I don't mind helping/hosting it.I can do php,sql,html,css,gfx work with fw. Anyways
shared hosting server has 1tb bandwidth is linux with php/mysql unlimited subdomains emails databases ftp-accounts parked-domains addon-domains etc etc

This is an excellent idea but I think we need some structure and organization to pull this off... If everyone agrees then I will try to help put things into motion to get these moving...

Maybe add a mini forum onto the website - this could be gotton from bravehost.com....though maybe there is a better free mini forum hoster.

I can help with hosting, you'll just need a domain and I can help with unlimited space and bandwidth, php 4 though. I can also code php (some, I mainly use the code igniter libary)
