This is one that I noticed MANY people missed in the theatre, by the way.. I was the only person who got the joke when I went, both times...
When they were at the island with all the natives, and Jack is talking to them about Will.. he's like
"Maboogie sninkle sninkle!"
Then Jack looks down and there's a shot of Will's lower half and he goes,
"Eunich-y, snip-snip"

1st movie:

Elizabeth: I suspected Commodore Norrington would propose but I must admit, I wasn't entirely prepared for it.
Estrella: Well, I meant you being threatened by that pirate. Sounds terrifying.

OMG, I was the only one to crack up during that part xDD Well, me and my friend biggrin But yea.. That's my ULTIMATE favorite.. here are some others:
