Wes had chuckled to himself at the dress Kali had been wearing. He would have to see why that had been on her later. It wasn't anything really all that bad, except maybe for an Andoran, but it was just not how she normally dressed.
At her thanks Wes simply nodded and put a comforting hand on her shoulder as she reached Lily. The poor girl looked terrified, and he couldn't blame her. His dreams like that had came years later, and they still had scared him out of his wits. He spoke in a quiet, reassuring voice to her though. "It is alright little one, you are safe now. We are both adept Dreamwalkers. And to your surprise, communicating should be easier here. Allow me to demonstrate: Just simply envision what you want to appear and believe it so, like this."
And with that, soft purple letters began to write out in the air so Lily could read them. They said: "We are here for you."

Kali reached up to give the hand resting on her shoulder a reassuring squeeze before nodding to Wes's example of the writing. This would be a way for her to communicate here. That would be a brillant idea on how to properly use that abilty...oh was she glad that Wes was her to properly assit her. As at the moment she was slightly tired from lack of sleep, not that it mattered, but the comforting presense he had alone was enough to make her at least a bit more happier.
"I'm here to! Can you explain what happened? And what in heavens name were you doing outside of my room, child?" She asked softly, giving a gentle smile to the could be harsh words.

As Lily thought of an image appearing, it did. The letters came out slowly. They were an icy blue and Lily could even feel the cold of it.
-Well, I found a book inside the ground and I was going to take it to you. I looked everywhere for you, Miss Kali! But you weren't there so I waited for you and I fell asleep.-
Shivering a little still, not from the cold but from the nightmare she had had, she looked at both the man and the woman. Not knowing what would happen after this.

Wes smiled, just for a second, as the letters appeared. He wondered what the book was, but Lily was shivering. Wes pulled down his hood and his eyes stopped glowing, revealing the face Lily had seen earlier after his and Kali's spar. At the same time a blanket settled around her shoulders. Wes decided to keep silent and let Kali take care of it, as Lily obviously would rather talk to her. Wes couldn't blame her, he did look formidable, even with his meager 5'3" of height. Years of Channeling and time training in Tar Valon had brought that about. He even managed the deadly grace when he walked well known to Warders.

Kali reached down gently touching the childs forehead and then nodding in understanding at what the child said. "Well its time to wake up. So we'll see you in real won't we. I'll make sure to look at that book...its more then likely something that i've read before. And...apparently you can think of the words. So you are by no means dumb. If only I knew more..oh well. Time to wake up!" She said, waving her hand as she spoke of things that were really irrelevant. She was more worried about getting every one back and hole then really worrying about what they were going to do about Lily's speech problem at the moment. Poor Lily's wound would be more then likely bothering her for the rest of the night.

Wes had stood silently as Kali spoke until she said it was time to wake up. A cup of tea appeared in his hand as he then turned to Kali. "I will take care of her. She is the only one of us who cannot just wake up." Then, turning to Lily he explained what he was doing. "This tea will put you to sleep, but too deep of a sleep to dream. From there we can wake you up and see what is wrong from there." He then held out the cup to Lily, waiting to make sure things went as he planned before he would move.
Dang, Octave left now too? Geez... Well, such things happen I suppose...

Lily was visibly quite afraid of this man, but did as he said for she knew he was a friend of Kali's. With her small hands, she held the cup of tea up to her mouth and thought of making it a little cooler. Just as the thought was thought, the tea became warm and Lily was able to drink it quickly. Handing the cup to Wes, her blue eyes had already become half covered by her slowly closing eyelids. She fell into a sound, dreamless sleep.

Wes felt sad that he scared Lily, he would have to show her what he looked like without weapons or cloak on, show her that he too could be her friend. But that would take time, and much of it he thought. But when she handed back the cup, it dissapeared, as she did soon after. "Well, she is safe for now." He said to Kali. "Should we wake now?"

Kali tipped her head in a nod thankful that the child was now safe. "Yes. We are going to have quite a bit of work ahead of us I believe..." She turned to Wes completely and slid her arms around him hugging him tightly to her before she roused herself from the sleep and was awake agian in the real world. She was stil in the same spot and now she spotted Wes as well as Lily.

Wes returned the hug while it lasted, feeling rapturous for that small time before she dissapeared from his arms. He immediately left the Dream World as well, simply opening his eyes in Kali's room. Seeing she was fully awake, he stood, awaiting any commands she might have regarding the child.

Kali stood stretching her legs and brushing off her brown skirts and looked at the sleeping child with a slight frown. "I don't know if we should let her sleep or not. That dream was something horrid and perhaps recovering a bit would be best. But perhaps we should look into the book, yes?" She said, brushing back a lock of loose hair before going to pick up the book that had been found in Lily's arms. She moved to the table she had in her room, pushing aside some of the books she had allready littering the table then she set the book down pulling a chair up to settle down. "You may do as you wish you know." She said, shooting a glance at Wes with a smile playing along her features.

: Azalea shivered, clutching her knees to her chest. Vasquez had just killed the man, and of no reasoning. She looked into the flames and saw the charred cadaver of the man who had called himself Allad. She jerked her head away and tried to compose herself. When she was finally able to look, Azalea weaved threads of Air and Fire and cremated the man fully, he at least deserved a somewhat respectable death, and she would get no sleep if she had to lay beside a dead body. The knight's ashes were picked up and carried about in the wind, rising up to the purple sky.
Azalea looked over to Gren, whose emotions were rather hard to make out. Shock and disgust, though, were rather evident. She shook her head, "If you choose to leave tonight, go ahead. No one is stopping you." Her voice was cold and devoid of emotion as she made her way over to the edge of the encampment. Azalea laid down silently and assumed the Power yet again. She weaved a ward around herself and caused the area inside of that ward to be heated. Now safe and warm, Azalea tried to ease herself into sleep, but she knew that any rest she would get this night would be fitful and fleeting. :

Kali seemed to have ideas of what she wanted to do even if she posed them as questions, so Wes just went with it, staying a couple feet away so as not to be in Kali's light. He knew how she hated that. But this book had to have something wrong with it, and he would protect her from it if necessary. When she spoke and smiled he brightened, for her voice and face, not her words. "I wish to keep you safe my Heart." He said softly, smiling back at her through an utmost serious face.

Kali laughed softly shaking her head and tapping the book that she now opened. "I do think this book is vile, but I do not think in the waking world. Perhaps if I were to fall asleep then you could be more then enough worried. But I do not think it will be of concern until then. Feel free to do as you wish dear one. I'm fine" Then she turned her eyes back to the pages which she began to scan her eyes going over the words and yet finding nothing that was very...vile.
