I heard about crisis core for PS3. You people may already be talking about it though.

As long as the storyline went untouched, I wouldn't mind seeing what they could do with it on the PS3. Plus, it would give me another excuse to play it. biggrin

Its alright on the old Playstation but I think the PS3 might make it better and work on it is already in progress I heard from a friend who plays it. They just got to keep the storyline the same.

i don't mind the old version, as chibi sephiroth killing aeris is pretty damn hilarious, but the new version would draw me in so easily. i'd definitely buy it.

To be completely honest, I've never played the game.
Why?
Can't find it.
I vote YES on remake so that I actually COULD play the game, seeing it's near impossible to find it now without the prices being super high. Psssh.
But I agree with the untouched gameplay and story. I want to see it in it's original form, except with sexier graphics.
Yeah.

Sneakglove Should they remake the greatest game ever for the PS3? Personally I say NO, as it still stands up as a fantastic game and I would be happy for my children to play it in 10-15 years time in it`s original glory. Although if they did remake it, I would still probably buy it. cool If they remake it with the PS3's power, it would be like interacting with a movie, the creators were restricted from doing what they really wanted to do, make the game look amazing, at the time it was amazing but they wanted more and so did most people who didn't see the movies at the time, and with the PS3, voices could be added. mrgreen

Hmm...the graphics were actually impressive for it's own time...but a remake doesn't sound like the worst thing either, since it would be interesting to see the type of details and graphics now, and since they've made FF look awesome still in a/c.

Remake? Hmmm...It would seem interesting to see the charactrers in a nice, clean cut graphic system, but if it means destroying the storyline or reducing even the littlest thing, I say no.
