Shinigami "We are soul cleansers..."
___History: Shinigami (死神, "death god(s)"; Viz "Soul Reaper(s)") are guardians of the souls who are going through the circle of transmigration. Namely, they are "balancers." They exterminate Hollows who did evil in the World of the living; they ensure the safe crossing of souls - the Pluses who have lost their way after death - by giving them a soul funeral.
Shinigami are unearthly beings living in a world ruled by a different logic than the World of the Living. They possess high Reiryoku and a body of Reishi. They are invisible to those without spiritual powers.
When souls with exceptional spiritual energy train their bodies, they reach the level of Shinigami. The most talented of them become affiliated with various organizations like the Gotei 13 and the Onmitsukidō. Sometimes, a Shinigami is born among the residents of the Rukongai, and in some rare cases from Seireitei
___Traits: Shinigami have a number of traits to look for:
• Shihakusho: The black kimono worn by Shinigami. It is customary to wear a white undergarment underneath. Some wear bright colored scarves with it or shorten the sleeves. They commonly carry their Zanpakutō which is in most cases tied to their obi sash.
• Longevity: Shinigami do not visibly age at the same rate as Humans and tend to maintain a youthful appearance for centuries. Shinigami can live for much longer than Humans, with some Shinigami, such as Retsu Unohana, being over two hundred years old and Genryūsai Shigekuni Yamamoto being at least 2,100 years old.
• Enhanced Durability: While Shinigami can be injured and "die" like regular Humans, it takes considerably greater injuries to kill a Shinigami than it would in Humans.Decapitation is the only guaranteed method of killing a Shinigami.
• Reiryoku: Shinigami naturally possess high levels of Spiritual Power, which varies greatly in magnitude with the strength of a Shinigami. The more power a Shinigami has, the sharper their movements will be. A consequence of having Spiritual Power is that unlike powerless spirits, Shinigami need to eat.
• Zanpakutō: A Shinigami weapon, its shape is typically similar to a Japanese katana. Low ranking officers are issued an Asauchi sword, but high-ranking officers arm themselves with unique swords generated from their own souls. A Zanpakutō is a physical manifestation of this force concentrated into a blade. All Shinigami have a Zanpakutō, but not all of them carry one with them. Its shape differs depending on its owner.
___Shikai & Bankai: Shikai (始解, Initial Release) is the second form (or first "upgraded" form) available to a Zanpakutō. To activate it, the Shinigami needs to learn the name of their Zanpakutō. This is not as easy as simply picking a name, as the living spirit of the Zanpakutō already has its own name. Therefore, the Shinigami must be able to communicate and harmonize with their Zanpakutō effectively, which requires being able to speak to the spirit within its world. The blade changes shape and gains special abilities by chanting a Kaigo, release incantation. Using the special phrase (incantation) followed by the name of the Zanpakutō actives shikai. It is crucial to memorize each phrase, as every Zanpakutō has a different incantation.The commands vary between users and range from a simple imperative verb to a short poem. They often relate to the Zanpakutō's signature ability, or hint at the nature of its spirit. This step may be bypassed by expert Shinigami who have learned how to use their Bankai. Sometimes the Shinigami who didn't learn Bankai can release their Zanpakutō only by saying its name. Achievement of the Shikai is a mark of control of a Zanpakutō, and it appears to be a requirement for advancement within the Shinigami ranks, as presumably most seated officers are capable of Shikai. It is also required in order to achieve the rank of lieutenant; as it is a requirement most captains look for.
Bankai (卍解, Final Release) is the second and final upgraded form of a Zanpakutō. To achieve Bankai, one must be able to materialize and subjugate their Zanpakutō spirit. Materialization means the opposite of getting dragged into the Zanpakutō's inner world. Instead the wielder needs to summon the Zanpakutō's spirit into the physical world. It usually takes 10 years or more to achieve, plus the experience needed to master it. The power and forms of Shikai and Bankai are dependent on the Zanpakutō. They also vary according to the wielder's strength and training. But in general, one's power can grow 5 to 10 times greater. Only the strongest Shinigami can use it. It is also the ultimate technique of a Zanpakutō. Even the Four noble families, whose members are always exceptionally talented, have a member capable of Bankai only every few generations. Those who achieve Bankai always have remarkable roles in the history of Soul Society. Ichigo Kurosaki and Kisuke Urahara are the only known individuals that have mastered Bankai through a far shorter, yet much more dangerous method. Using a special device created by Urahara, which forcibly materializes a Zanpakutō spirit (thus bypassing a large portion of the training), they were able to attain their Bankai within three days instead of the normal hundreds of years. After successfully testing the device and achieving Bankai, Urahara stated that training by using this method for more than three consecutive days could prove to be fatal, which is why Ichigo was also forced to achieve his own Bankai within three days.

