Question: With Live Streaming and the selling of exclusives in the stream; will these items be available for the rest of us to purchase in the Cash Shop at a later date, or will they only be available during the live stream in which some members of your userbase may be busy with life (work, school, sleep, family)?
EDIT: This is just referring to new items, not bundles of previously released items or special 'tied to the events in the stream' items.
Those items are likely to be Pop Square exclusives (unless stated otherwise, i.e. Slimy Intentions). As the stream is still in beta, we currently only have it open to those who have supported/funded the site for now, but we plan to have it open to all the users in the future—and all the items in Pop Square, have a chance to make a comeback as well.

Have Angel subscriptions been fixed? Is it safe to subscribe again without risking something bad happening?
Based on user reports and our own internal research we believe that we have addressed a lot of the major bugs that were causing a majority of the issues with Angel Subscription. There are still some other, smaller, bugs that we have with the system but it seems pretty safe right now. Though we are still holding off any official promotion until we address some of the other bugs.

How long are subscriptions going to be broken? I cancled back in August and now when I try to subscribe again, it keeps telling me I cannot subscribe because I am already subscribed. Tiered rewards also count me as still subscribed, each one starting me off counting 500 gc purchased. I have not looked to see if I still get the 5% bonus gc, I do still get captchas. I have not been receiving angel items.
I do not get gaia cash reloded, and I was using a prepaid debit card.
Please go ahead and file a billing ticket at our Help Center, we believe this issue should be fixed but we might have to make some adjustments with your account.

Why are these only available for gc purchasers?
As the stream is still in it's early stages, it has only had the ability to hold 50-200~ people in it at a time. When the stream started it was just SCAS and staff (and even then the page was struggling to hold everyone), then the pool opened up to recent funders, then 3 months, 6 months, this year, etc. In these early stages, we're just opening it up to a small audience to see the limitations and just to say thank you for your support. This is a product that, once ready, can be pushed out to all Gaians!

I understand trying to keep it a bit secret, but... can we please even get a hint of the Black Friday Sale schedule? If anything, just knowing general things (like at this time, we'll see a ticket, a bundle, and an LQI, then at another we see a couple of LQRs, etc.) could at least start to give us some time to plan. On the Ticket sales (limited quantities one, especially the Rainbow Parcel Ticket), it goes on sale at 1-3am my time, by the time I wake up 6-7am, it was already out stock. Would it be possible to hold the tickets sale 2 times a day to give users outside America a chance? E.g. 5 of Parcel tickets available at 1am then another 5 at 1pm possibly?

Spinami is great, but there are a few things that need to be addressed.
One, the spinami page is cropped so much we can't see the whole wheel.
And two, I've seen an item go from 40b to 1b in one day. There needs to be a system that keeps items that have depreciated to 1b or lower out of spinami for good. Can something be done about the huge depreciation?
Perhaps adding some large-pool-rigs to the wheel would help keep so many of the same items dropping in just one day?
It's a new features that also has new items introduced, hopefully we'll have the rarity aspects managed in a bit.

Last week lanzer said that we'd return to the ticket schedule soon. However, there wasn't one this week either. Can you really not let us know what tickets will be in the shop and when? I can't always be on gaia and I'm scared that I'll miss the ticket that I've saved $400 for in gcash. These are big purchases and it doesn't make me feel good to spend so much on the site when no one can be transparent about them.
We're trying something else for the time being, but mostly it's event season and we're making sure things are set for that! Tickets aren't going anywhere, just taking a small breather today.
What's the point in subscribing when there are constant sales for bonus cash?
There are many other benefits to subscribing besides the Gaia Cash that you get when you make your initial purchase for the month. You get an extra bonus on any other future Gaia Cash purchases you make so long as you have a subscription, so while others may get a 150% bonus, you'll get a 160% bonus (if you're on the $20 level) on your purchases. You'll also get access to Cloud 9 and a Sealed Angel Item each month.

