"First of all...I think we should get away from all this water. It's making me nervous..." Puck suggested, watching the glassy surface of the lake warily.
"Then maybe we can go see if we can go get ice cream? Or wander around Traverse Town a little while? We could explore the shops..." He looked down at his hand distractedly. Something in them caught the sunlight and glinted, but he quickly closed his hand and hid it behind his back.
"Maybe you should get some new clothes. The ones from lat night are still went and that green dress you always wear is getting worn out from all the adventuring we've done." He nodded toward her graments.

Minerva laughed as she stood up and stretched, eying Puck as he hid he object behind his back, "alright, that sounds like a good plan, so first we...." She slowly trailed off as her eyes widened.
"I didn't go home last night! Oh no, Rogue must be so worried, or upset, or something! I've never spent a night away from home before!" Suddenly she stopped worrying as she looked down at her dress "... yeah, this is really worn out, isn't it?" She grinned as she looked at the slightly-faded green colour of her dress.
"Well let's go to my house so I can change, alright?"

Puck looked up, then at Minerva. "Oh...that's right...I'm sorry...didn't think of that." He smiled sheepishly, shrugging. "Worry isn't something all that familiar to me."
The fae boy nodded at Minerva's suggestion. "Good idea. If you had rather spent the night at home, you should have told me. Since you fell in the lake, Rogue could have given you something warmer. Sleeping outside wasn't exactly the best thing after that, now, was it?"

Minerva giggled "Nonono, it's not that. I would rather hang out with you than be at home, it's just that I didn't tell Rogue. I had fun and I'm glad I hung out with you... even if I do get sick from this." She said jokingly as she started walking away from the lake.
"It may not have been the best thing, but you're only a kid once, right? This is when I get to do fun and stupid stuff without being critisized about it... besides I was tired, so even if I had wanted to go home I would've fallen asleep." She glanced over her shoulder at Puck and grinned "Are you and that hidden object coming along with me?"

"Certainly you would have preferred a bed to grass, though?" He inquired, flying after her. "And if you get sick that's all your fault, I hope you know. Still, I could have carried you home. Piece of cake. Just don't want to make a habit of it."
"I...I never thought of it like that," Puck murmured, thinking about Minerva's comment. "Being a child only annoys me...I doubt even if I were older I'd be any less critisized, but I'd hopefully be able to use more spells..."
Uh...what? Oh..." He hesitated, hovering. "Mm...I don't think so. You go on ahead without me; I'll meet you in the 1st district of Traverse Town. What hidden object? You hiding something under that dress?" Puck joked.

"When you're tired, it doesn't really matter where you sleep. Grass is comfy, I wish I had had a blanket though... and I know you don't like it, which is why I didn't bother you with it." She said with a grin.
"Of course you will, you get stronger when you grow," she said with a nod before a confused expression crossed over her face "who critisizes you?"
Minerva then giggled, "Alright, I'll meet up with you there... and don't think that I'll forget that object, when I see you next I'll want to know what you're hiding from me!" She then broke into a run through the trees to get home, her laughter echoing throughout the forest.
-
As she got home, she saw Rogue sleeping on the couch in the living room sound asleep. Frowning slightly, she grabbed a pen and a piece of paper before scribbling out a note explaining the previous night, before flying up to her room and getting a change of clothes before leaving once again.
As she walked around the First District of Traverse Town, she wore a somewhat-baggy green shirt with something Zukin called 'jeans'... they felt funny compared to her dress but at least they were clean. "I look like a boy." She thought out loud to herself as she looked down at herself.

"Who critisizes me?" Puck echoed. "Well, there's the hook and he tamborine...there's you...and then there's Tymiko, but she's about as good at critisizing as she is at being a guardian. She just wasn't meant to be either. Half the time she spends fooling around like the rest of us kids while the other half she spends acting 'responsible', 'serious', and 'mature' like an adult. Niether of her...personalities amses me very much..."
"Still, sometimes she can be surprising." He played with the contents of the velvet purple purse offered to him by his guardian. She had seemed happy to give it to him, though for what reason he could not guess. Eventually he shook off her strange delight as amusement she got from watching Minerva and him get along.
"Sounds good to me. See you soon! And don't worry, you'll find out soon enough." he called after her, her mirthful laughter filling his pointed ears. Never could he recall hearing such a lovely sound. Perhaps your mind is filling itself with mortal thoughts instead of cocentrating on remembering your old immortal ones... A voice spoke in his mind. It was his own.
Shaking his head clear of it, Puck hurried to Traverse Town, determined not to keep Minerva waiting.
((Hmm...could this internal struggle be the reason for Puck growing to be more like himself again and pretending to forget his emotions? Lol, I think he'll find himself crawling back to Minerva soon enough... heart ))

