Love-Mii-Not I feel that your Blitzsturm ability is slightly over powered for the true weapon form. I believe giving it a smaller AOE (area of effect) would be best. After that I will approve and hand over your Technique levels. I have changed the range of the technique. I also looked over the rank list and seen that they listed a possibility of 11 stats; 5 master, 5 expert, and 1 advance, yet there is only 10 stats listed so I added swordsmanship. this would put me at 11 which would be the amount mentioned in the restrictions.

This isn't a huge problem but I feel as if "Hidden Personality: As mentioned above, within Atlas is a sociopath and cold-blooded killer. He feels no remorse for his actions and if the need should arise he will easily and without any sort of hesitation, strike down a comrade or "friend"." is not a weakness but a character flaw. I mean being slightly crazy doesn't make you weak... just deviant. Again not a huge problem. Other than that everything seems to be in order. Approved.

If this is the case since I have yet to post but I am already Stern Ritter B, can I do the 70 posts all at once and just time skip like I was away for awhile training. Either way it is not a big deal, I will train however it is required. One last question, what is it that might change with the Quincy?

When I started making a Fullbringer I was overwhelmed and excited with the limitless possibilities for powers. I started searching for a character and found this guy in shark P.J's. SOLD!!

Okay, What I suggest is stating just how much stronger he gets. like staying a slight strength increase allowing him to break rocks or such. Just so we get an idea of how strong he becomes. after that Approved. Do you know the anime he is from LOL, it's like border-line yaoi but it's suggested.
