Ari listened with interest, jumping into the conversation on occasion to comment on the subject from her past experience. She had travled a lot before coming here and had seen many things. Yet despite this, she still held with her within her personality a sense of innocence she couldn't shake. Finally seeing the house she looked surprise and smiled, "Oh! This is your home? We live next to each other then!" The turned her head and pointed not far off, "That's my home over there!"
(( I like...couldn't find you, so I left the towns. xD ))

A look astonishment plastered itself across her face. "... really?" Wyv blinked. Numerous times. "Wow, I really AM oblivious." She shook her head. "Well, that makes the visiting part easier, I guess." She grinned.
Makai clicked his beak in frustration. Yep, hopeless.
(( I don't even know where I am anymore. But I caught a firefly! Yayness. and I think that's all from me for a while. Reality calls. >< ))

Ari laughed, looking a little embaressed as well, "That goes for me too, I suppose...can't believe I didn't notice and come to see who lived there..." She flushed a little, but smiled none the less. "Yes...this shall make visiting easier..." She paused and glanced about. After a moment she said, "Well...I must be returning to my home...I've got some work to do. I'll see you again later!" With a friendly wave, Ari headed to her home, glad to have made some new friends.

Arinna pulled the door to the Lodge open in a smooth movement, stepping inside quickly. Her attention seemed to be focused upon the names listed upon a page in her sketch book, however. She hadn't been able to get the information on them that she truly wanted. Hopefully she'd be able to find it within the mini-library here.
A brown, white, and lavender shape slunk past her legs before the door shut. The strange looking cat glanced around the room, her white eyes not appearing to move at all. Loping along the wooden floor, she bounded up upon the couch and settled into a comfortable position to watch anything that might happen.
Ari, seeing Shasta go by, blinked. She hadn't known she had come along. Shrugging it off lightly, she turned and walked toward the door leading to the room that contained books and other sources of information that might be useful.

Stupid.. poopy.. headed.. door. The tiny Aerandi was pushing hard with his side on the door to the lodge, but the dumb door wouldn't open for him. He grunted and huffed pushing harder, but not even a budge. It wasn't until his mother arrived that the door decided to open for him and he burst inside, hooping triamphanly.
Jizzy chuckled slightly as she pushed open the door for Tobias. He must think he opened that door by himself, well, perhaps better to let him. Tobias was rather touchy about his size. "Hello?" Jizzy called out into the lodge, hoping someone was there. She hadn;t had much company lately.

Shasta turned her head to gaze lazily at the strange creature entering along with the woman with him. Her tail flickered to the side slightly, but she seemed rather passive toward their precense. She was quite a strange sight, with a hat and winged armlets, but then many things upon this island were strange.
Ari blinked upon hearing the voice. She had been flipping through the pages of a book, sitting upon the floor. She glanced over her shoulder slightly and then set it down. Someone else must have come in. She peeked out of the library room to catch sight of Jizzy. She smiled and gave a small waving motion, "Ah...hello!"

Tobias heard the noises and looked up to see one bigthing like mother and another new thing!. Tobias hooped in gleee and rushed over to Shasta, clicking a greeting while jumping up and down, his spines rustling as he did so.
Jizzy smjiled and waved back. 'Hello.. You must be one of the new guardians.. I'm Jizzy.. Pleasure to meet you." She said, walking over to ehr and extending a hand in greeting.

Shasta cocked her head slightly to the side, her one visable ear twitching. What was this thing doing? And what was that strange sound he was making. She opened her mouth slightly in a meow, causing her wiskers to rise and fall for a brief moment.
Ari smiled and gave a nod, "Yes...I am. I'm Arianna...but you can call me Ari." She reached out and shook Jizzy's hand lightly, "Nice to meet you too." Her gaze shifted slightly to see Tobias and she seemed to brighten even more. Another Aerandir! This was only the second one she had seen and he was quite different from Makai.

Tobias heard the sound and jumped around. He'd never heard that sound before. He leapt up to Shasta's leg, brushing his head on it, as a sign of affection. He was in a wonderuflly good mood.
Jizzy nodded, commiting the name to memory. "Ari.. It's a nice name." She commented absentmindedly. She floowed Ari's gazed and smiled when it feel upon Tobias. "I'll take it yours is still in a jar. It's amazing when they come out.. I consider myself very lucky to have seen several emerge."

Shasta didn't hiss or arch her back, but she did take a small step away from the Aerandir. She hadn't met one before and he was farm from normal looking! Besides, she wasn't so keen on those spikes he had either.
"Thank you," Ari said with a sheepish smile about the comment of her name. Then she nodded once more, "Yes...mine is still within a jar..." She paused for a moment and then asked, "How....how does it happen exactly? When they come out?"

Tobias hooped softly and sadly. Why was the cool thing walking away from him. His quills drooped slightly and he clicked sadly to the cat. He just wanted to be friends.
Jizzy's eyes brightened at the memory. "Well, first the jar shatters. We were some of the first to see it so we though we'd done something wrong, but the jar breaking is perfectly normal. Then this glowing or comes out and then.. the Aerandir is there, from the orb. It's.. you'd have to see it yourself." Jizzy said, smiling and sighing softly. She'd gotten rather into her story, telling it with wild hand gestures and everything.

Shasta watched him with critical white orbs. She was still uncertain about this creature. He seemed friendly, but those spikes did not. She was far from being stupid and she didn't want to get pricked! She meowed in response to his click, but did not move closer.
Ari looked amazed and exicted. It sounded amazing! She couldn't wait to see it happen! She smiled at Jizzy, "Wow...it sounds...wonderful...thanks for telling me about the breaking bit." She knew that if she had not been told this piece she would have paniced when it did break in the future.

Tobias looked up at the meow and hooped. Maybe he sttill wanted to be friends. He leaped around and then set off in a small hobble, stopping, looking back and shaking his head forward. Shasta and he would go exploring!
Jizzy chuckled slightly at Ari's enthusiasm. She'd felt the same way, but now with Tobias being the little troublemaker he was, well. She was a bit less exited and a bit more tired most of the time. "Yes. I panicked myself when it happened. I thought it might be nice for you to know.."

Shasta simply stared at him, making no effort of moving. Who said she wanted to go exploring? She was very happy with the seat she had and the view as well. She could see almost everything in the room from here.
Ari smiled and gave a small nod. She was sure many people had...but now perhaps she could prevent that reaction. "Well...thanks again for the warning."
((*eats crappy post* Nuhhh. >.< ))

TObias stopped in his tracks and hooped again. He wanted to explore with his new friend.. He jumped up and down a few times, ran to Shasta then ran back to his spot. Exploring time!
Jizzy nodded. "Anytime.." She said, sniffled randomly and set off towards the kitchen. This is odd. SHe felt rather lightheaded. She shook it off quickly. "Join me for some brownies? I'm in the mood for chocolate."
