Obie laughed softly and tucked her head up against his. "No. They don't scare me. Much. A few have managed to keep me hidden under the covers all night though," she replied, rubbing her thumb gently against the smooth, dark skin of his hand.

"Good." He smirked turning to kiss her lightly on the cheek. "I didn't fancy staying up all night with a baseball bat searching for monsters."
He smiled and settled back into watching the movie. Slipping his arm down to her waist and tensing at the scarier bits.

As the end credits began to roll, Obie smiled and shifted to sit on his lap, her legs stretched out on the cushion beside him. She wrapped her arms around his neck and looked up into his eyes in the dim light.
"So, am I going to have to come with my baseball bat and search for monsters in your closet?" she smirked and tilted her head to the side as she began to trail soft kisses along his jaw.

"Maybe." He said with a smirk as she began to kiss his jaw. Running his hand up to her heair he gave her a proper kiss and looked into her eyes.
"I should go." He said with a soft smile. "I have to get up for soccer practice in the morning."

Obie pulled a face at the mention of soccer, then smiled. Each to their own, and all that.
"Alright. So I'll see you soon then," she said, reaching up to brush some of his hair out of his eyes and placing a soft kiss on his cheek before sliding off his lap.

Ra caught the face she made at his mention of soccer. They couldn't have everything in common he supposed.
"Yes you will." He said, standing and bending back down to kiss her back. "I'll give you a call when I'm done tomorrow."

"Alright then," she smiled up at him. "Have fun tomorrow, " she said, pulling herself up from the sofa. She watched him walk out and a soft smile spread over her lips. Slowly she turned and headed into the kitchen to start cleaning up, singing softly to herself as she scrubbed.

Ra walked to his room with an equally as soft smile on his lips. Once there he called his mother to tell her that he would be coming home and ask if Obie could join him. He couldn't wait for her to meet his family.~~ Fade to heart ~~
