All right, so as I had said in the prior post I've come up with a plot outline. Since it should be the central plot, everyone in the guild should be able to participate if desired. I'll try my best to be detailed, so I apologize ahead of time for what is likely to be a bit of a text block. The basic flow of the plot would go as follows...
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Since the Black Company Dojo was destroyed by Draeken in order to stop KB from literally hijacking it and running off with it, now the survivors
(Everyone really unless you never come back to post again or read this) are refugees, and more or less seem to be alone. This has left a setup for a good central plot to take place, so here's what I had in mind. Alone, every surviving member of the Dojo is vulnerable and open to attack from KB's invading drone army, supplied by Sairys. This of course includes older members and those who are new and looking to join.
Now, since more or less the will to survive is at the top of a person's mind, the first thing that needs to happen is member unification. By that, I mean, the members have to find one another again and then try to find someplace safe. That gives strength in numbers, so the refugee members are no longer alone. The nearest safe location that the elder members should know about, would be Draeken's mansion. Draeken has already taken measures to begin secure the mansions location. Now Draeken and a few of the other older members will probably find a few new stragglers, so new members or those who want to become members can follow them to Draeken's. This gives everyone a new temporary safe location to hang out in. Now we move back to the invading drone army commanded by KB and constructed by Sairys. An invading army gives everyone something to focus on. The Dojo is already gone, and the mansion is going to be targetted eventually, but if everyone from the Dojo can get settled into the spare rooms in the masion then that means the people are more likely going to want to protect that new location. Having been made homeless, only to be made homeless again, the cycle could continue on forever until everybody was killed, so at Draeken's mansion, they can take a stand.
The mansion will become like a war tent, or war headquarters. There are already measures taken to fortify it, and there would be many there by that point who would be willing to defend it. For those not cut out for the actual fighting, there are other jobs that they could do. Things like cooking to feed everyone (that's a big job), medic to heal the wounded and ill, tactician to help try to find a way of defeating the drone army, launderer to wash clothes, sheets and bandages when bloodied, etc... There is pleanty to do so it wouldn't be too hard to find something to occupy your time with. Now like all good fights/wars there will be advances and retreats, and if the drone army is damaged enough to have to force retreat then that will give everyone one something to cheer about.
Now remember that I said Draeken's mansion would be only temporary. It is afterall
his home, and though open to the Dojo refugees, he wouldn't be able to sustain all of them indefinitly. That means everyone would need a new place to stay. That creates a reason for the Dojo to be rebuilt. Now by this time, having worked together and faught a common enemy, the bonds between people would be stronger again, and they'd be more willing to help eachother not to mention themselves. Instead of using magic to make a new Dojo in a snap, those who survived could rebuild the Dojo from scratch. Since the previous location was surrounded by a forest, there are trees to make into planks of wood, beams, doors, furniture, etc... Rebuilding the Dojo on their own would give everyone a sense of accomplishment, and again there are various jobs that could be done by the members instead of building if they choose, like when at Draeken's mansion.
Once completed, a new regeneration spell could be placed on the new Dojo, or not. It would be up to the members as a whole to decide that. The Dojo would live again, and the atmosphere of the beings inside of the building would radiate life again. The old days of being more like a family would be able to return, and with everyone having shared such a major experience they'd never be able to forget that. Then afterwards everyone would have a location fortified if the drone army ever tried to attack again, and they'd have a good deal of knowledge at their disposal to use in their defeat if necessary. In the end, the KB and Sairys team would make a new power in the area that needed to be watched, that could help and balance out the others.
I do believe that about sums it up.
Edit:
Though of one more thing, reguarding the rebuilding of the Dojo. Its reconstruction is like an act of defiance to all those who in the past had caused the Black Company problems. Like saying, "Ya we survived, and we plan on sticking around, so there!" and thumbing your noses at everyone else.

Now I'd like to get some input from you guys. I mean all of you active people, even if you've just set foot into this guild, your input would be appriciated! Also if there are any questions then please ask, and I'll try my best to answer them.