Hey there! There are alot of user recolor items that are ridiculously expensive, and I know the rules state that the recolored items can be released in the CS at any time.
I was wondering if we can make a new sticky forum or something to suggest items for re-release in the CS?
The only one we have so far is for Rococo, and many of my item suggestions don't go through because they are user-made items. I know that many people want certain ones, for example Bats a Lash, etc.
I think this would be a great idea to implement and would help out many users 3nodding

Hello! I was just wondering how bonus cash sales of 160% and rising are doing well for Gaia, when a few years ago when we had extreme cash discounts it was seen as really bad?
The sales team did determine that it was okay to give out more bonus cash, and I think that does help with keeping marketplace prices lower with more item availability. It's something I need to spend more time looking into.
Features: Spinami Were there any bugfixes to Spinami yesterday? There were reports of oddities that did not match the current mismatched image/loot bug [still present after the Mar 29th fix], and has not been enough data yet since then to determine if the mismatched image/loot bug is still present, or posts implying any changes were applied.
Below is a compilation of information on the mismatched image/loot bug:
On Mar 29th was a bug fix for the wheel, unfortunatly while it may have fixed a bug [maybe updates at midnight not 12:02?], we've still had the wrong loot showing/giving bug show up since then [Mar 31, Apr 1. Apr 2 seems to have a different bug?]
While I do not know anything of how the wheel is actually programmed, the issue that has been seen in the gcash roll version is consistently the same issue [through Apr 1, Apr 2 seems to have some other potential oddities]. The first item won is correct but the second and third items don't match the image, however if the wheel were transposed to the second, or third, instance of the initial item being in the blue selector it's a perfect match. This bug is highly consequential due to when the image show inner wheel spin in one of the selectors but does not occur.
Here is a section of the wheel from the 3/28/18 instance that we have 3 gcash reports on to illustrate the issue. All three images showed a picture with the A items in the selectors but the items won box was B set [two reports] and C set [one report]:

Fortunatly the current item positions of the Narwheel does not allow for this duplicate/triplicate bug to even be a possibility [the only arrow is on an item that has no duplicate, but will that remain true in future iterations?], but I presume the same bug may be present in that code as well. The bug was never cited when Spinami first came out, likely due to never having duplicates within the same strata. The January update introduced duplicates in the same strata and March update introduced triplicates in the same strata.
Sorry for the problems that this Spinami bug had caused. I'm currently working on a tool that will allow Gaians to refund any spins that didn't display right. Will have a staff notice as soon as it's ready.
The actual bug fix was released yesterday at 5pm, PST. I'll be keeping an eye out to confirm that it's working correctly. Please let me know if there are any more errors moving forward.

Right now average daily GC bonuses are between 150 - 160%, but purchasing an Angel Sub only grants 100% bonus cash. This feels like I'm wasting money subscribing, which is awful! emo Would it be possible to either raise the Angel subscription purchase bonus to match the current sales, or conversely, to lower GC bonus sales so they never surpass 100%?
Basically, it'd be great if I didn't feel regret for keeping my angel sub.
I've seen the feedback about this and I'm curious about something. To preface, I'm not saying the feedback isn't valid, but to those with Angel Subscriptions (or those trying to figure out if they want to start an Angel Subscription), while the initial purchase each month currently gives out less of a bonus than the bonuses being ran, do you not feel there is value in the extra bonus you get on top of any additional purchases you make (i.e., the 5, 10, 20, and 40% bonuses)? Or are you looking at just buying the Angel Subscription for the initial GC bonus and free Angel Item?

I guess for me, as a gold wing member, renewing my angel sub counts as my one GC purchase for the month. This helps me to stay in my personal budget. I don't often use the additional-purchase bonus.
Lately, though, I've been tempted to switch to a bronze membership and just purchase the remainder of my budget directly in order to get the most cash for my money. But that would require more steps on my part, and I'd lose some of the funding tier perks I've been enjoying, so I haven't yet made that switch.
