UT lunged at one of the roses with her brush and quickly swiped a layer of red paint on it. FINALLY! She looked at the others her eyes narrowed and a grin blossoming on her face.

She moved in on another rose and quickly swiped the brush over it turning it red as well with a giggle. Too bad she'd had to destroy the others, but she apparently just had to show these roses who was boss.

With a last quick swipe of the brush she painted the last rose red and then smiled as the bush shook and dropped a chest. She opened it and pulled out a card with a grin before strolling off humming to herself happily.

Rocker blinked and wondered how in the hell he'd gotten himself roped into this. Oh, right. Those card dudes had dragged him into it and just left him there. So now he got to paint roses. It sounded interesting...if a little dumb. But this was Wonderland, so anything goes.

This seemed easy enough, as he painted his first rose. Well, more like slapping a bunch of paint on it and hoping it stuck. Painting implied precision, and he didn't really care enough to be precise with it.
He rolled his eyes at the comments from the roses. "My equipment's just fine, thanks," he said with a snort.

McCowboy returned to the gardens and found himself challenged to yet another task - to paint the white roses red. That felt like a task that was easy enough! He grabbed the paintbrush and approached one of the white roses in the tree -- but the rose came to life and tried to attack him!

Cautious this time, McCowboy once again attempted to paint a rose red, but once again the roses tried to attack him! When will they learn?
