Given the time the first thing I would do would be to integrate the CSS on our responsive header, and a lot of our pages can then adjust in size properly. Boy, we have a lot of our plate. sweatdrop

January 28th, 2020: Lanzer Castiel Lover Game APPCan you PLEASE give us a way to log in to save our progress on Lake Kindred Origins (the phone app)? I need to upgrade to a new phone but don't want to lose all my progress. Even if it's just syncing with the ios's game center for iphones. Or logging in with our gaia account. Let me look into how that can be added to the game. We can manually move your save game data if the feature is not yet ready. Just PM me with your detail. Lanzer Sumi of the Bulls I had asked a while back and never gotten a response or seen an update... Is there any possibility of seeing the GC bonus applied to purchases made through the app? I rarely have my card on me, and the easiest way to charge GC is through the app but I don't want to miss out on the large bonuses that I would get if I would go through the site. Yes there should be better bonuses on GC purchases in mobile platforms. I think the tricky part is that Apple and Google takes 30% of the payment as fee as opposed to Paypal's 3%, so the bonus probably cannot be identical.

February 4th, 2020: Lanzer Susuu FeaturesDo you know about the Go Gaia app being broken? The Go Gaia app on my phone gets stuck on loading the catwalk. It also doesn't show my platinum or my gaia cash. I tried exiting the app and uninstalling it. It didn't help I'm also not the only one having this issue with the app. Do you know about these problems? and if so I hope you will fix this soon. Please let us know which phone you are using, and what is the version of your operating system whether it's IOS or Android, then we'll setup some test on a platform similar to yours and see what might be causing issues. I'm an avid user of it and have been experiencing a problem where you can't access the Catwalk as well as not being able to see your plat and gcash amount. This hasn't happened before until just a few days ago. I currently use the app on my android galaxy s8 phone if that helps! It would also be nice to see if other elements are added into the app like accessing the marketplace on there as well. I feel like details like that would give the app some great potential. Sorry we had been busy with the Valentine's day event and didn't notice the outage, we will work on fixing it tonight. Lanzer Canicuss Go Gaia AppCatwalk is not working in the Go Gaia app, has it been disabled or is it broken? We'll be fixing it ASAP. Sorry.

I have ads disabled with my cash purchasing. Usually they appear at the bottom of the page, in one instance a while back it floated above the quick links footer bar. We recently added a new ad provider but there was a problem with it staying hidden. The bug should be fixed now.

I'd also like to play Booty Grab in my phone and tablet too. It is not up to me, but the technical requirements are a nightmare for the aquarium. Lanzer As Codemonkey said, the main issue is that flash is a very good at handling things like animation, while converting things like the swimming behaviors into HTML5 would be a tremendous amount of work for the number of fishes we have. codemonkey37179 Phony Smile ItemsWill Astra items be fixed to view on mobile? While I would love that, I have to say some of the items are technically convertible but others are not. They took advantage of in build flash features that just don't exist on mobile. Lanzer Unfortunately no. Mobile browsers are a lot more strict in stopping flash from working. We don't have control over this unfortunately.

I say this because there are probably many Gaia users like myself who can't use the app because of the glitches and lack of basic features. I feel like the best way to enlarge the userbase is through retaining the current userbase, while of course drawing new people in. But this is a very difficult task when the app is nearly impossible to use and the forums glitch up when posting! I just want it to have the basic features that make for a great app for new and old users alike. We understand your concern over the lack of the private messaging feature on the mobile app. It's an important feature especially for mobile. We recently added more resource to focus on the mobile app and will be working on PM in the near future.
