This stone had not gone home with it's parents, instead the caretaker pulling it into their paws. She smiled softly, stroking a claw along the edge. "We have new parents for you, waiting. They're very curious now," the caretaker coaxed with a soft coo, excited to see what this stone would bring. It was probably horrible of her to love the surprise of awakening the cache children, but it truly was a mystery every time that she took delight in.

Stone Cert:Briar Username: nepsah Awakening RP: Despite the mixer going so well, Rozen was still a little nervous when it came time to awaken the stone. He knew that his mixer partner would still want to be involved, so he wasn't doing this alone, but still! He'd be in charge of another person's life. After a few weeks he finally gathered the nerves, then carefully lifted the stone from the place he'd been storing it. "Time to wake up..."

Stone Cert:Jango Username: Embi-lamb Awakening RP: Was there sentience within the stone? Something was aware. It could feel the hands that reached out to bring its life. Light and colour flashed as the stone morphed in to an infant, and Jango was born. Large eyes blinked as the child cried, rushed with sensations it had never before known.
So. This was living? An interesting first impression.

Stone Cert:Haruka Username: nasaiki Awakening RP: So it was time for the big day. Vanna had given him the day off and Orphe had taken the day off from school so that the whole tiny family would be here for when Fon awoke the stone. He had even gone by and talked with Yami and some of the older guys who had children of their own. So he knew the steps and what to expect. However carrying for an infant was a lot different that carrying for some one Orphe's age. Not to mention Konpeito had been a hallowed like he was so there was a very good guarantee that the child would be mutated. Well actually if it had any of his personality he didn't need to worry.
So he needed to get his s**t together and just awaken his kid already. Fon had already given it a name, had been treating it as part of the family, so there was no reason to let silly a** worries stop him from placing his hand on the stone. "Dad come on, I want to meet Haruka already." Orphe chided. See even his other kid was telling him he was being silly. With that Fon placed his hand in the stone to awake the kid.
Stone Cert: and Username: Kivras & Leopleuradon Awakening RP: AJ had thrown a fit. It was the opposite of what she hoped would happen, and Candy was utterly unprepared for his tantrum over her 'daring' to bring a kid that wasn't his 'real' sibling into 'his' home. If she hadn't kept a vigilant watch over the stones, she was sure her son would have found a way to get rid of them. But she couldn't believe he was THAT angry. Maybe he just didn't understand? Maybe once he met them, he'd like them. Hesitantly, Candy reached out to touch both stones. She'd call Lulu over as soon as she could...for now, she just needed to have peace of mind. "Come on out." she coaxed, "Everything will be okay..." she said more to herself than anyone else.
Stone Cert:Axel Username: Kivras Awakening RP: The stone remain untouched since it was imbued. Sat upon a desk and almost left to be nothing more than a very precious paperweight. Diomed had no real reason to awaken it, the imbue had been purely for...what was it called? 'Funsies'? Just the word made him want to retch, and each time he looked at the stone, he sneered. It had been a decent tryst...but this...This was beneath him. A visit from his current youngest child, though, was enough to sway him. She was everything his eldest wasn't, so far, and there was really no harm in seeing if what went right with her would go even better with...whatever this one was going to be...right? "Come out, come out~" he crooned, gently brushing the faceted surface of the stone with three fingers, "Let's see what we have, shall we~?"
Stone Cert:Stone 1 and Stone 2 Username: l Duckeh l and KanamiTenjo Awakening RP: There was something about 'love' and 'commitment' that seemed to scare Ten. Avalon understood, he really did. The hybrid was hurting; needing something stable in his life. "You will be a wonderful father." Avalon assured him. Taking each other's hand, The smiled at one another, though Ten's was far less certain then Avalon's. Unconditional love. That's all either of them really wanted. Together, the pair placed their hands upon the stones. "I love you both already." Avalon whispered to the stones. Tucker had made his mark on the world in a far greater way then he had ever expected. He had added his energy to the cache, and had done his part in contributing to the future success of the Nightmare population.
Little did he know that a few months later his stone would be awakened by another, hands touching the stone to bring it the breath of life ...
Stone Cert:Reni Username: One Little Jay Awakening RP: Rorick felt sick after speaking to his sister. What kind of father would he be? Would he leave his child to be neglected? Would he love them from the moment he saw them? There was only one way to find out. He reached his hand out, "come out Reni."

Stone Cert: [X][X] Username: Obnoxious Obscurity Awakening RP: Aelius took a slow, deep breath in as he tried to ready himself. The idea that he was going to be a father was exciting and a little bit overwhelming. Even though he worked with kids on a daily basis, he was sure that things would come up that would challenge him. He really hoped he was up to it. He and Maret... Well, she seemed nice enough. Maybe they would end up being friends and making this new little makeshift group into some sort family. It was a nice thought.
He smiled and he reached out to each of the stones in turn. "Time to wake up and join us little ones."

Midna and Emrys were finally experiencing the moment they had been waiting for. The highschool sweet hearts had dreamed of their own family together, and in a mere matters of seconds, that dream would finally be realized.
Reaching out, each of the parents took one stone in to their arms, bring their darling children in to the world. Their hearts were racing, and their minds humming with excitement.
Zynas took a deep breath when he realized it was time for Lei's stone to be awakened. He wanted Lilium to do it herself, but she had refused thus far to be apart of the child's life. Being a caretaker wasn't in Zynas' best interest, nor did he have much of a want to do it, but he didn't want to leave the child as an orphan either. Perhaps he really was too soft, his sister and mother always told him so. However, he just couldn't imagine this child being so alone for the rest of its life. So he took a breath and walked forward, placing a hand on the stone for it to finally awaken.
Stone Cert: & Username: Cerl Temius & Ishtadaal Awakening RP: Caprice and Styx had met at one of the mixers. They were each of them lonely, in their own ways, so when the organizers recommended they try each others' company, they were well matched. Now, two stones later, the day had come to awaken their new children. Styx hadn't wanted to touch the stones, afraid that something might go wrong. So it was that Caprice took the ruby pair of stones in hand to perform the awakening ritual.
"You shall be named Ebene," he declared, holding up the first stone. "And you shall be Ivoire." Styx had given the names, her contribution to this moment of flowering life. He set the stones on the altar, the bassinets ready and waiting for their new infants, and gave Styx a reassuring smile. Everything will be fine, the expression said, but inside, Caprice was praying fervently for the Nine to watch over his new charges.

Her stone was next. There was a ripple sent out from the caster, or perhaps their parent. Was this what it meant to be sentient? To have life. Their awareness was sharp, almost jarring and disorienting. There was suddenly a smearing of colours, a whirring of sounds that made her whail as she took in her first few breaths. Someone had touched her stone. Someone had brought her in to this world, and soon Taryn would live. She would live and experience all the world of Below had to offer to her ...
Life. Was it a comforting thing? Something worth the experience? Only time would tell.

They weren't sure what made them do it, and they could indeed keep this stone in this state, but then again, Pepper wanted to see the child for themselves. Maybe even be a part of their life, But at the same time, Pepper knew that they were a wondering spirit and went on any whim they had. "Poppy... What do you have in store for the world?" Pepper gently stroked their claws over the stone and waited.
