes thats true.' she giggled, scooting over on the grass and putting an arm around Damien.
'Besides. Its more fun to make you blush then fight with you,' she rubbed her bare foot against his leg.
'Dont you think?'

Damien: Damien blinks, and gulps. "Well, you're very good at that," he admits. "You've got me beat so bad there, i don't think i could be capable of walking away," he shakes his head. "And, is very unfair."

Rhiannon: 'Well I'm sorry if I am making you uncomfortable,' Rhiannon looked at him slyly.
'I shall stop - sit a miiiile away from you so you can calm down. Hows that?' she asked, tilting her head as she looked at him.

Damien: "It's probably for the best," Damien smiles slightly. "But that doesn't mean you should do it." He sighs. "I think I am calming on my own. You could give me a minute. I don't know, maybe I can have a glass of water?" he grins now.

Rhiannon: 'What to drink or to pour on you?' she teased, getting up. She brushed grass from her butt as she walked away, padding in to her house and re-emerging again a few minutes later. She was wearing a pair of cut off denim shorts now and carried a glass of water with ice cubes clinking inside. Sitting down in front of him she grinned sheepishly;
'Mum made me put the shorts on,' she explained, holding out the glass.

Damien: It took some deep gulps of air once Rhiannon had walks away, but he was mostly back to normal now, and looking a bit more comfortable. He grins at her smile, and takes the glass. "Thank you," he says, and takes a long drink. "You still look good in those shorts . . ." his grin widens.

Then, he tilts his head to the side. "Rhiannon? I know for sure that your sister knows where the manor is, but have you ever been told the address?"

Rhiannon: She giggled, blushing at the compliment.
'Feeling ok now?' she asked, leaning in and brushing his hair from his face. She stroked his cheek a little and then sat back again as if she wasnt sure what she was doing. She shook her head at his question.
'Never.'

Damien: "Yes, I'm much better," his smiles is an easy one.

"Well, I suppose I should give you the address. Mum said I could give it to people I trusted, but not too many people," he says the address. "You just can't forget it, or you won't be able to find the manor. Now, you can visit whenever you want."

Rhiannon: Rhiannon said the address over and over in her head;
'I got it I think,' she chuckled.
'If I become so puddenheaded as to forget I can always ask my sister to take me,' she slid over to sit next to Damien again.
'Now. What was I doing? Oh yes...making you blush.'
She giggled;
'I guess I shouldnt really though,' she tapped her chin thoughtfully with a finger.
'I dont really want to go inside for a drink again. Mum might make me put on a t-shirt this time.'

Damien: "No, that would be a shame," Damien replies to the shirt comment, then blinks, a little shocked. He does, indeed blush. "Erm, but yes, your sister could always take you. . . . Ah, whenever you wanted to come. Maybe Nyoka would be there and they could talk or something. . . ." he tugs on a chunk of his hair. He slides his gaze over to Rhiannon, smiling again in what he hopes is a charming way

Rhiannon: She blushed again, wriggling her toes into the grass and she kinda nudged his side;
'Would you not want my sister to come with me or something?'
She was half tempted to ask why it would be a shame for her to cover her top half up again.

Damien: "Well, to be honest, it would be nice if you would come without a chaperone," Damien shrugs. "But, you could bring her if you wanted. That would be up to you, wouldn't it?"

Rhiannon: Rhiannon laughed out loud at that;
'Oh god you think she'd be a chaperone? No waaay. If Sati came along she'd be doing some oh so subtle winking and making comments.'
She curled an arm around his shoulders, running it under his hair.
'She might even bring toys,' she smirked.

Damien: Damien's heavy-lidded eyes widen a bit. "Toys? What do you mean by that?" he asks, confusion in his voice.

Rhiannon: 'Err - umm,' she looked at the sky. The floor. Her feet.
'Ummm....sextoys,' she managed to say - finally and quietly.

Damien: Damien is crimson now. "You need toys?" he asks, then shakes his head. "No, I probably don't want to know," he says, the blush spreading to his neck. "Erm, perhaps it is best that she not come?" he manages a smile.

Rhiannon: '... she showed me this one thing...'
And she really shouldnt be talking about this she realised.
'Yeah I think I'll just ask her to bring me and then go if I need her,' she nodded quickly.
'And I dont know!' she squeaked.
'I'm not some big expert just because I have actually kissed people.' she protested.

Damien: Damien blinks. "No!" he said, hastily. "I didn't mean to imply that, or to offend you!" he looks away from Rhiannon. "I was just curious why anyone would need toys. . . . I mean, I don't even know what those toys are or anything. . . ." he trails off, looking off at a distant tree.

Rhiannon: 'Well I only know what Sati told me - and I think your head might explode if I told you that much,' she giggled. Hugging him with the arm still around him she leaned her head on his shoulder.
'You didnt offend me. Sometimes I just feel like I'm being too forward or something. No one else seems to be doing what I do.' she mumbled a little.
'Thats all.'

Damien: Damien sighs, a little relieved, and rests his head on hers, snaking an arm around her. "You're just more mature than the rest of us," he teases. "We can't keep up. You'll just have to school us." He squeezes her in his hug a little. "You aren't being forward. It isn't your fault, really. Knowledge is power, anyway. . . ."

Rhiannon: 'School all of you? Isnt that like an orgy or something?' she giggled, her heart doing that silly fluttery thing when Damien rested against and hugged her. What was up with her anyways? She liked Cyrus didnt she? And Damien was her friend...who she had kissed - alot. And really liked it. She sighed a little.

