Shira smiled at Atticus as he spoke before noticing his entire attitude change. "Atty..." she started but trailed off. She used her soul perception and right away knew what was wrong. She watched him leave and quickly got up. She looked at Ellise who looked back at her "What was that?" Ellise asked. Shira shook her head "Long story... I will be back in a few, I just need to get him." she said before running out, it seemed Ellise ran after her as well, curious as to what was going on ((Exit))

━━━━━━━━━━━━ Ellise stepped into the apartment "Hello? Shira? Atticus?" she called. It was silent. She sighed "So much for my questions..." she muttered. Talking to Shira about a meeting with this world's Lord Death would have to wait. She heard he was in better shape now but was still in medical care. Hopefully she would be able to sit down with him still. She headed towards the bathroom and decided to take a shower. After doing that she went to her room and changed into a tank top, jacket, and sweat pants which she used as pajamas. She felt exhausted for some reason. She always felt exhausted after using her abilities or being in one of her equip forms for too long. She laid down on her bed then and stared at the ceiling before drifting off. ━━━━━━━━━━━━
While Ellise was soundly asleep in her bed, a strange low pitch humming noise would be heard coming from the living room. After a few minutes, the noise soon, dissipated, being replaced by the sounds of what seemed to be boots or something like that, hitting the ground. The footsteps were quite noise as they wandered from the living room, to Shira and Atticus' bedroom, back to the living room and finally to the kitchen. ext the sound of the refrigerator door opening and closing, followed by the sound of pots and pans, came next. By now, it was clear that someone else had entered the apartment and with all of the commotion Ellise would have probably woken up by then, if not, then the alluring aroma of food would surely get her attention. While the person's identity remained unknown, a familiar soul wavelength could be felt. It was soothing, yet fierce and gave off an almost loving feel. There was only one person it could have been.
━━━━━━━━━━━━ Ellise continued sleeping despite the ruckus. The thing that did wake her was the smell of food. Her mouth began to water and she tiredly opened her eyes and sat up. She rubbed her eyes a little bit and smelled the air again. That definitely wasn't a dream. Someone was making food. She got out of her bed and peaked out of the door of her room. She shuffled to where the kitchen was then and saw Atticus "Oh! Welcome back, Atticus." she said with a small grin. ━━━━━━━━━━━━
As Ellise came into the kitchen, she would see a taller, older Atticus standing there with his mouth packed with food, while the stove behind him was set ablaze, with pots and pans, each one with some sort of dish cooking in it. Looking to see Ellise, Atticus gulped down the massive amount of food in his mouth and then smiled, "It's been a long time, Ellise." he stated, before taking a glass full of water and guzzling it down, washing the food down. Atticus noticed that Ellise was a little out of it, perhaps she was asleep. "Sorry, if all my ruckus woke you up. I was starving and needed something to eat." Atticus would say before walking over. Ellise would get a better look at him then, he had a strange scar on left side of his face, which was partially covered by the red sunglasses he was now wearing. "So, you seem to be doing well. I trust that everything's been smooth in my absence?"
━━━━━━━━━━━━ Ellise continued smiling slightly "Nope. It's fine. I needed to wake up anyway." she said before walking over "I'm am going to steal some food though as punishment for waking me up." she joked as she grabbed a plate and began looking at some of the food. When asked if things went smoothly Ellise shrugged "As smooth as things can be around here... your 'brother' has taken a liking to me though which is really interesting and odd." she said, referring to Despair. After grabbing some food, she sat down at the table and began eating. ━━━━━━━━━━━━
"By all means, help yourself. I was intending on having you, Shira and myself sit down to a good meal anyhow." he told Ellise as she came over and fixed herself something to eat. Atticus would also fix himself a big plate of food and sat down at the table, in the chair directly across from her. "Brother?" he asked, as his mind drew a blank for a few seconds, "Oh, you mean Despair? Yeah, he does tend to fall for women very easily, though, not may really catch his eyes, save for Shira at one point and now you." he explained while putting some food in his mouth. "As someone who has spent almost his whole life with him, I feel I should advise you to keep an eye on him. He can be very sneaky and manipulative, especially when a beautiful girl such as yourself, is involved."
━━━━━━━━━━━━ Ellise listened to Atticus as she ate before speaking "Yeah... I kind of guessed that... kind of ticks me off when there are manipulative guys like that." she started "He should move on from me then. I don't have time for personal romance like that." she said before eating some more.She was silent for a bit longer "Do you think that, when you find the person you are destined to be with, in any universe you are meant to be with that person then?" she asked with a curious expression. ━━━━━━━━━━━━
Atticus continued to eat, while listening to Ellise, once she was done, he took a sip of water from a glass, "Well, don't get me wrong. Despair can be down right psychotic at times, but despite all that, I trust him with my life and those of my friends, more than I trust anyone else, and that is saying a lot." Atticus and Despair have a deep bond, somewhat like he has with Vincent and Mirai, but maybe a little deeper, as Despair was his first true family in this world. Hearing her question, Atticus sat back in his chair thought it over. "Well, that is hard to say. I mean before Shira, there was another woman who stole my heart. I thought we were destined to be together, but sadly that was not the case. However, in my path of darkness, I found Shira and now I am madly in love with her." Atticus went quiet for a few seconds, "Hm, if you believe that you are destined to be with that person and he or she feels the same way. I would say go for it and if it is meant to be then it is meant to be, but if it turns out that what you had wasn't really real, then you should end it before it reaches a point of no return. There will always be others. I truly believe that there is one person out there for everyone, all you have to do is look."
━━━━━━━━━━━━ Ellise blinked as she listened to Atticus she glanced at her food then "Got it... I was just thinking since your guys' me and Reaver are together, I thought that mean myself and Reaver were compatible..." she said as she glanced to the side. She honestly couldn't see those two ever having a good relationship especially since they were on opposite sides. "Anyway... forget it... as I said I don't have time for that stuff." she said as she went back to eating. ━━━━━━━━━━━━
Atticus would smile as he heard Ellise state, once more, that she doesn't have time for any romance, which made him laugh, as the more she denied it, the more she seemed to have longed for it. "Don't take this as me being rude or anything, but you come off as the serious, goal-oriented type of person. You think about your mission first and personal things second. Everything about you, seem dedicated to your mission, you don't seem like you are truly enjoying yourself." he stated as he sat up straight, "I see why Despair has taken a liking to you. You are everything that he isn't. He rarely takes things serious and is always up to no good, he is just like a child, while you are more of an adult rather than a teenage girl. You two seem to compliment each other very nicely. Almost as if you two were meant to meet one another." Atticus would tease before stuffing his face again.
━━━━━━━━━━━━ Ellise almost choked on her food when Atticus teased her about her and Despair "No thanks..." she said once she managed to get a grip. "Last time I actually had fun and put that first instead of my job, my friend got killed." she said. ━━━━━━━━━━━━

Krieg pulls up in front of Shira's apartment and turns the bike off. He steps off and says "Guess this is your place." He puts his hoodie up and has soul protect up. "Wont be saying much cuz I don't want your guest and whoever you live with suspecting me as kishin."
Shira stepped off the bike "It's fine... You aren't the first kishin ally we have had." she said as she walked in to the apartment complex. While Ellise and Atticus were talking, the door opened and Shira stepped in "I'm home Ellise." she called, from how it smelled she had started to cook something. She didn't even know Ellise knew how to cook. Her soul perception wasn't active so she couldn't tell who else was there until she walked over. She froze when she saw Atticus before a huge grin appeared on her face. She quickly ran over and gave him a hug despite him sitting and eating "Welcome back!" she said.
