Hakan just...kept following and stuff, looking for a good target to shoot. Sadly, the only one he had a clear shot at, Sun was yelling at like he knew him. So probably not a good idea to shoot there.
So yeah, he just kept charging his arrow.

All things had life, at least those that lived did. It ment the Shades were relatively black spots with his witch-sight, seeing the winds of magic, but he could tell plants and people pretty easily. There was also movement behind him.
Bringing his sword around in a one handed swing against the offending tree branch his mind grasped the bands of green, blue, and white and wove them into a tight spell of pure kinetic force. The sword was moments behind the wave and he was protected from the assault.
Continueing his swing he rotated, his knee would complain later, and with that swing he directed that weave into a most powerful wall of energy he could possibly managed at one single instant.
The wave itself scythed across the crests of the waves of grass. It was directed towards the priest protectors and it would bore right through them. Hurling them to hell knows where for the severe onslaught Quin had unleashed at that moment.
((That wave is my supermove for the event.))

Flare had to scramble away from Sun as bullets rained down from...a guy Sun started yelling at.
"Stop yelling!" Flare hissed. "You want to announce us as targets to the entire...?"

((Well I'm attacking from the North, you guys are coming in from the east. That can put you out of the line of fire and I figured it would take you a little while to get closer to the Shades there.))

The riflemen would snap off one more shot each at the Melee Shades, mostly wild and panicked shots as they gripped the rifles in one hand and pulled out hatchets and knives in the other, whispering silent prayers for any loved ones they might have at home before diving into the fray.
And elsewhere, in Shouland... What the, did that freak thing just call him by name? Blinking, the man strapped the assault rifle to the harness on his back before slipping the throwing axe out of the straps of his backpack and gripping it in his right, giving a yell and running into the grasslands, bursting quickly through the flames and charging towards the most imposing figure he could spot, that being Noel.
It was down to the wire, and the half-golem was gonna finish in style.

Stryphe shot up- attentions off of him. He'd now finally be able to move to where he'd planned on attacking in the first place before meeting Quin and Shouyin so early on.
Seconds later he was airborn and on dragonback, flying high over the Twilight Woods.

"Sun, will you be very offended if I kill that man?" Flare asked, meaning Shou, who was the clearest target she could see from her position.
Her hands were glowing brighter.

Lenne held the M16 firmly in her right hand making sure to keep her finger on the trigger ready to shoot when needed, her focus was still set on the targets in the Twilight woods. When the person had dodged the branch her focus remained as she let energy flow freely around her body she would whisper acouple of words “Protectus shadren” as she said these words a dark barrier would appear around Lenne, this was her dark barrier of shadows. Lenne would rise just slightly, just enough so she could see through the grass but still have it cover her. She had seen movement in the woods, now she would position her M16 barrel towards Quin who had moved and squeeze the trigger . Letting off about 10 rounds in his direction aimed for his stomach, chest, head and around his body. The bullets would cut smoothly through the grass towards him, at great speed.
Dark barrier of shadows- Within a couple of words, a clear mind and focus Lenne can erect a dark barrier around her after she has built up energy to do so and if gathered enough focus she can protect others, to protect them against physical and some magic attacks. Helps defend against all forms of bullets and safe guards it's occupants against several attacks. Lenne can not use the barrier use the barrier over long periods off time, she can use it when she feels there is a great need to do so. It is not active all the time just when she has called for it, focused and it is needed.

The melee shades fell on the riflemen with gusto. A battle resulted, shades and dudes died.
Thanks to Quin, shou's path was clear. The protectors and bishop were totaly decimated.
Noel saw Shou comming, and he paniced. He grabbed for the sword on his side. Then there was a burst of magical energy, and Noel's grey eyes turned red. The energy ripped through his clothes, revealing a scrawly looking guy... With an eyeball looking out of his side..
On a note. The sword was now covered in sharpend dark matter.
The now beserk Noel charged towards shou, sword in hand.

Hakan got tired of waiting. Once Shou was running so his back was turned to Hakan, Hakan took aim and fired, at the non-stone side of the man. If the arrow hit, it's freeze Shouyin for the second time this event. This time from the inside out.

From the moment he had completed the swing he was in motion and was doing what he could do. He saw Shou rushing for someone, so that's where this was going to end.
But there were rifle retorts off to the side of him. With that great wave of force he had mustered Quin kept hold of the weave, now less powerful but still strong enough for what he needed to do. It wasn't a full on shield, more like sloped armour designed to cause the course change gradually so he didn't have to apply as much imediate force to it.
Safe for the time being Quin charged in behind Shou towards Noel, sword at the ready.
