Arwen heard Kenshin calling, but was not sure if she wanted to go to him. “You've got a hell of a lot of explaining to do Kenshin." she mumbled, turning back the way she came. Shadow shifting gave her an advantage, as she could choose any form she pleased to navigate through her surroundings. Chanting under her breath, shadows begin to form great black wings unfurling from her back, enabling her glide over everything. Finally spotting Kenshin, she softly landed ten feet from where he stood. "Kenshin!" she called out, her voice quivering. The wings on her back slowly began to disintegrate back into the shadows. Her crimson hair wiped around her face in the breeze as she walked towards him.

Arwen turned and glared at Darkside, her anger quickly rising. “Another one Kenshin?!” she snapped at him, her voice cracking. As a reaction to her emotions, shadows had begun creeping into the area in a black mist. She hung her head as she spoke, “Kenshin....Mo atashi-no-koto suki janain-desho? (You don’t love me anymore, do you?). Arwen slowly lifted her head and looked at him longingly, her face streamed with tears, “Osniete. Shiritai-no...(Please tell me. I need to know.)”

X Arwen X Arwen turned and glared at Darkside, her anger quickly rising. “Another one Kenshin?!” she snapped at him, her voice cracking. As a reaction to her emotions, shadows had begun creeping into the area in a black mist. She hung her head as she spoke, “Kenshin....Mo atashi-no-koto suki janain-desho? (You don’t love me anymore, do you?). Arwen slowly lifted her head and looked at him longingly, her face streamed with tears, “Osniete. Shiritai-no...(Please tell me. I need to know.)” "Arwen..." Kenshinquickly pronounced, "This lady is a new arrival and I have no relationship with her. I do not know her, I merely attempted to sell this woman a room in the West Wing, as I do all inhabitants of this realm." He paused for a moment, sighing and taking a deep breath, preparing for his explanation to his unruly actions. "I...I didn't mean for it to happen. It was a mistake. I was caught off guard at the wrong time. Lady Namuni entered my realm searching for help. She found me, and I promised to assist her and possibly even avenge her when I found connections to our pasts. My demon faith was the reason for my family's death and her family's death. My intention was to shelter her from the demons that destroyed our lives previously, and hope to make her life better than what I had, before she became a dark and relentless creature like I once was before I met you. I lost sight of that without realizing what was happening." Kenshin tried to move closer to her to comfort Lady Arwen. "Had you not saved me from my wreckless rampage and dark paths, I may not be the accomplished lord I am today, I may have commited greater evils and followed in the path of my demon father. I was blinded by the garden's secret charm, and momentarily taken advantage of by my weaknesses, when I was most vulnerable. But Miss Namuni is not to blame, iie(no), for she did not know her own fault. It's my fault for being a fool to fall into my own bait. Yurushi ware kudasai!(please forgive me)" Kenshin fell to his knees, sobbing to his wife.

Namuni stared at the ground still, the guilt overwhelming every pore of her being. "我很白痴...对不起 Kenshin...对不起 Arwen..." (I'm such an idiot...I'm sorry Kenshin...I'm sorry Arwen...)
Do you truly know the extent of what you have done? A voice spoke in her head, the hollowness in it already telling her who it was.
"为什么? (Why?) Why are you here? Come to gloat at me?" She muttered to nothing, leaning her head back against the trunk of the tree she was leaning against, her black feathery wings covering her in what little a shield she could provide herself with at the moment.
hehehe....不(no). I'm here to extend an old offer that I made a long time ago. Perhaps you remember?
Her hands clenched tightly at her sides, eyes narrowing as more tears spilt down them. "The answer is still no. 草拟...去死 狗难人.(******** you...Go die b*****d.) I'll never accept that offer." She snapped, clamping her hands over her ears.
You can't get me out of your head so easily. You see, your pitiful self has left its defenses down and let me waltz right into your head. Congrats for that. Now, what if I alter that deal?
There was a pause, inwardly cursing herself for being so stupid. "Alter the deal? How?"
I can bring back your family in exchange for your eternal service. But, I will only bring back one person.
Her eyes did widen, hands shaking, thinking of her faternal twin, and only her brother. "What?" She whispered, hearing him chuckle.
Ah..yes....Tuvrien...Yes my child, I can bring him back. But only if you swear yourself to my command. Think about it...
Namuni felt that he had gone, a hand over her mouth as she thought of her brother, fresh tears spilling down her red cheeks. Pounding the ground with her fist, she wept into her arms, too close to wanting to giving into his offer.

Namuni didn't look up, but the tears quieted, wiping them away before she looked up to Chidori. "Don't...even go into it.....I can't talk about it right now.." She replied in a murmur, her golden eyes seeming dulled in color and liveliness.
Hey...Would I get liberties if I agreed to your deal?
Already deciding Namuni? I'm surprised. But yes, you will. Your jobs will be short and sparse, the longer ones I will give you notice of. Tuvrien will be alive and not know of our agreement. If you two have a child, they will also be free. Any questions?
Yes, I'm guessing I don't have to go to your realm at all right?
Yes and no. You will only come before me if you have finished a job, or have reports on anything I send you out to find out about.
She seemed quiet and more distant than before, thinking, did she really want to do that? I'm waiting.
Alright...I'll do it.

Closing her eyes again, she pursed her lips, sighing heavily. She never, ever thought that she would have agreed to his terms.

"Kenshin, I…" Arwen stammered, twisting her wedding ring around her finger nervously. "I want to forgive you…but I couldn’t take being hurt again...it would kill me.” She kneeled down in front of him, tears still trickling down her cheeks. "When we married you made a promise...we both made a promise to eachother that no one would come between us...Does that still stand?" Arwen said trying to hold back her tears.
