A tall girl with long black hair stalked into the lab and stood in the middle of the room, arms crossed across her chest as she waited for someone to notice her. Her lips were turned down in the faintest of pouts, and she stared at the far wall while she waited.

Prof. Elm noticed the young girl after a few moments of distraction. "Hello?" he said as he straightened up nd fixed his glasses to see more clearly. "How can I help you young lady?' he asked as he noticed her pout. Perhaps she was afraid she was in the wrong place. Maybe she knew where she was and was afraid that she wouldn't be able to get the starter she wanted.

It was more of the later, really, but Necia was much too proud to say so. "I'd like a Cyndaquil." she told the Professor, and then added after a moment of thought, "Please." Her grandfather had raised her to be polite, most of the time, and if she couldn't get away with being rude. She shifted her weight from one foot, and then the other. 'Knowing my luck, they won't have any cyndaquil left, and I'll either have to pick another pokemon, or go away empty handed... ' she thought pessimistically.

Professor Elm smiled softly at the young girl before he walked over to a desk and rummaged through one of the drawers before withdrawing a Pokeball. He whistled as he lifted the ball from it's previous holding place, then walked over to Necia. "Of course. Cyndaquil is one of our most popular starters." he said as he handed the Pokeball over. "This is your Cyndaquils..." he started before noticing a small form clutching his leg from behind. "There you are." he said gently as he bent over and picked up the small Pokemon. "As I was saying, that is your new Cyndaquil's Pokeball. And this here is your Cyndaquil." he said as he held the small Pokemon for Necia to take it. Motioning to one of his Assisstants with a free hand, they carried over a small tray holding several Potions and Pokeballs to get the girl started on her journey.  or  Cyndaquil Lv 5 HP- 40 Attacks Tackle-20 Growl-10 ((You may have whichever Sprite you prefer.))

Angel awoke at ring of his alarm clock............"OMG I'm going to be soooo late!!!!" he quickly dresses himself and heads to the professor's Lab to pick up is cyndaquil......

Professor Elm looked up at the sound of a voice. "Can I help you, young man?" he asked as he stood up from his desk and walked over to the young man in his lab.

Professor Elm nodded as he soffered the boy a reassuring smile. "Of course. Cyndaquil seem quite popular among lovers of Fire types. I've never really got that, myself. I've always thought Totodile was rather cute, so I can only guess it's a matter of personal taste." he rambled as he retrieved a few items, the Cyndaquil's Pokeball being one of them. Returning to the boy's side, he released Cyndaquil from it's ball and proceeded to place said ball in the boy's hand. "This is your new trainer, Cyndaquil. I hope you two get along and go a long way." he told it before looking to the boy. "The same for you." he said before handing him a few Pokeballs and Potions to get him started. "I'm sure you already have your PokeGear, most new trainers in Johto get them long before they ever get their first Pokemon." the aging man said with a playful grin. The young boi has become aware of the fact that he has yet to have left the professor's office..................looks awkwardly "So professor now that i have my pokemon would you happen to kno how to get to the next town over???" ><;

Professor Elm nodded and looked at the boy with a smile. "Of course. If you leave my lab and head West from here, you'll run into Cherrygrove city before too long." he explained.