Damien: Damien searches his vocabulary for the word. The defninition comes to him, suddenly, and he has to chuckle. "Well, if that is how you want to teach us," he says through his chuckle, nuzzling his cheek into her hair a bit. "I meant with words, rather than actions."

Rhiannon: 'Err well no - I dont think that would be a good idea.'
She felt a tiny shiver go along her spine when he nuzzled her.
'Yes well - like I said, Cyrus isnt the most receptive. I'm not sure where I stand with Bronwen. Stuff is tricky. But I like her better now then I did.'
she said, remembering how Bronwen had backed her up when Cyrus had been nagging her for leaving the house when she was injured.
'Plus I dont think anyones parents would be too happy if I started up kissing n stuff lessons. Do you?' she chuckled at the thought.

Damien: Damien feels a tinge of . . . something, when Cyrus is mentioned again. He brushes it aside. An unfamiliar emotion is something he hasn't the time to discect right now. "Well, I know my mums are a bit more open about that sort of thing, anyway. I can't speak for anyone else's parents," he chuckles. "But, they couldn't ask for a better teacher."

Rhiannon: 'Damien...' she muttered softly.
Why was he making this so hard for her? She just wanted to think of him as a friend right now - Cyrus..and Kate...he was a good friend. But the kissing. She pressed her fingers to her lips.
'You want to see the small lake in the woods?' she said suddenly, changing the subject abruptly.

Damien: "Sure," Damien says, going with the flow. "Are there fish in it?" he asks, smiling again.

Rhiannon: 'I dont think so. Its fed by a small waterfall. Its good for skinny dipping,' she said casually, getting to her feet and slipping past a tree, standing on what looked like a faint worn dirt track on the ground.
'And I've never been bit on the butt by one,' she winked at him over her shoulder.

Damien: Damien's eyes widen again as he stands. "Skinny dipping? If we go swiming, you aren't going to make me . . . strip, are you?" he asks, walking toward her.

Rhiannon: She waited for him to catch up, leaned in and lightly brushed her lips against his cheek.
'I would never make you do anything you didnt want to,' she said solemnly. Then she grabbed his hand, grinning and tugging him towards her, following the path, all light humoured again.
'C'mon lets go! You'll like it. Its shady and really pretty.'

Damien: Damien nods, eyeing Rhiannon after she gives him another kiss. He strides on his long legs to keep up. "I'm sure I will," he replies. "It sounds rather charming," he looks around as he walks, taking in the sights

Rhiannon: She led him along a winding way between trees and bushes. The woods opened up slighty as they emerged in a clearing. She skirted the open area, staying in the cool, green shade, and walked over to where the woods turned into a hill. The sound of falling water could be heard now and she led him through another small cluster of trees. Pushing past them they were stood on the edge of a small lake. The trees grew around and up the hill, what sun filtered through was dappled for the most. Water cascaded down the grey stone of the hill into the narrower end of the lake, fed from a far flowing river. She splashed into the shallows.
'See? Its really secluded as well,' she grinned at him.

Damien: Damien looks at the lake, and Rhiannon splashing in it. Grinning, he actually shrugs out of his shirt. He steps gingerly into the lake. He playfully splashes some water at Rhianon. "It's really nice. I love it, actually," he says.

Rhiannon: She giggled, walking out to tug her shorts off and then splashed back in;
'You took your shirt off!' she waggled a finger. Okaay - control Rhiannon.Growing up is all about control and not jumping your guy friend because he took off his shirt, is wet and looks really fine. She splashed him back, grinning at him.

Damien: Damien tries to shield himself from the water, laughing now. "Well, I don't want to ruin all of my clothes, right?" He splashes at her again. "Besides, you're swiming around in what you are. . . ." he adds, trying not to look at her too much.

Rhiannon: She poked her tongue out at him;
'You're gonna get completely soaked,' she said playfully, scooping up water and sending it his way.
'Yeah but this is a swimsuit!' she giggled.

Damien: "Well, I am not stripping. You aren't naked, after all," Damien laughs again, ducking under the water. He swims toward Rhiannon and plashes up next to her. "And I haven't any swim trunks with me.
"
Rhiannon: 'Oh I see,' she kicked her feet lazily, heading out into deeper water.
'I'm supposed to get naked now? For you to take off more clothes.' she dived under the water, then popped out again, slicking her hair back away from her face.

Damien: Damien laughs again. "No," he replies. "No, I didn't mean that at all. I was just giving my own reasons for staying clothed. Even if you were naked, I am not sure that I would be swimming around in the same manner."

Rhiannon: She laughed.
'I guess you wouldnt. You probably wouldnt even be swimming if I was naked.' she teased.

Damien: "Oh, I don't know. It's one thing to say someone wouldn't do something, it is another to have that person in a situation to see just what he will do," Damien grins, pushing himself onto his back to paddle around. "But, you might be right. Not because it would make me uncomfortable," he adds, "but because I might not be capable of swiming. . ." he chuckles.

Rhiannon: She snickered, flicking the water and watching the ripples;
'Are you saying I should swim naked then?' she winked at him before swimming across the breadth of the lake and pulling herself onto a rock near the waterfall.
'But if you couldnt swim..well that wouldnt be nice of me,' she called.
Plus, she thought. It was way to forward even for her. And she didnt want to scare him off.