Still somewhat not-liking her boyish clothes but liking the way she wasn't restricted to a dress, she giggled as she ran over to a fountain. She looked at the top and sat a mini platform where one could sit, climbing up the structure, she laughed as she dodged little spurts of water. Sure she could fly, but where was the fun in that?
As she got to the top she grinned, placing her hands on her hips she felt like she had accomplished something great. But back to the matter at hand...
"Oh Puck!" She called out with a grin, looking around for him as she stood on her mountain.
((I sure hope so, or else Minerva would be very very sad. n.n Alright, she'll be sad anyways, if Puck changes she'll be all "Where did my best friend go?" cry ))

Someone applauded.
Puck emerged from the shadows, leaning against the wall of a nearby shop. He smirked and flew up to great her. "Very nice. And without magic." Glancing down, he chuckled. "Don't think I could reach that high without flying. Well, you ready to go?" he asked, holding out a courteous hand.
"We can look at some of the shops around here. It's funny how we've been here so many times but we've only visted three shops. I'd be fun to explore the rest of them, don't you think? Especially if they're as interesting as the ones we visted."

Minerva spun to face Puck as he emerged from the shadows, she placed one arm curled in front of her as she playfully bowed for her achievement. Suddenly glad that she left her hat at home or else it would've taken a trip down the water fountain.
"I could only do it because I couldn't fly before, y'know." She informed him as she stood up and took Puck's hand with a smile. Giving his hand a gentle squeeze, she looked around at the stores before them, there was so much fun to be had when you had the time to have it.
"Sounds like fun," she said with a grin "let's go," she lifted her feet off the structure by only a mere inch, but it was just enough so she'd be able to fly without her shoes getting caught on something.
"Why don't you choose the store?"

"Mm..alright..."
He turned around slowly, examining all the shop windows and signs and displays. Finally, he pointed at one of the bigger ones with colorful clothes being modeled by dummies. "How about that one? It looks intriging...I've always wondered what other types of clothes humans wear. Might be fun to try some on," Puck thought aloud, grinning.

Minerva paused, trying to picture Puck in a suit... it didn't... quite work. Maybe in a big afro of some sort?
"Sounds like fun, let's go!" Bringing her hands up to cover her giggles, she flew away from the fountain and Puck to the store through the open door.
As she dropped to the ground a man stood in front of her "Maybe you should come back here with your parents?"
Minerva looked up and grinned "maybe you should stop being such a grumpy face!" And with that said, she ran around the man's feet to the back of the store where she found an accesories section. Picking up a purple and black boa, she wrapped it around her neck. The thing draped over her childish shoulders and fell to the ground.
Giggling slightly, she took off the feathery string and went looking around at other things that might interest her.

"Whoa! No need to rush, little withc, the store's not going anywhere."
Puck followed after Minerva, smiling innocently at the man at the front of the store. "Trust me. You don't want to meet our...'parents', let alone allow them in your store. We'll be much better off without them... Minerva, what are you doing?"
He flew toward her, raising a brow at the funny feather boa. "What is that? It's like a feathery snake." He never knew she liked clothes. She just didn't seem the type. The fae boy giggled at the pink and purple colors, imagining Minerva in Aurora's dress and covered in Jasmine's jewelery.
Glancing around the store, he something caught his eye. "Are those for necks? They look like nooses they used to hang people with..." Puck commented, gesturing at the ties meant for formal and business occasions.

Minerva giggled as she looked at what Puck was referring to, "they do don't they? They're for grown up men to wear to fancy occasions like dancing balls and meetings."
"That's not a feathery snake Puck, it's... called a 'Boa' or something, Zukin has one and it's much fluffier than that." She said, making a face, "That think makes me want to sneeze, but Zukin's is pretty." She said with a nod before looking around.
"What a girly adult store..." All around her were earrings and boas, shorts skirts and shirts with straps. "These clothes are funny-lookin'." She stated with a small giggle.

"Oh..." he reached out to touch a silk, striped tie. "Well that's silly..." Laughing, he took a royal purple one with red pokadots and slipped it over his head.
"Zukin has one?" he repeated curiously. "I didn't think someone would wear them as regular garments...it's so strange."
Folloing her gaze, Puck grinned. "You're telling me. Maybe I should haave picked a different store..." He flew over to a mirror and stared at his tie.
