Nicholas smiled some hearing Kate say that she was in fact a fan of X-Men and that she loved the movies. His gaze was fixed on the television before them until she pointed out that he had something on his face. "What?" he asked, looking down at her hand as she peeled the string of cheese off his bottom lip. His cheeks flushed a little out of embarrassment, however he chuckled a little at her statement. "So I've been told." Nicholas repositioned his body on the couch so that his legs hung over the arm of the chair and the back of his head rested on her lap. His blue eyes twinkled as he looked up at her, his lips curving up into a dimple-revealing grin. "Can you play with my hair?" It was something that his wife used to do, and it always put him to sleep. Nick took another bite out of his pizza slice, chewing it slowly as he continued to watch the film.

"Huh?" Kate looked at him with a confused expression because she understood what he was doing,he repositioned his body on the couch so the back of his head rested onher lap and his legs hung over the couch. Kate stared at his blue beautiful eyes,wow..his eyes were beautiful! "Play with your hair?" Kate looked at him before chuckling softly,just like a little kid. It was adorable to see Nick like this,who knew he could be so adorable."Alright little baby." A smile appeared upon her face before she took her hand and brushed her fingers against Nick's hair,his hair was soft yet a little bit spiky. Her eyes stared at the tv screen as she played with Nick's hair with one hand and the other held the pizza that she ate.

He always loved it when women touched his hair, especially when Jamie used to do it. It felt nice. Made him sleepy. The more she continued, the sleepier he got. He realized he was falling asleep laying there so he turned on his stomach and put an arm around her back, slid up her shirt, and then placed a tender kiss against her flat stomach before closing his for the night. "Night," he murmured, letting a low sounding yawn escape his lips. Nick was out like a light within a matter of seconds, his full lips parted slightly as he breathed softly against her stomach.

Kate was being gently when she touched his hair,somehow it felt nice to touch his soft hair. She never played with someone's hair before,her eyes looked at the tv screen.Watching he moving until she could feel Nick's arm around her back,before she could say something he slid up her shirt and placed a tender kiss against her stomach. Her cheeks turned pink as she sat there."W-Wait..You're not going to fall asleep are you?" If Nick was going to sleep then she need to go back to her apartment,a soft sigh escaped from her mouth as she sat there. Her hand was still on his hair,moving her fingers gently. A gentle smile appeared upon her face when she noticed how adorable Nick looked,he looked innocent and cute. So maybe he does have a nice side of him? Kate turned her attention to the tv,she grabbed the remote and turned it off before she leaned her head against the couch. She knew that if she will get up she will wake Nick so she decided to sit for a while,in the end she just fell asleep like this.
In the morning the room became a lot brighter,Kate slept well though a bed was much comfortable than sleeping while sitting. Slowly she opened her eyes,confused when she noticed that she wasn't in her room. She rubbed her eyes after blinking a few times then looked around,Nick was still asleep.He looked so adorable! Kate then checked the time and noticed that she had to go to work! "Nick wake up.." She tried to shook him but he was asleep,in the end Kate decided to get up slowly without waking up Nick but then she accidently moved too much and Nick rolled off the couch and fell on the floor."Oh god.." Her eyes widened as she stared down at Nick who laid down on the ground,was he ok?

Nick woke up the following morning to his face smacking off the carpeted floor, letting out a wake up snort as he did so. He scratched the back of his head, his dark spiky hair a mess atop his head, and scrunched up his face. "Ow.." he mumbled, lifting his head a little to look around. Why was he on the floor? "What the s**t?" He let out, unaware that Kate was standing in front of him. Rubbing the sleep out of his eyes, Nicholas let out a low groan before his eyes eventually found Kate's bare feet. His gaze slowly made it's way up her long shapely legs to her torso, and where it eventually found her face. His nose hurt a little, but he smiled tiredly nonetheless. He couldn't open his eyes all the way just yet - a hot shower would help him with that. "You look beautiful in the morning," he said softly, resting his head on his fist as he lied there staring up at her. She really did. The light that beamed in through the blue transparent curtains hit her face perfectly, making her look almost heavenly.

Kate stared down at Nick who snorted after he hit the floor,her eyes widened as she covered her mouth with her hands. She had to be a lot more easily! Seriously,Kate could be very clumsy sometimes. She decided to stay quiet until Nick finally raised his head till their eyes met with each other,he looked so adorable even though he just woke up. Also his voice sounded different,it was deeper and sounded sexy as hell. Kate blushed when he said that she looked beautiful in the morning, he probably lied to her because Kate isn't very confident about her body or appearance but she does try her best to look beautiful."You probably hit your head hard." She said before crouching down,Kate helped Nick to get up before she stood up and looked down at Oscar who just woke up."Can I feed him before I will leave?" She asked,making an adorable puppy face."Pretty please?"

"No it was just my face that smacked off the floor.." he grumbled, giving it a little rub. Slowly, with the assistance of Kate, Nick stood upright pulling up his basketball shorts a little on his hips as he did so. "You are beautiful," he insisted. He was completely oblivious as to why she thought otherwise. Kate was the utter image of beauty - 'nuff said. In his eyes, she was prettier than his wife. And that was saying something. Hearing her question and then seeing her adorable puppy dog eyes made him smirk, his eyebrow lifting slightly as he put his hands on her waist and drew her closer to him. "Give me a morning kiss and I just might." He smiled thinly, his blue eyes looking right back into her own. Nick wanted that kiss and if he was persistent enough, he just might get it. Or so he thought.

