“Do you really think… they’re after me?” Marina asked, her voice trembling a little. She didn’t know what she did to have anyone go after her. She still didn’t know. Maybe it would be for the best that she did leave. Maybe the evil that was there would follow her and leave the kingdom alone.
“Didn’t you say there was a barrier on the island?” Marina asked. “Nothing evil should be able to enter your kingdom, right? Is something wrong with it? Is it dying?”

Can I help you, Kitty? Is there something wrong? Xion looked worried about that something may have happened. Johnathan knocked on one of the doors to the bedroom where Kitty & Xion was. I think the king is in one of the bedrooms, we just need to knock on one of the doors to see if he's inside. Also, he maybe with someone, a girl in a Red Dress who seems really nice. As for the Adventurers guild, Xion will have to stop by tomorrow morning, since we're closed for the night.Linda knocked on the door leading to Marina's room. Excuse me, but its almost dinnertime, Majesty. Perhaps, our guests would like to get better acquainted with one another with something to eat for Dinner and desert? Afterwards, it'll be time to go to bed. You, your adventurers & guests will need some rest for tomorrow's activities.Marina, nothing evil should be able to enter my Kingdom. Its protected by the Surface Kyragem's magic, which is in a secure location inside the castle. As for you, I made a promise that I would protect you. Then Brandon heard Linda's voice. Coming, Linda. Marina, we should head to the dinning room so we can have dinner. Its getting late. Linda should have a nightgown for you to wear to bed tonight, you can ask her after dinner. Brandon knew that the Kyragem's magic kept dark forces out of his kingdom ever since that incident with Malcolm the Jester going mad, then looked out the window as it was getting dark outside as night had fallen. Ever had Teriyaki Chicken Thighs before? That's what we're having. And for desert, we have some Sea-salt Ice Cream.

“Alright,” Marina said. She could tell that it was getting dark by how much light was in the room. She hoped that her sisters were out of danger and safely tucked away in Alantica. Not expecting Linda to knock on the door, Marina jumped. It scared her, but as soon as she heard Linda’s voice, she calmed down. “Okay, I will.”
She sat up on the bed. She didn’t know what was going to happen next. “No, I don’t believe I have… I eat mostly kelp… and seaweed… and sometimes shrimp, but there isn’t a supply of chicken in the ocean or sea salt Ice cream.”

After dinner, Marina, you can stop by the closet, I have a nightgown that you can wear to bed tonight. You can wear the town dress tomorrow.Marina, Sea-salt ice cream is a flavor of ice cream that mixes a sweet taste with a salty taste. As for our meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner, they're really good.

KittyKitty walks around in the hallways to find the king with Xion right beside her. "we don’t have much time. I feel the barrier is fading away. Like some evil being is here on this island." while running kitty saw a lady in the hall by a door. oh hello there, is there a king here somewhere. I have a bad feeling something is outside on the grounds but I just don’t feel right. just then the door open a girl opens a door, but the girl didn’t feel evil. She was good.

Xion didn't know who Brandon was but she wasn't going to allow his home island to fall under evil's domination. Since Xion was a Nobody Replica, she should be immune to the evil's power. ...Linda finished warning the guards about the evil that's causing the barrier to fade. She didn't know that whoever else was on the island that was evil must have been strong enough to drain the barrier's protective magic & to do such a thing. The King is inside a guest bedroom with a girl named Marina, Kitty. Meanwhile, the king's honor guards took up their positions in the castle to protect the king. Brandon, who was in the bedroom with Marina in the meanwhile, was wearing his adventurer's cap and had his crown returned to its glass case in the throne room after speaking to Marina's sister; Lara. Brandon wanted to take Marina in his arms and protect her from trouble. ...

Marina threw her legs over the side of the bed and stood up in from of Brandon. She knew there were others waiting on them. She wasn't accustomed to land life, but she knew it was rude to keep people waiting. She wanted to help him. All she would need was a body of water, but she didn't want to tel Brandon. She knew he would be worried.
"We shouldn't keep the others waiting," Marina said quietly. She was scared. More scared then she had ever been in her life and if something were to happen to her, she could only imagine what her mother would do. "I'm interested in this chicken that you spoke of. Is it like tuna? Sometimes we will hunt fish and tuna is one of the fish we eat."

