It was watching, it was watching, and he didn't know what to do, except hold on.
As the human had fled so rudely, the big fat kitten started to listen to the yeowling and hissing behind his back. He stayed exactly where he'd been, tail swishing thoughtfully behind him until his tiny charge calmed down. His head turned to headbutt against hers just once, before padding off until he found a pile of kittens.
Very slowly, he walked over them, and like a mother bird, slowly sat on them all and smothered them.

America waggled her head against Taym's hand in protest as he tried to deny her Trust Fall abilities, letting out only a tiny, before she was secure in the pocket once more. The new kitten got a stare, distracting her from Kostya's peril, it was so, so fluffy. Her nose twitched. And it smelled nice!
America protested at Kostya's less than ideal rescue attitude. The kitten lectured the terrified rescuee from her pocket in upset little mows.

< H-hey! > Ripley let out an unhappy yowl as he was sat on, one that changed into a series of very pathetic mewls the more he tried to crawl out from under the large cat. At least, that had been his goal. Before he could get completely free he found the large cat's tail, and his pupils widened.
Claws went out and he batted at the tail, trying to catch it between his paws.

The light swatch continued to flicker, dodging this way and that, entrancing when the rest of the world was blurry shadow, and Jerkitty was hot in purrrsute. He wasn't watching where he was landing, giving vague, mewed, as he lunged from kitten to kitten before ramming face first into a massive hairy wall and the fluffy eggs under it.
Thankfully, kittens bounced.
The light flickered at Jan's distant manipulation, hovering now on an especially fluffy snake... with a feriocious mew, Jerkitty latched onto Ropurrt's tail.
Outside the lab buildings, several bloodied feathers drift down gently. They were soon followed by the body of the unfortunate bird. Several other such bodies litter the entrance. On the stonework above, a small figure looked down at its work with satisfaction.

Not really sure what had happened, Abbi only knew that A) There had been a kitten pile, of which had been quite nice and which Abbi had endeavored to rub her face against each kitten in said pile, specifically Ceres and Ripley B) A really big friend (That she didn't know) had been the best blanket ever And finally that C) The kitten pile was very confused. But above all that, she knew there was a tail and that it needed to be captured. Ripley! Kitty and Mysterious! Kitty were already on it, but the ginger kitten knew that to effectively get the tail, the source it all had to be apprehended as well. Which meant that with a very heroic mewl, Abbi! Kitty hopped atop what she would have known as Robert! Kitten and did a prancey little dance along his back. Also, she was top notch at songs, jsyk.
The giant tabby mother goose kitten found his tail to be the subject of much interest. He remained in his seated position, still motherly squishing whichever kittens hadn't escaped his nest yet, and his giant fluffy tail maneuvered very quickly, keeping just out of range of the tiny kittens behind him trying to capture it. It was the HARDEST OF TARGETS. He kept them occupied for as long as he could.
One of the kittens was climbing up on top of him, and he let out a low, warning meowl. That was not a safe place to be.
But he couldn't tell her that, because Robert kitten had enough trouble talking as a human - now he couldn't talk at all. So he just warning mewed.

"Right foot- err paw, left paw, back right foot, back left foot, right foot- dammit!" Leon yowled loudly as he took another tumble when his legs got all confused. but it did give him ample time to see a fellow cat person thing trying to squish the others under fluff.
and shiver at the thought of death by cat fur.

The Giant Tabby's tail twitched and moved just enough to create a consistently interesting target. The need to catch the moving, fluffy thing overrode any sense of logic he may have possessed as a human, leaving him nothing more than a wide-eyed, excited little kitten. Ripley pulled himself out from under the massive cat and crouched low, fluffy tail in the air, butt wiggling as he waited for the perfect time to strike.
Then he flopped over on his side, and started wildly batting at it.
< Damnit why is this so fun?! > The kitten mewled, batting away.
