Areya Stormbringer -randomfreakygothgirl- Thanks! I'm quite proud of her 4laugh I'm friends with Duke of Lalune and he told me about it not too long ago. o: And since I've been desperately trying to find somewhere to RP, I decided to give it a shot c: He is one of my friends too and a pretty cool guy. Gonna have to show him some love for recruiting.
I hope you find something that you like, or even start one of your own if you wish.
It's actually kind of interesting because I recognized your name from a list I had for recruiting. Only you didn't accept invites so it didn't go through. I'm glad Duke of Lalune was our go between and you found your way here. aah that's pretty cool biggrin o: Oh wow, how'd I end up on such a list? Areya Stormbringer CapnYoshii Hello, guild! I'll mostly be posting from my tablet while I'm active here so don't expect any fancy or extra long posts. Hello and welcome to the guild. You don't have to do anything fancy if you don't want to. A lot of it will depend on any of the RPs you might be in though and what the TM requires. Or start your own and set your own standards. What kind of RP's do you like? mostly fantasy/adventure, but I have done slice of life a lot as well. I tend to stay away from fandoms but there are a couple I may end up trying

CapnYoshii mostly fantasy/adventure, but I have done slice of life a lot as well. I tend to stay away from fandoms but there are a couple I may end up trying I tend to stay away from fandoms myself because it's hard to play canon characters or characters that are designed to fit into a specific genre. I am thinking that once I get a whole lot better at this though, there may be one I try. Have you taken a look at any of the RP's going on here. I know there isn't much right now since we are still pretty new, but if something peaks your interest don't be shy. The only RP I am currently doing is my own "Around the Stormbringer Estate" but I am thinking that I would like to find a 1X1 to do while waiting for people to post.

It's frustrating having to carry the plot by yourself. I agree with that. I think it is vitally important to have OOC discussions and be friends with people too. Being able to brainstorm how you want something to go with you partners can make it last so much longer and be much more interesting. Speaking of which sorry I took so long in replying I was discussing something for the RP and getting some ideas together.

Have you been using premade characters then or just not really role playing in years. You don't necessarily have to make a brand new character for the estate if you have one you have been playing and want to use that as an intro.

Walk-ins are fun. I like the fact that you can just starting playing and over time reveal who you are instead of having to set up so much and put a lot of work into a character. I think all the different types of RPs have the plus sides and negative sides.