Damien: "No," Damien swims toward where Rhiannon is. "It wouldn't be nice of you," he says in a stern voice, his slight smile giving him away. "No swiming naked when I am around," he wags a finger at her, completely comfortable right now and exposing more of the playful side of himself that people usually don't see. "Just, if you get an urge, or whatever it is called, just tell me, and I will get out of the water and turn my back, like the gentleman that I am," he salutes her, then dunks under the water to swim away.

Rhiannon: 'Oh but if I tell you...where's the surprise?' she said, slipping in after him and swimming in his wake. She tried to grab his foot under the water and popped her head up, pushing her hair away from her face.

Damien: Damien pops out of the water too, eyeing her. "Tell me that was you who touched my foot," he says before looking at the water sceptically. He raises an eyebrow at Rhiannon after a moment. "Anyway, you would suprise me like that?" he wags his finger at her again. "Here I am with no way of catching you by suprise," he chuckles.

Rhiannon: 'Oh you could if you wanted to,' Rhiannon giggled, splashing him a little.
'And yeah that was me. Did you think there was a lake monster or something?' she teased.

Damien: "A hungry fish, perhaps? Who knows, there could be some that like the taste of elf more than I would like to think about," he replies, trying his best to look dignified as he responds. Truth is, he was thinking a bit along those lines. . . .

He then shakes his head, absently pushing some of his wet hair that had become plastered to the scales on his cheek away. "I can suprise no one," he adds, smiling again. "I'm pretty predictable, I would say," he shrugs. He looks up at the sky, wondering just how long he has been here. With that, he swims toward the shore, and flops down on his back on it. "It's far too relaxing out here," he calls out, another chuckle in his voice.

Rhiannon: She nodded, enjoying the rear view of him leaving the water far to much for her own good, and blushing she left the water. She sat next to him and dragged a finger in the moist earth;
'You surprised me today.' she smiled to herself.
'And it is. I've often lost track of time and night has stolen up on me more then once out here.' she looked at him sidelong.
'Did you need to be somewhere or something?'

Damien: He turns on his side, and props himself on his elbow, cheek resting in the palm of his hand. He cocks an eyebrow at Rhiannon, "I did, did I?" he asks, the corner of his lip twitching. "And, no, I haven't anywhere to be."

Rhiannon: 'Yeah.' she nodded, not knowing how to phrase what she wanted to say.
'I didnt think I could feel so comfortable with a boy.' she grinned, trying to sound like she wasnt being serious.
'You surprised me in that...well you didnt give me a load of crap about not 'knowing whether you liked anyone like that yet'.' she mimicked Cyrus. She poked her tongue out at him.

Damien: Damien grins. "Well, I am glad I could make you comfortable," he replies. "The same goes for you. Tinania used to be the only girl I really felt comfortable with. Now, there's you, too," he shrugs a little. "And that last bit that you said, maybe the others just need to get more comfortable in their skin? To be honest, I'm really trying to not think about it. . . ."

Rhiannon: She tried not to frown at Tinania's name. But what was up with her even thinking like that? Wasnt that a sign of jealousy - and wasnt Damien just her friend?
'Well I know everyone isnt the same. I just - like that someone else is sort of open to new experiences,' she smiled at him.

Damien: "That was all you, you've corrupted me," Damien teases, poking at Rhiannon's shoulder.
"You made me putty in your hands and you molded me into . . . something," he says after a pause. He's still smiling, showing he means no offense by what he just said.

Rhiannon: 'I've corrupted you?' she said, putting her hands on her hips. She laughed at him.
'Putty huh? So that means I could do anything to you,' she winked, crawling over towards him and probably giving him a proper eyeful.

Damien: Note to self: Watch what you say, you fool! Damien thinks, his eyes widening a little. "Well, I guess that would depends on what you want to do with me," he says, keeping his voice light. "I guess I am a slave to your whims?" His smile grows a little at the last sentence as he keeps his eyes training on Rhiannon's. Can't have them wandering off somewhere they probably shouldn't, even if they want to.

Rhiannon: 'Like i said before,' she sat down next to him, leaning against him as she brushed loose dirt from her legs.
'Nothing you dont want to do.' she adjusted her bikini top unconsciously, tugging on a strap that had curled the wrong way.
'But a slave huh?'
She giggled.
'That sounds like something I might like.'

Damien: Damien chuckles and holds out his hands as though they are shackled. "I am yours, mistress," he manages through his chuckle. He then puts a arm around her. "But, I will have to go soon. I have to be home for dinner. Though I would like to spend quite a while longer with you, mum is very strict about everyone in the house eating together."

Rhiannon: She snuggled against him, letting out a tiny happy sigh.
'You really have to go?' she said, resting a hand on his knee lightly. Her voice sounded petulant to her ears but when he said that he would have to leave her heart had done a peculiar sinking thing.

Damien: "Unfortunately," Damien replies. "Mum doesn't insist on much, so what she does insist on, I try to honor." He looks down at Rhiannon. "I'm not going anywhere any time soon, so we'll see each other again," he smiles, though he really wishes he didn't have to go. . . .

Rhiannon: She looked up at him when he looked down at her and bumped noses with him.
'I guess I should show you the way back to my house huh?' she said, reaching up and touching his cheek with her fingertips before standing in one swift movement.

Damien: Damien watches her stand, and does the same, grabbing his clothes first. "I suppose so," he says, glancing over at her.

Rhiannon: Rhiannon walked off, heading back towards the dirt path. She looked back to make sure he was following and then carried on, kicking the ground a little as she went. She knew she was acting bitchy - and dumb, but she didnt want him to go. And she wasnt sure why she didnt want him to go so much which was making her feel worse. She paused at a line of trees;
'We're almost to my house now,' she said, before carrying on.

