"The Lake is so pretty this time of day." She looked excitedly towards her lover. She examined her surroundings, a gentle breeze made her bangs dance. She took in the sight and then stepped forwards towards the crystal lake. "Coming?"

 Tamago nodded and followed behind her. The image of Sai in the breeze put a soft smile on his face. No kitsu could possibly look so good.

Sai skipped down to the waters edge and looked at her own reflection. She tested the waters by lightly taping the surface-as if she were afraid of disturbing it's serene appearance. "the water's perfect too.." She slid into the water and glided around in the shallow water.

Tamago watched Sai carefully, in the parinoid thought that some unreal fish of an unreal size chased after her. Once she started to swim, however, the smile returned and he joined her in the water, Ducking his head under water and slowly stalking Sai like a shark.

She screamed and laughed with excitement. Feint music of some obscure speilburg movie played in her head as she darted about on the surface.

The Tamago-Shark lept into the air and sent a good sized wave Sai's way. Tamago was able to touch the bottom of the shallow part of the lake just fine, so he had to crouch a little to submerge himself again.

It swooped down over Sai's head, she floundered around in her surprise and resurfaced with a gasp. As she bobbed in the water, she examined her surroundings, No Tamago in sight-nothing but harmless ripples.

Tamago walked behind Sai and waited cautiously for her to get too distracted. Once this opportunity arose he lept up and gently bit and tugged on her ear. He was very careful not to hurt her.

Sai shrieked and attemped to leap twenty feet into the air. She turned to Tamago, "What was that for!?" She waited plotting to surprise him as well.

Tamago let go and moved back, suddenly feeling very sorry about what he had just done. He went through several answers in his mind before he came to the perfect one.
"For being adorable."
He spoke with an unsure smile.

Sai smiled and jumped on Tamago, causing them to sink just a bit underwater. As they resurfaced she replied "I suppose that's a'good a reason as ever."Amara slinked towards the lake, she was bored of the HQ and, even though she was a perma-pup, she thought herself old enough to venture out on her own. She herd the splashing in the distance and knew it was near. She dashed off thinking of what was waiting for her. She stopped as she reached the top of the hill overlooking the lake. She jolted down and, before she knew it, hit the cool water of the Mirror Lake.

Chase was at the top of the hill when the little kit rushed by. He had been watching Sai and Tamago play about in the water. He was mad, but that wasn't going to stop him from doing his 'job'. He was well hidden in the branch of a wide tree when the Kit passed by, it was no wonder she didn't see him.
"Umph" Tamago gasped when he was forced just a little bit under the water. His ears twitched before he surfaced again. He smiled and nuzzled Sai affectionately after she spoke. He honestly couldn't thing of anything to say.

Sai was enjoying this time with Tamago, when she looked over her shoulder. It was Amara, Staring blankly at her.
Amara's eye was twitching, "What is this?! Auntie Sai and -ewwwww, in the ....ewww..." She was making barfing faces. Clearly she was still young in this area.
"Please don't do that in the water, m'kay?" She said with disgust to her niece.

Tamago looked back at the pup with wide eyes. Did she just 'eww' at him? He looked back down at Sai with a cocked eyebrow, still confused about what had just happened.

"Geez, " She mumbled on but it was indecipherable.
Sai looked up at Tamago, "Sorry about this." She scooted the kit out of the water.
"What?! What did I do?!" yelled the adolescent pup as they approached the top of the hill.