Of course, Marina. Let's go. We shouldn't keep Johnathan, Linda, my Grandfather Kallak & the Royal Mystics waiting. You'll love the chicken once its served, it tastes really good. Brandon opened the door to the bedroom then escorted Marina to the Dining room but noticing 2 other girls in the hallway that they passed, one had teal hear with matching eyes & the other had short black hair with blue eyes. After dinner, you can go see Linda in the Royal Closet & she'll have a nightgown for you to wear to bed. As Brandon was giving Marina an escort, he also mentioned another room that was in his castle. Marina, we have an indoor swimming pool in the castle. Maybe one day I could teach you how to swim as a human? Brandon was developing feelings for Marina & thought to himself. Marina, truly you are the most beautiful thing in all of the mainland that I ever met.Xion saw the king walk down the hallway with a girl. The king had dark navy hair and matching blue eyes but instead of a crown, he was wearing what appeared to be an Adventurer's cap. Maybe he was more of an Adventurer than a King? As for the girl, she had blonde hair and green eyes and looked younger than the king, she was also wearing a Red Dress & looked like a princess from another land. Since the king looked friendly, Xion made her Keyblade vanish for later. Kitty, who was that girl that the king of this island was with? Then Xion sense an amount of Good from the King & the blonde girl he was with. Xion wanted to ask the king about something, to join his adventurer's ranks, but first she would need his permission to do so and register. *Time Card: 11 Minutes Later* Brandon arrived with Marina at the Dining Room. There, Linda, Johnathan, Brandon's grandfather; Kallak, Brynn, Zanthia & Brandywine (in her human form) were seated. Please take your seat, Marina. You can sit next to me.Welcome, Marina. I suppose that I should introduce you to the key Royal Mystics; You may know Kallak as Brandon's grandfather, but he's the Leader of the Royal Mystics and master in Gem Lore. Johnathan went around the table introducing Marina to the Mystics in the castle, starting with the blonde girl in the Priestess Clothing with blue eyes. First, there's Brynn, representing the mystical discipline of Spirituality. Specializing in spiritual magic, she appears to be very calm, patient and has kind nature. Next Johnathan showed another blonde girl with blue eyes. Next is Zanthia, who is an expert in Alchemy. Darm would the last person I would introduce you to but he's retired. Before Darm retired, he was the Master of the Scrolls. Oh and as for the girl with the Purple hair and matching purple eyes; that's Brandywine, she's a Dragonkin & the Guardian of Kyrandia. Dragonkins maybe Human in appearance, but they descended of dragons. During Brandon's first year as king, Zanthia was able to use a formula to turn Brandywine from a Purple Dragon into a Human, she even has the same amulet like we do while she's in her human form. Purple Dragons are very rare as they can wield many abilities that others can't. Brandywine, in her dragon form, has the power of Fire, Lightning, Water, Ice, Wind & Earth, just to name a few.

“Thank you,” Marina said towards Jonathon as she followed Brandon to sit next to him. She felt very intimidated by everyone. Earlier, when they ate donuts, it was easy and simple. Now she was surrounded by utensils that she had never seen before. She kept quiet though. She could pretend to know what she was doing. She just hoped that Brandon wouldn’t make it oblivious that she didn’t know.
“Hello everyone,” she said as she bowed like she would when someone would come and stay at her home in Oceanea. She just spread her arms out slightly and bowed the upper part of her body. “It’s nice to meet of all you. I’m Princess Marina of Oceanea.” She then straightened up and glanced at Brandon, not sure what else she should do. “A dragon? That’s very interesting. I never met a dragon before.”

King Brandon"Keep a steady pace & you'll come through fine."LindaJohnathanXion"What am I... here for?"Kallak*Castle Kyrandia Dining Room* The Chefs arrived with the Teriyaki Chicken Thighs on the plates then handed them out on the table along with some water to drink. Marina, the utensils in front of you is a fork and a knife. Be careful with the knife when using it. Watch me then you try it. Brandon uses the knife to cut a piece of his chicken, then used the fork to pick it up then placed it in his mouth. Once the chicken piece was in his mouth, he chewed on it until it was in bite size pieces then swallowed it. Afterwards, he had his drink of water to wash it down. The chefs here at Castle Kyrandia are really good cooks, Marina.Johnathan was taking his time eating his dinner. ...Linda was busy eating her dinner as well. ......

Marina’s face grew red as she looked down. She really hoped Brandon wouldn’t do what he just did. Sighing, she picked up her fork too. She was sure how she was supposed to hold it though. She glanced at the knife and picked it up too. The fork reminded of her a miniature triton that she had seen some undersea rulers have. She stabbed her chicken with it and began carving it with the knife. One would think that she was a child playing with their food. She frowned as she put the knife down. She was making quite the mess and was already embarrassed enough. She then began ripping small pieces with the fork and began to eat. They were right about the food being good though. She didn’t say much through the rest of the dinner.

You did really well on your first time using utensils, cutting up the chicken. Be sure to drink some water when you're done chewing to wash it down. Brandon continued to eat his dinner then drank some water. How does the chicken taste, Marina?Brandywine then spoke after she was done eating. It's nice to meet you, Princess Marina. Just keep practicing. You'll get used to using utensils. Why, I remember my first time using utensils when Zanthia made me human with her Alchemy. It's a long story though. I hope that we can be good friends. Brandywine hoped that she would have Marina as a friend, it just wasn't the same in Kyrandia after Darm retired as Master of the Scrolls. Brandywine was Darm's assistant back then. .........

Marina glanced up at Brandon. She took the napkin and wiped her mouth before reaching for the glass of water. She looked at the glass, longing in her eyes. She missed the water. She took a small sip before putting the glass back down.
“I would like that very much,” Marina said with a smile. “I’ll be the first one at home to be friends with a dragon!”
She then looked at Brandon. “You amulet that turned my tail to legs. Can it turn your legs into a tail?”

“You will…. Need to see my mother… and she’s not one for traveling…” Marina said, a light blush crossing her face. She could only imagine that her face looked as red as her dress.
Looking away, Marina smiled a little. “Seahorse riding. At least that’s my favorite thing to do. We use caves to house the seahorses. Each one of my siblings has one, but I’m the one that takes care of them and rides them. It’s so much fun! Mine is probably the prettiest out of my siblings. I call her Storm Dancer and she’s mostly gray with some white and silver. Oceanea is really cold. It’s way down south.”