Damien: Damien strides are long, trying to keep up wtih Rhiannon. He is studying her, wondering just what he did to make her act like this.

When she turns to speak, he nods his response, even though she isn't looking at him anymore. After a pause to think, he asks her, "Are you alright?"

Rhiannon: She pushed past a bush and they were on her lawn again;
'Well here we are..' she said.
'Me? Oh I'm fine.' she looked at the grass, and poked at it with her toes.

Damien: Damien's eyebrows raise. "Are you sure? You're acting differently than before. . . ."

Rhiannon: 'I just..' she sighed.
'I dont want you to go. And I dont know why I dont want you to go so badly.' she shrugged one shoulder.
'I cant work it out. Sorry - I get..I dunno, I act silly when something like this happens.' she looked at him finally.

Damien: Damien smiles a little, though he is descreet about it. "Well, I don't want to go either," he admits. "But, perhaps it will help if I leave with a promise to meet you somewhere in a few days?" he suggests. "You can pick the time and place," he adds.

Rhiannon: 'Really?' her face lit up and she went over and hugged him tightly.
'Thats so..sweet of you,' she blushed. He was too charming for words, she thought.
'Could I come to your house? Would that be ok?'

Damien: Damien can't hold in his soft laugh. "Yes, that would be fine," he says, pleased that he got her in a lighter mood again. "Tell me when, and I'll tell my mum that I am having company."

Rhiannon: 'Three days from now - in the morning,' she suggested.
'If thats ok?'
She would have said 'tomorrow' - but that was just - well, it sounded desperate.

Damien: "That sound good," Damien nods, and leans in to give her his own hug. "I'll look forward to it. Now," he sighs. "I have to go. I will see you in three days."

Rhiannon: She nodded, holding onto him so that she could plant a kiss on his lips and then let him go;
'Ok. It was nice seeing you,' she smiled at him, letting go of him. It had been way more then nice she thought.
'I look forward to it too.'

Damien: He grins at her one last time before turning to head back the way he came earlier that day.

Dear Diary,

Damien grew!! And oh my he is soo...I dont think I have the words to describe him right now. He looks so good - he feels...well suffice it to say our friendship has a new twist to it. We kissed - a few times. It was wonderful. And he liked it as well, and he kissed me back. We spent ages in my garden, flirting and playing. I took him to the lake and we swam - I got to see him without his shirt on - which kind of made me want to see more!
I dont know what it is. I could almost blame who I am for this feeling - but I know there is something else. I feel like I am falling too fast. But it feels good to fall. I didnt want him to go, and he didnt want to go either so we made plans to see each other in a few days time. I find myself counting the hours and staring into space wondering what he is doing at that moment.
Cyrus...well I dont think he even compares right now.

God...I have it bad.

Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar
Damien is lying in the front yard, staring up at the overcast sky. He loves when it is cloudy. He can smell rain in the air, the crisp smell of nature at work. He smiles and closes his eyes, letting the smells and the sounds play over him.

Emerald Haven, the name his mums gave the large manor when it was completed, is huge. It is beige on the outside, brick, with a sigh hanging in front of it, the name of the home on it in big, bold, emerald green old english lettering. There is a smaller house, the second floors of each house connected by a bridge. The smaller home is inhabbited by the DarkAngels, their own private "wing," as it is commonly referred to.

Off to the side of the main home is a large koi pound, and surrounding the area behind the manor, in a semi-circle, is the beginning of Emerald Forest.

Quote:
Rhiannon wandered along the pathway leading up to the very imposing house. She peered up at it, wondering at the size. The forest behind that she could just see looked mighty intriguing though. She grinned, and carried on, her hands tucked into her jean pockets. She spied someone sitting out front and walked a little faster. The someone turned in Damien and she smiled.
'Hey!' she called, walking towards him.

Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar
Damien pushes himself into a sitting position, eyes landing on Rhiannon in a matter of seconds. He grins, and stands, striding to meet her.

Not sure if he should hug her or not, he settles on reaching forward to place a friendly hand on her shoulder. "Welcome to Emerald Haven, Rhiannon," he says, gesturing toward the manor. "I wasn't sure if you would come today or not," he admits, the tips of his ears turning slightly pink.

Quote:
'The house is huge,' she states, smiling up at him. He didnt hug her though - had he had second thoughts about what happened last time?
'Why wouldnt I come?' she said, and then hugged him. She wrapped her arms around him and squeezed a little. Well she still liked him anyways.

Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar
A little relieved - after all, things seem to be staying normal - Damien hugs Rhiannon back, tightly. "I'll give you a tour if you like," he offers, his voice soft again. "Or of Emerald Forest, whichever you want to see first."

Then, he smiles again, feeling a little dumb for saying what he did. "Well, I just thought you might change your mind. . . . I don't know," he says, his voice softer again.

Quote:
She felt like purring...he hugged her back! She tilted her head up towards him;
'I would never change my mind about seeing you,' she said, then blushing, planted a little kiss on his cheek. She pulled away again and looked at the house.
'House first,' she grinned.
'I want to see your room!'

Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar
Damien blushes at her words, and the kiss. Clearing his throat, he nods though. "Alright. Mum is out. Nyoka instisted on taking her shopping, so we have the house pretty much to ourselves," he starts as he leads her to the front door, really not knowing just how bad those few words could sound.

