Hearing Claire's warning, Ethiriel had leaned away in an attempt to escape, but her shoulder was hit and met with a laugh. "And you!" she cried out, rolling up some snow and tossing it pathetically at the woman, hitting her right in the chest with hardly any force.

In the commotion that followed, she couldn't quite tell who was who, but threw a snowball anyway hoping that she hit the right person.
She didn't, of course, and poor Ian got hit instead of the other team.

This time she made sure to wait for a clear shot, packed the snowball firmly, aimed well and threw. Of course, Mordekai turned at the last moment, so he got a shot to the back rather than the chest, but at least it was someone on the opposite team, right?

Another puff of snow hit Amity and she looked around to find the culprit, eyes eventually landing on Mordekai. Scooping up a haphazard pile of snow and packing it together she leaned back and heaved it with both arms, the snow bomb making an appreciable impact. "Haha!"

Feeling like she'd finally found a good strategy Amity went ahead and made another snow bomb, this time chucking it at Ronan - and he went down in a heap, the bomb hitting harder than she thought it would. She flew over. "I'm sorry! Are you okay?"

Seeing the dogs nearby Kris decided to join in on the fun, lightly throwing one of the snowballs their way. She'd already had rotten luck with friendly fire so far, it was better not to tempt things.

Taking a page from Amity's playbook Ronan got up and made his own snow bomb, throwing it at Cesc. It didn't fly as gracefully, but okay, ow, that certainly made an impact.

Winging away from Ronan before she became a target again Amity went ahead and threw a more normal sized snowball at Ethiriel. No need to repeat the experience with the previous snow bomb.

Hit by the gray haired Raevan, Ethiriel's attention immediately turned toward the bat with a smile. She'd never met her, as far as the silver Frei could tell (she was far away and even in the crisp snow, there were too many scents to discern), but this just made Ethiriel feel more playful.
Making a large wad of snow, the Frei threw much harder than she intended, pounding Amity right in the shoulder.
I'm sorry!" she called after, holding a hand to her lips.
