And there went that rogue wandering Whismur again. That thing must be getting some miles on its feet. Maybe it did indeed have a purpose. Or it was more clueless than a Slowpoke, it might be a coin flip.

As Sub got up off the ground and dusted himself off he was greeted with a nice wet tongue bath as a wild Lickitung had appeared out of nowhere. The lick caused Sub to shiver and his body to them momentarily freeze up. That's when Poe came in and jumped on the Lickitung's chest, proceeding to claw away at its face, causing the Normal type to cry out and pain and flee after Poe had let go.

"Don't tell anyone about that..." Sub moaned as he began to stretch his limbs out, checking to see if they were working right again.

And there was a Geodude. Charming. NEXT!

Before long, Isaac came upon a cliff edge within the cavern. peering over the ledge, his eyes widened. at the bottom of the cliff face was a large Druddigon sniffing around for presumably its next meal. quietly sliding back at the top of the cliff, so that he was out of eye shot from the large dragon, Isaac took several of minutes to think of a plan, longer than normal as he was more than slightly nervous taking on such a fierce Pokemon. After a moment, he grabbed his backpack, and sifted about within it, retrieving the sandwich he planned to have for lunch. Desperate times and all, he quietly pitched it as far as he could over the cliff.

The bait worked, and upon splattering on the floor of the cave, the Druddigon stalked over and began to investigate. The distraction was just what Isaac was hoping for, as the dragon's back was now turned. Withdrawing a Pokeball, Isaac opened it in his hand, his Magnemite emerging.

"Okay," Isaac whispered to the steel Pokemon, "This one's gonna be difficult. Lead in with a Magnet Bomb, and then when its distracted follow up with.." He never got to finish his plan, as the effects of the shadow infection had made Ferrus very impatient. Flashes of silvery energy streaked across the cavernous alcove, before exploding an a glorious series of explosions around the unsuspecting Druddigon. Worryingly, even through the sounds of the blasts a angry echoing roar could be clearly heard.

"Bloody hell," Isaac cursed as the angry dragon began to charge forth from the billowing smoke. "Flash Cannon!" he yelled, and Ferrus complied, firing blast after blast of energy beams at the advancing dragon. For all the damage that Magnemite was inflicting, the Druddigon seemed unconcered as if its rage blocked pain from its mind. A loud growl alerted Isaac to danger moments before a dark purple flame of Dragon Rage burst forth. Grabbing his Pokemon, Isaac lunged for cover, diving out of the way moments before the front edge of the cliff was engulfed in flame.

Rather suddenly, the large dragon swooped forward on its wings, diving for a startled Isaac. Rolling to the side to dodge Slashing claws, Isaac barely escaped injury, his unfortunate backpack torn to shreds.

This was far too close for comfort. Desperation rang through his voice as he called out to his Magnemite, "Mirror Shot!" Covering his eyes with his arm, he could still see the outline of the bright flash of energy, and the following roar of anger. Uncovering his eyes, Isaac cried out again to Ferrus, "Thunder Wave!" Despite being less effective, the surge of electricity still managed to slow the dragon's retaliatory charge of Revenge just long enough for Isaac to dive to the side yet again, as the Druddigon crashed headlong into a rocky outcropping.

Taking advantage of the moment, Isaac grabbed one of the Great Balls that had spilled from his torn backpack, and hurled it towards the raging dragon.

"Serena. Let's give this one a gold star for trying." Kaya suggested to his partner as the sound of hissing caught his ears. It didn't last long, though. The Seviper jumped into view with it's tail glowing a toxic purple, coated in poison. Serena jumped back before she charged the snake headlong, slamming a shadowy golden star into it's mouth with Swift as it hissed once again.

That didn't end the snake, however. It's Poison Tail still hit, though it had been reduced in toxicity enough that it didn't poison the Fairy-type. It did hurt quite a lot, though. "Ooh. There's another gold star for effort." Kaya commented, though his partner ignored him this time. That hurt. The Sylveon decided that this noodle with teeth needed to pay retribution. Her body took one a dark, shadowy aura as she rushed Seviper, slamming into it hard and pouring that shadow energy into it with Shadow Break. This time the serpent stayed down.

~Wow....That was terrifying. I really hope she'll break out of this soon.~ Kaya thought to himself as he began to follow Serena's lead.

Grabbing a Stunfisk off the wall, Reno would throw the Pokemon like a frisbee towards the Bagon, watching as the tiny dragon chased after the improvised toy. Well, that was one way to do things.

Oh look another Woobat. Glad to see this sensation he had was actually leading him on a path or was it punking him? He wasn't putting past psychic power to do this.