He opens the front door. Immediately, Faen appears. "Welcomes home, Master Damien. Can I takings your cape?" he asks. He turns his large eyes to Rhiannon. "Welcome, Miss. Would you be likings refreshment?" he asks, smiling eagerly at her.

Damien looks back at Rhiannon. "Erm, this is Faen, one of our house elves," he mumbles.

Quote:
'We do huh?' she just giggled.
'I'm fine actually.' she said to the house-elf.
'But thanks.'
Sati had told Rhiannon that there were house-elves here but she thought Sati was pulling her leg or something. She looked at the little creature curiously.
'Its nice to meet you Faen,' she said politely.

Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar
Faen's ears droop ever so slightly in dissappointment. Smiling at the elf, Damien unclasps his cape, and hands it to the house elf. Immediately, he perks up. "Thank you, Master Damien!" he squeaks. "It was nice meetings you too, Miss!" he chirps as he runs off to put Damien's cape up.

Damien smiles a little again. "His wife, Emme, is around here somewhere. Probably in the kitchen making lunch or something," he says. "Anyway, follow me," he says, clasping his hands behind his back. He begins the tour of the manor in the living room, then the dining room, the kitchen, and then the library.

The whole of the house is done in black, silvers, greens, and blues. Art is all over the wall, the furniture is dark wood and leather, and comfortable enough to lose yourself in for hours. The floors are covered in thick carpet or shining wood, whatever looks best with the decoration.

When they reach the library, Damien grins. "This is my favorite room," he states. "I've read every book on these shelves."

He looks lovingly at the books. "After this, there isn't much else but my room. Just let me know when you want to go."

Quote:
'How do you not get lost in this place?' she said. She would have held his hand, but he had tucked his hands behind him. So she had just kept lightly touching his arm as he led her around.
'So many books,' she looked around her.
'This is where you disappear to when I dont see you around then?' she teased him lightly.
'And I dont want to go. I want to see your room. And anyways - its not like I could find my way out again.' she laughed

Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar
"I grew up in here," Damien replies. "It's just second nature to know where everything is. Anyway, most of the rooms are inhabited, so I never mess with them," he shrugs a little, smiling again.

In a bold move, he reaches for Rhiannon's hand. "Yes, this is where I disappear to. It's like a second room to me. I've slept in that chair more times than I have slept in my bed," he admits.

Grinning sheepishly now, he says, "Alright, then we shall complete the tour, then. My room is upstairs."

When Rhiannon is finished ogling the books, Damien leads her up the stairs. He's never let anyone in his room other than family, Tinania included. The thought of her still in Greece, and their small fight, makes him shake his head a little. He opens his door and steps back to allow Rhiannon to enter first.

Here, everything is wood. His four-post bed has vines carved out of it on the post, leaves sprinkled here and there along the vines. The sheets are good cotton, and black to off-set the almost-white wood. His desk is made of the same wood, as is his chest of drawers and the night stands on either side of his bed. On the night stands are pictures of Nyoka, Shina, his mums, and one of Tinania, Aylana, and Krista together.

The room is lighted electically, but the flickering bulbs are like firelight in the cheling fan. Damien prefers dimmer light than most.

"This is it," he states. "It's nothing special, really. But, mum let me pick all of the furniture and things out when I was younger."

Quote:
She blushed, smiling inside at how charming he was - and how sweet. She squeezed his hand back, hoping her palm wasnt too sweaty.
'Oh its really nice in here.' she looked around, then let go of his hand and sat on his bed and bounced on it.
'This is my first time in a guys room,' she said, grinning.

Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar
Damien strides over to his bed and sits with Rhiannon. "You're the first girl to be in this room," he says. "Besides, you know, my family," he ammends.

"And, thank you," he says, referring to her comment about his room. He puts his hands in his lap, unsure of what he should do now. He's a little weary of this feeling he is getting around Rhiannon. He doesn't know what he should do around her anymore, and he is second-guessing every move he makes, every comment he makes. . . . He's not used to that.

"So . . . what do you want to do?" he finally asks her.

Quote:
'Well I am glad.' she stated.
'Well I mean...err that you havent had tons of girls in here and..'
Nope that didnt sound right either.
'Umm just forget I said anything just then ok?' she looked at him. She didnt want him to think that she was insanely possessive or something. After all - she didnt have any right to be did she? She nudged him with her arm;
'What you thinking about?' she asked. She wasnt about to answer his question because what came to mind as they were seated on his bed...well there was simply no way she would say it!

Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar
Damien blinks at Rhiannon's stuttering. Seeing a good opening for teasing, he leans a little closer to Rhiannon, grinning mischiefously. He takes a moment to realize that she is one of the few people that bring this side of him out. "Nyoka said she was going to send some of the Amazon dancers here soon," he says. He then chuckles, shaking his head.

He then cocks an eyebrow at Rhiannon. "Well, I merely meant that you were the guest today. So, whatever you wanted to do, we could," he replies, his innocence all but glowing around him. He has no idea why that little question would even make anyone's mind spin to less the puritan thinking.

'Almost where?' she asked, a hand touching his arm. She had enjoyed their walk through the woods so far - which were indeed tranquil and beautiful. Her ears caught the faint sound of something. Singing? But she didnt understand the words.
'Whats that?'

Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar
"The elves," Damien says, still smiling. He closes his eyes and lets his head hang back a little. "I could listen to them singing forever," he adds.

After another moment, he looks at Rhiannon again. "The elves are our guardians. They watch the woods, the home, us. There are trained fighters, and those skilled in their ancient magic. They aren't too far from the centaurs. Do you want to stop there first?" he asks.

