Thank you very much for your invitation to the guild!

I am Tahvar! I am 34 years old and live in Missouri. I like mythical creatures; mostly dragons. I find them beautiful. Especially ones with horns. Yay! whee

Oh nice. What plans do you have for when you retire?

It sounds like you keep yourself busy. I plan to spend a lot of time in my garden, build a fairy village, travel and watch my grand baby. I might need to take up a hobby
It sounds like you have a lot of stuff to look forward to.

Trust me, it's very unlikely you'll get bored, something a lot of my friends feared approaching retirement. All of them said after they regret delaying it because there's always more to do than time to do it in.

My love of nature, art, great stories and many interests insure I never am bored, even when stuck home due to health issues. Plus I have a decent social life.

I think you'll absolutely love the new chapter in life that is coming with retirement. mrgreen

Being bored is my greatist concern. I will retire when I am 64 and still healthy enough to do what I love.
Congratulations on retiring early. I hope what I said brings you some reassurance.

It does. Thank you.

A bonus to being retired. Yesterday my husband and I went to a nature preserve for some viewing and walking on the first warm day of spring. Not having to keep to a work schedule means we can take advantage of great weather whenever it happens.

It is a major benefit of retirement, but life has a way of scheduling our time anyway. The older you get, the more routine medical stuff, plus family requests like babysitting, elder care, etc. Still there is so much more free time than when you work. 3nodding

Sounds like I will have plenty to keep me occupied. My husband and I also play Pokemon go and we will have more time for taking walks to play the game.

I was in the former guild. It was a habit to drop in 2-10 times a year. When I have extra gold it sometimes is donated to Angelic Snow Angel and the Awesome Mature Gaians guild. Otherwise, my activity has been very little.

My reason for accepting the invite to this guild is the same as before. It is my sincere belief that Gaiai needs a place for adults. Years ago, my joining this platform - Gaia was to protect my then-adolescent daughter. I have kept my 2 accounts open because it was a place of extra bonding between me and my children. Gaia also has been a place to find many smiles during difficult times in life.

Thank you for the invite.
Thank you, Angelic Snow Angel. Hope that you are doing well.
