You can find those items using the 2k1* search for after 2010 and 2k8, etc for before. It's a handy search term. My last avi also featured some older event items.
I'm kind of glad this year's event items weren't overtly Christmas; we can use them in other kinds of avies too. Given how late the events are getting....

I agree! I like that they weren't just strictly to the Christmas theme, but things that could very well be used during other times. Although, I'm curious to see what the items from the fashion fray will be.

They've been busy diligently cataloging the garden's denizens. However the shuffle bug is back big time! emotion_facepalm Likely there are lots of things not where you left them. How many pages is your equip tab now? Mine is holding at 21 pages, but it got shuffled 3 times this week after I put everything back in place and saved after a previous shuffle. So I guess 6 times in total. emotion_donotwant
I'm curious to see if even they'll get that up and running before the event is over or will our Christmas event run all the way to Valentine's Day? rofl So far the items won in the game are still underwhelming.

Yes, I think they might have decided to rearrange some other things as well right now I have 9 pages of strictly equip pages, but that's because I have my inventory set to 300 items per page, but if I was to set it back to 600 per page it would be 5 pages. Of course, I don't remember why I have my items per page thing set to 300

Maybe we should call it our bad idea puddle instead of pile! emotion_dealwithit We now have 4 bad ideas in it. The first was to form the tentacled band in spite of them not being able to hold a tune. Then meatswords took over the garden for a while. The next was to give the pearls fire magic. And we avoided the last one, thankfully, grammar tentanazies. May all these ideas never be resurrected! emotion_skull
How could you loose items in so few pages? It's easy to scan those pages for anything. It's when you get 10 or more at 600 items per that it gets challenging. Mine is 21 pages! emotion_0A0
Valenmas! OMG we should so do that in Feb. in the grand new tradition of Gaia events!