Quote:
'What are they singing about?' she asked.
'And I dont mind either way.'
It didnt matter to her where they went at this precise moment. She was just happy to be with Damien.

Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar
Damien pauses a moment and listens to the music. "It's one of their songs that tell a story. We missed the first part of it, but, from what I can gather, it is about their wanderings," he sighs. "It took them a long time to find a place to settle," he explains.

He takes Rhiannon's hand again, grinning like a little boy in a candy shop. "Come on, I want you to meet my family," he starts. "Unlce Rinon, and my grandma. If Aunt Ximena is actually here, you'll be able to see her too."

Quote:
She nodded;
'I kinda wish I could understand what they are singing.' she said, letting herself be dragged along by Damien.
'Okay okay! I would be happy to,' she giggled.

Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar
"I'll give you some books, and help you learn," Damien offers as he leads her to the village.

It isn't too long before they reach it. It is a hive of activity, the singing louder now as the elves sing as they go about their work. Most of the homes are in the trees, but there are some buildings on the ground. "The Isilme house is on the ground, gradma is too weak to climbe up to the trees," Damien explains.

Some of the buildings on ground level are clearly shops, with food, and clothing, and anything else that might be needed by the inhabitants. "Did you want to look at the shops first? Or eat?" he asks, not sure if Rhiannon has grown hungry yet or not. They've been in the woods a long time. . . .

Quote:
'You wouldnt mind?' she asked. It would be nice if she could converse with Damien in the elvish tongue she thought. Her belly gave an audible grumble.
'Umm food maybe first?' Rhiannon giggled, blushing a little.

Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar
"No, I wouldn't mind at all," Damien replies. "Everyone should be able to learn such a beautiful language," he says.

Shifting the basket yet again, he nods. "Good, I was hoping you would say that," he admits. "Let's find a little spot to sit and eat." He spotted a shaded spot a little further down the way. "What about there?"

Quote:
'Oh your belly was grumbling too huh?' she teased.
'That looks fine and thanks,' she smiled at him, walking to the indicated spot.

Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar
Damien nods. "I feel like my stomach is trying to eat me, actually," he admits, looking embarassed the moment the words are out of his mouth.

He leads them toward the spot and sets the basket down. When he opens it, a blanket is in it. Raising an eye, he pulls it out. It is black with delicate silver vines embroidered in it. "Well, this isn't your normal, red-checkered blanket, but I suppose it would do," he smiles crookedly as he starts to spead it out.

Quote:
'If you're that hungry you should have said earlier.' she giggled.
'Silly.'
She eyed the blanket.
'But that looks too nice to sit on,' she protested.

Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar
"I didn't want to sit on dead branches," Damien said. "If I had said something sooner, I am sure we would have eanded up sitting in the middle of the forest."

Then, he has to laugh. "Rhiannon, if you think this is too nice to sit on, then we wouldn't be able to take anything out of the manor to sit on," with that, he plops down on the blanket. "You can stand, though, and eat, if you want. I chose to sit and enjoy myself," he grins again and starts to unpack the sandwhiches and the rest of the food Emme made them.

Quote:
Rhiannon laughed;
'Just think of me as your token commoner friend,' she winked as she sat down near him. She slid over a little closer and smiled.
'So what did that cute little house-elf pack for us?' she asked.

Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar
Damien frowns. "No one is common," he says, offhandedly. Honestly, he is too used to these sorts of things to even think about how expensive they might be.

He then shrugs, and looks in the basket. "Oh, you know, the usual. Caviar, wine, cheese, some water crackers. . . ." he teases. He reaches inside and pulls out roast beef sadwiches, with all the fixings, and some carrot sticks. Inside, he finds chips, and pulls them out. "I guess this is normal picnic food?" he asks.

Quote:
She picked up a carrot stick and poked him with it;
'Y'know you never used to tease me so much,' she grinned.
'I'm too good a teacher.' she nodded, then scratched at her jeans. She was kind of wishing she had thought to come in shorts - but Sati had said the place was pretty grand and she felt obliged to at least cover up. And not only that. Rhiannon somehow felt Damien's closeness more keenly when she wasnt so covered up. She was flustered by her thoughts and blushed a little.
'I guess. This is my first picnic,' she said.

Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar
"Yes, you brought out that side of me. I guess your punishment is to live with it," Damien chuckles.

When Rhiannon blushes, he tilts his head, the short chunk of bangs that he has falling into his eyes. He decides not to ask her about it, and hands her a plate with the sadwhich on it. "Same here," he admits. "But, even if this isn't normal picnic food, it still smells wonderful . . . ." with that, he begins to unwrap his sandwich.

Quote:
'Yes I guess it is.' she agreed.
'But you know,' she took the plate with a little smile of thanks.
'You bring out something from me to.' Rhiannon unwrapped her sandwich and concentrated on it.

Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar
Damien blinks again, and swallows his food before asking, "I do? And what would that be?"

Quote:
She chewed her food slowly, trying to think how best to put it without freaking him out.
'Its hard to explain,' she said finally, putting the plate down to one side.
'Its like I want to be - a good person around you. You make me blush so much and I didnt think I could get so easily embarrassed. I like you alot Damien. And I know it might seem fast. But its like the feelings were just waiting for someone who made me feel special. And not some over-sexed wolven freak,' her voice sounded a tinge bitter at her last words.

Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar
Damien was following her just fine, until the last bit. And, he obviously looks confused. "Well, Rhiannon," he starts, putting the wolven freak thing out of his mind. "I like you a lot, too. And, it might be fast, but that is no reason to ignore it," he shrugs slightly. "Why don't we just go with it for a bit, and see where it takes us?"

