Aiko looked up at the ceiling and smirked.'He's just a stepping stone. That is all he is. Nothing more.'Aiko sat up and walked to her window. She placed set her hand on her head and held her head.'That's all it has to be. He's just a stepping stone.'Aiko turned back towards her bed. She shook her head and walked back over and laid down, not bothering to change her clothes and closed her eyes, soon falling into a slumber. After a few hours, Aiko rolled over and opened her eyes to look out the window. She was refreshed but something still continued to bother her. She couldn't be loosing her touch while being around Dimitri, could she?"

Dimitri closed his eyes and smirked even more. Aiko was nothing more than a pawn to him and nothing would change that. 'Love is blinding. Those so-called heroes fall victim to it all the time. Aiko watched as the dog left. She got out of bed and realized she didn't have any clothes here. Maybe she could make a civilized trip to the store to get some. Maybe. But she would have to wait for the sun to come up to do that. And she had to figure out what Dimitri was to her."He's nothing more than a stepping stone. He will help me with getting the twins, I go home, and that's that."But Aiko couldn't ignore how at home she felt here. More at home than she did back in her world. Here, she had power. Her loyalty is far too strong to alter.' He chuckled a little and struck the wall with his fire whip, having done so many times before. Aiko sighed. When it was all said and done, would she stand to leave this place? Time will tell. For starters she waited on the dog to come back."Well guess I should start finding my way."Meanwhile the shadow dog found it's way to Dimitri and barked at the door, before chasing it's tail and barking again. It sat at the door wagging it's tail waiting to be noticed.

Aiko sensed where her pet was and followed it to his room, hearing the tail end of his command."Now now, is that anyway to speak to one who is a guest to your room?"She leaned against his door frame smirking. She felt odd right now, her heart was fluttering.'What is this? Surly I can't be falling in love with him. I have no time for this. Yet, I am very happy right now. Can I really deny this?'She dismissed the shadow dog and walked inside his room. She looked around. It was quite nice. And oddly comfy. She walked over to stand in front of him, hand on hip and leaning to one side.