Kate raised her head lightly to look up t Nick when he said that she's beautiful,this time he insisted. A small smile appeeared upon her face as she lowered her head down and brushed a strand of hair behind her ear."Thank you,Nick." Slowly she raised her face back up,noticing that Nick placed his hands on her waist and pulled her closer to her."A good morning kiss?" She asked surprised,even though he looked adorable he still had that attitude. Kate shook her head quickly."Sorry but your breath stinks." She answered with a smirk before pulling away,Kate picked up Oscar before walking to the kitchen. She opened the fridge and searched for milk.

Nicholas smiled his toothy smile for Kate, curling his hands around her back as he stood there. And then she stated that he had bad breath. He let go almost instantly and as she walked past, he brought a hand up to his mouth and breathed out through his mouth and sniffed it. He made a face in response, shaking his head a little. "Come on, it isn't that bad." He let out, walking quickly into the washroom where he grabbed his toothbrush and slathered his peppermint flavoured toothpaste onto it and stuck it into his mouth. He brushed his tongue and his teeth real good, ridding his mouth of the awful morning stench. He put on some cologne while he was at it as well, despite the fact that he would be showering later. Nick only wanted to smell decent for Kate. As she was getting Oscar's food, Nick came up from behind her and did a little hop towards her, landing just behind her with his feet together and his hands on the counter. "Can I have a kiss now?" He questioned again, resting his stubbled chin on the part of her shoulder where it just met with her neck.

Kate glanced at Nick to see how he walked into the washroom,smirking happily because she could get rid of him so easily.But seriously,even her mouth didn't have a good breath...She also needed to wash her mouth. After she found the milk,she spilled it into a small bowl then warmed it in the microwave for fifty seconds then took it out and placed it on the counter. Kate was about to feed Oscar with her pinky but Nick appeared, he stood behind her with his hands on the counter and his chin rested on her shoulder."You never give up do you?" She asked,raising an eyebrow before she started to feed Oscar carefully.

"Nope." Nicholas frowned grimly at her response, feeling disgruntled at her constant rejection. He watched her feed Oscar for a moment before a smirk slid across his lips as he cocked his head and looked at her profile, his cheek resting on her shoulder now. "What if I perhaps.. seduced you?" He asked, pressing his lips lightly against the spot just behind her ear, working his way down to the curve of her neck like did they day before. His right arm instinctively curled itself around her waist, the other remaining leaned against the countertop.

Kate bit her lower lip when Nick said he wasn't going to give up,how can she kiss him like that? After all Nick doesn't have feelings for her,he just wants to get into her pants,like he does to every other woman. Before she could even ask what he was going to do,she could feel his lips just behind her ears.Slowly he made his way down to the curve of her neck as his arm curled around her waist. Kate couldn't help but blush,it actually felt pleasent though she can't admit it."Nick.." She called his name,moving her head slightly to the side to expose her neck to Nick. Kate even arched her back because it felt good,Nick totally knows how to seduce women."We can't.."In the end she finally said it,her face stared down at Oscar. She didn't want to show her face because her cheeks were too pink."I have to go now.." Kate said quickly before placing Oscar in Nick's arms.

Of course Kate was enjoying,the kisses felt so gentle and nice,both of them were excited.Even her heart started to beat fast,she was getting excited but there's no way she can do it with her boss.At least Nick let her go and even opened the door for her,how nice of him.Kate stepped out of the apartment then turned around to look up at Nick before shaking her head to the sides."Not going to happen Nick." She said with a smirk then walked to her apartment,Kate closed the door and leaned against it once she was in.What the hell just happened? Even though Nick is a total jerk she actually liked what he did,Kate let out a heavy sigh before she walked to the bathroom to take a shower and get ready to work.She prepared her something to eat and ate it before she wore a new clean outfit-short jeans,white tank top and a thin summer jacket.She also added a necklace before she wore white flat shoes.Once she was ready,Kate walked outside and got into her car,she drove towards the bar carefully.After a few minutes she parked the car and stepped out,grabbing her bag before she walked into the bar and placed her card in the machine.

"Not going to happen Nick," she said before exiting the apartment and walking straight into her own. Nick stood there for a moment, lips slightly pursed as he thought about that statement. "Okay," he said simply with a few nods of his head. Now, he was determined. Determined to not only kiss her, but to get in her pants by the end of the week. It was going to happen. Soon, he was dressed in a plain grey t-shirt and a pair of blue jeans and his black converse. He would change into his work shirt when he got there. Nicholas long-boarded to work, boarding straight into the restaurant right past Kate who was scanning her card through the machine, slapping her a** as he did so. Not too hard, but hard enough to get her attention. "Good morning, 6C." he called over his shoulder. Nicholas boarded around the tables and ollie'd over the short set of stairs that lead into the bar area, catching the board in mid air once he landed on his feet. "Sup, Ry-guy?"
Ryan was scrubbing down the counters at the moment, a huge grin plastered onto his lips. "Guess who got laid last night? This guy!" Nick's eyes widened in amazement at that statement as he raised his hand to give him a high-five. "Dude! That's awesome! How drunk was she?" He joked, not expecting him to answer honestly. But he did. "So drunk! We're talkin' missionary.. we're talkin' missionary... we're talkin'.. when I'm on top and she's on her back!" Ryan was counting off the positions on his fingers. Nick couldn't make fun of the kid; he was too proud of himself. "Damn!" He gave him another high five, his grin as broad and as content as Ryan's.