Finally, his brow furrows again. "I'm sorry if someone hurt you before," he adds onto the end of that.

Quote:
'I've just been feeling like I should apologise for who I am lately.' she mumbled, then blinked.
'Umm I'm sorry - did you really just say that?' Rhiannon blushed again but ignored it. She reached out, putting a hand on his arm and then knelt by his side and hugged him.
'What does this..I am your girlfriend? No no - forget I said. Thats too soon right?' she giggled nervously.
'I'm sorry...I - you just dont know how happy your words made me is all.'

Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar
"Well, I would think if anyone makes you feel that way, they aren't your real friends," Damien replies. He smiles, though, and puts a hand over hers. "I am glad that I have made you happy," he adds, not addressing the girlfriend issue, for now. He then says, "And, yes, you heard that correctly. I do feel the same way. Some of the happiest times I have had recently have been with you."

Blinking at his own words, he looks down at his sandwish, as if it is interesting. Even if he is being honest, there is that tiny fear that she is going to toss all of that back in his face somewhere down the road. . . . He pushes that away, and moves his eyes back to Rhiannon's.

Quote:
'You really have had fun with me?'
He was just too sweet. She smiled at him and then he went quiet, looking at his food the same way she had just done with hers;
'Damien? What is it?' she asked, resisting the urge to kiss him right this second - she really did want to know what he was thinking about.

Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar
"Ah, it's nothing," Damien says, waving it off. "Just me being silly. And, you would just tell me the same thing."

"But, yes, I have a lot of fun with you," he adds. "You keep me smiling and laughing, and blushing," he chuckles. "And, now that I have made a fool of myself," he says, picking up his sandwich again. "I think I am going to murder this sandwich."

Quote:
'Well I might say that - but you wouldnt know until you told me.' she smiled a little.
'You didnt make a fool out of yourself. You never could,' she placed a hand gently on his wrist and leaning in, kissed lightly on his cheek, brushing the edge of his facial scales with her lips.
'You can eat it now,' she giggled.

Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar
"I was only thinking how all of what I have just said could possibly come back and bite me in the . . . bum later," he shrugs again. He smiles when she kisses, though he is still antsy about anyone touching his scales. He kisses her cheek in return, and then settles back in his seat. "Now I can eat," he nods, and takes a huge bite out of his sandwich.

Quote:
'Why would you think that?' she sat next to him, holding her cheek and feeling light headed. It was just - well there was going to be a good diary entry when she got home!

Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar
Damien swallows his mammoth mouthful of roast beef before responding. "Well, past actions can always be held against you. When someone is angry with you, they always seem to take those moments you showed a bit of vulnerability and . . . well, shove them under your nose," he shrugs. "I'm not saying you would do that, but it is a fear that I think a lot of people have. Myself included, it seems."

He finishes the sandwich, and opens a bottle of water, drinking about half of that before surfacing for breath again. "Anyway," he starts. "When you are done, we'll go and see the elven bit of my mum's family," he says, hoping just a bit to change the subject. He wanted today to be more on the light side, not to be depressing.

Quote:
'I understand that.' she nodded thoughtfully.
'Well I cant see why I'd be angry with you anyways. Your so cute!' she said playfully.
'Ok sounds like a plan.' she got a drink herself, sipping on it and thinking. She watched him as she drunk, smiling inside. She was mooning over him! Wow she really did have it bad. Thankfully she hadnt blurted out the one thing she had realised when they were sitting on his bed together. Nope - no way. Say that and watch him do a 'Road Runner' impression? She was learning that with guys that the less one said about feelings the better.

Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar
Damien blushes and laughs at her comment. "And I, Rhiannon, amd almost incapable of anger. I think we might be safe," he says, winking for perhaps the second time in his life.

He starts to clean up his plate and things, having has his fill, when he notices Rhiannon's eyes on him. "Do I have something on my face?" he asks, smiling crookedly, and brushing absently at his chin. When he doesn't feel anything, he shrugs.

The balmy breeze brings the soft singing of the elves back to him. He had almost fogotten they were singing. It's the same song - apparently is was a very, very long journey - but it doesn't make it less beautiful.

"Here, are you ready for your first elven lesson?" he asks, his eyes moving back to Rhiannon's. "It's a simple sentence," he adds.

Quote:
'No you dont have anything on your face,' she grinned, snapping out of her reverie. She leaned in again and kissed him full on the lips.
'That was what was missing,' she declared as she pulled away.
Rhiannon tilted her head;
'Sure! Sounds like fun.' she sat crosslegged.
'Teach me please!'

Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar
The kiss leaves him grinning again, even if he only had time to put his hand on the nape of her neck. He keeps it there when she moces, and he shifts in his seat, so that his is sitting on his legs. His face grows a little serious. He doesn't really use his 'native' tongue around non-speakers. It can be awkward. But, he says, "Vanimle sila tiri." He pauses a moment. "You say it back to me, and then I will give you the meaning," he says, the corner of his mouth twitching.

Quote:
'Well okay I'll try,' Rhiannon sounded the syllables in her head before speaking the small phrase;
'Vanimle sila tiri,' she said.
'Was that ok? What does it mean?'

Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar
"It was close enough," Damien says, chuckling. He leands forward and whispers the meaning in her ear, his hand moving from her neck to her cheek.

Quote:
'Damien..' she whispered his name, feeling her heart melt into a puddle. He thought she was beautiful? She leaned her cheek against his hand.
'I wish - I could tell you something like that in a pretty tongue. But I just have my normal words..'
No she would lose her head and say it! She looked into his eyes.
'You are so very good to me.' she lightly brushed her nosetip against his.

Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar
Damien closes his eyes, resting his forehead on hers. "You don't have to respond," he says softly. "Besides, I think I can read your eyes most of the time. That's enough," in another rare, bold move, he kisses Rhiannon softly on the lips.

He doesn't want to break the mood, but if he stays like this, he won't move for a good - oh - year, perhaps? So, he pulls back a bit. with another of his mischeifous smiles, he says, "Now, as lovely as you look on this blanket, I cannot fold it up with you sitting on it. We can leave the basket here, the elves won't touch it. It won't hinder our hiking anymore, either."

Quote:
'Oh you can huh?' she smiled impishly, kissing him back when his lips met hers. She felt a little annoyed when he pulled away but she checked herself. There was so much time for them to be close and intimate. She giggled at his comment.
'Well I best get off it then huh?' Rhiannon got to her feet and moved off the blanket.

Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar
"Unless you want to be folded up in the blanket and shoved in the basket," he replies. When she is off the blanket, he begins to fold it again, hastily, and throws it into the basket. He moves it behind the tree that was proving his shade.

Once he is done and has joined Rhiannon again. "The house is over there, at the base of that big tree," he points it out. Then, he bows to her slightly, containing his grin this time, and says, "After you, arwenamin."

Quote:
'I wouldnt fit,' she grinned.
'I see,' she looked in the direction he was pointing, and she was about to move off when he said something in elvish.
'What does that mean?' Rhiannon asked him, an eyebrow raised.

Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar
"My lady," he supplies, and moves his hand to the small of her back, though he does not touch it. "Maybe later, we can see if you do fit in the basket," he teases, and starts toward the house, his hand staying where he placed it.

When they reach the home, he moves his hand away, and knocks. As he waits, he turns to Rhiannon. "I know you'll like Uncle Rinon. He's engaged to Tinania's mum," he adds.

It isn't Rinon who answers the door, but a chain-smoking, biker-looking moon elf.

"Ah, hello, Aunt Ximena," he says, wincing a little at the cigarette. "Is everyone else home?"

Ximena narrows her dark purple eyes at Damien slightly, as if trying to place him. Finally, she nods, and steps aside.

"Aunt Ximena, this is Rhiannon," Damien introduces. "Rhiannon, my aunt."

Quote:
She just chuckled at that - Lady..really she never thought of herself as that!
'I'm sure I will,' although Rhiannon felt a little touch of something when Tinania's name was mentioned. She wasnt sure what it was. It was all very confusing. Did Damien like Tinania as more then just a friend? She didnt even know how to ask. She looked at the elf and politely smiled.
'Its nice to meet you,' she said.

Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar
Ximena's polite response is a grunt, and mutterings in elven, both of which have Damien wincing again. She turns and bellows, "Rinon!" before walking away.

"Ah," he smiles a little. "She probably had a long night," he explains, and nods toward a room. "We can wait in there."

No sooner are the words out of his mouth than an elf, that looks suspiciusly like Damien, emerges from another room. He has lonng, blue-tinted silver hair, eyes the color of the night sky, with silver specks in them that look like stars, pale skin, and blue-wire-framed glasses. "Damien, it's always good to see you," he says, walking over to give his nephew a hug. Once that is done, he looks over at Rhiannon. "Who might this be?"

"This is Rhiannon," Damien says again. After Rinon bows slightly to Rhiannon, Damien asks, "Are we interrupting anything?"

"Goddess, no," Rinon replies, good-naturedly. "Both of you are welcome to join mother and me in a cup of tea."

Damien looks over at Rhiannon to see if she will be comfortable with that.

Quote:
She wondered what this Ximena had said and just nodded at Damien's explanation. Only her affection for Damien was stopping Rhiannon from bolting right now. The elves exotic look, their language she didnt understand - she felt very much like an intruder.
'Hello,' she smiled at Rinon, hiding her nerves. She looked at Damien.
'I dont really drink tea,' she said shyly.
'But I dont mind joining you.' she managed, noticing how close Damien and he were in appearance.

Lenore Slytherin-Natenhar
Rinon nods. "We won't keep you too long," he says. "Just one cup, I promise," he turns and leads them toward the kitchen. "Oh, I appologize for Ximena's rudeness. She's like that with everyone, even when you get to know her," he sighs.

Damien puts a hand on Rhiannon's shoulder. "I promise not to keep us here long," he adds to Rinon's promise. "You seem to be a little uncomfortable," he smiles to her.

A fragile-looking, obviously old, elf meets them at the opening to the kitchen. She has dark circles under her eyes, and her age is obvious on her face. She is practically skin and bones. Her hair is a faded, deader version of Rinon's. "Welcome," she says, managing a sad smile for the two of them, but it doesn't reach her eyes.

"Grandma Alasseo, this is Rhiannon," Damien says, introducing Rhiannon yet again.

"Aren't you lovely?" Alasseo says, holding out a small hand to her. "It is a pleasure to meet you."

Quote:
'So many people,' she whispered back to Damien.
'I'm worried I'll do something dumb and they all hate me.'
Rhiannon gave a little bow of her head when introduced the frail looking elderly elf to her;
'Thank you,' she said.
'I hope we are not intruding,' she said, shaking the hand, feeling the thinness of it.