___About Kido Spells: Kidō (鬼道, "demon way" or "spirit way"; sometimes translated as Demon Arts; Viz "Soul Reaper's powers"; "Spells") is a form of Shinigami combat that is based on advanced spells that are produced with strong Reiryoku and fall into two categories: Hadō for direct attacks, and Bakudō for battle support. It is one of the techniques in the Zankensoki, the group of Shinigami primary combat skills. Kidō spells are triggered by an incantation. Experienced users can trigger them without an incantation, though the effectiveness of the spell will be diminished
Branches of Kido: • Bakudō (縛道, lit. "Way of Binding"): Supplementary spells that can immobilize an enemy or have an effect besides a direct strike. They may seem subtle, but these spells can give their users a tactical advantage when used properly. These are a broad category of defensive spells which block/repel attacks or freezes enemies in place. This class of spells include Kidō Barriers & Seals.
• Hadō (破道, lit. "Way of Destruction"): Offensive spells that inflict direct damage to the enemy. Their effectiveness differs depending on the user. It is said that the effectiveness of the higher-ranked spells are beyond imagination
• Healing spells: These spells do not have known names, numbers, or incantations to cast, and simply heal the target. As the user holds his/her hands above the patient's wounds, his/her palms glow with green spiritual energy to facilitate healing. When one heals with regular healing kidō, they perform Reiatsu restoration first. By doing so, one can attempt to recover the physical body using the patients restored reiatsu and the healers external reiatsu. Therefore restoring the reiatsu when the physical body is in a fully healed state is no trouble at all

___History: An Arrancar (破面 (アランカル), arankaru; Spanish for "To Tear Off", Japanese for "Ripped Mask") is a Hollow that has removed its mask and has gained Shinigami-like powers
Arrancar are again a group of Hollows that gained similar powers to that of a Shinigami by removing their masks. The individuals that Aizen turned into Arrancars using the Hōgyoku possess powers way beyond that of previous Arrancars. Especially powerful Arrancars were assigned ten numbers by Sōsuke Aizen and came to be known as the Espada, however though Aizen is gone, this ranking still goes on.
Arrancar are the result of Hollows removing their masks. However, an average Hollow removing their mask would not be a problem for the Gotei 13: to hold their own against the Gotei 13 the ones removing their masks would need to be Menos or stronger. The Generic term for an Arrancar is Shinigami-Hollow Hybrid.
The number that the Arrancar (with numbers 11 and below) have are not the order of their strength, but rather the order of their birth. First, they are reborn from Hollows into Arrancar. Then, according to the order in which they are born, they were assigned a number, starting with eleven.
___Traits: Arrancar, Hollows, and Shinigami differ yet relate in several ways:
• Humanoid Form: A Menos usually takes on a Human shape when it becomes an Arrancar. The only ones that will definitely get a 100% Humanoid form are Vasto Lorde-class Menos. For the remaining two levels, there are many who don't get a completely Humanoid form, despite becoming Arrancar. Therefore, the closer one looks to a Hollow, the lower its power of reasoning. All Arrancar retain a hole in them somewhere as well as fragments of their Hollow form (in the shape of portrusions and partial masks). Some Arrancar have claimed that they gave up their Human forms in order to obtain enormous power. While some Arrancar (e.g. Nnoitra Gilga and Tier Harribel) prefer to conceal the remnants of their past, others choose to hide their faces completely to escape unwanted attention. Most also have a colored marking of some sort on their face, although some only gain these markings upon the release of their Zanpakutō (Ex: Nnoitra, Szayel Aporro, and Harribel). A few cases that include marks visible without the release of a Zanpakutō include Ulquiorra's tear marks, Sun-Sun's pink dots, the dashes under Grimmjow's eyes, the marking which runs across Nelliel's cheekbones and nose, and the marks on Yammy's cheek bones.
• Physiology: Uryū Ishida theorized Arrancar share not only the powers of Shinigami, but also their anatomy. During his battle with Cirucci Sanderwicci he aimed for the area where the Chain of Fate would be located, and upon striking it Cirucci immediately lost not only her release form and mask fragment, but seemingly all traces of her former power.
• Estigma: the pattern on an Arrancar's face. Potentially the remaining part of a mask. Unique to each individual. The pattern may appear when performing Resurrección for some Arrancars.
• Hole: one of the most distinctive characteristics of an Arrancar is the hole in their body. It is said to represent the lack of souls that is difficult to fill.
• Zanpakutō: The Arrancar seal the nuclei of their abilities within the form of a sword. It is entirely different from what Shinigami use. When they release their Zanpakutōs' seals they unleash their true power and their true form. The combat efficiency of an Arrancar with a released Zanpakutō is increased several times over. Therefore, an Arrancar's release of their Zanpakutō is merely a temporary restoration to their former selves, granting them any powers their Hollow form possesses. The act of release is called Resurrección (Spanish for "Resurrection"), which is activated with a command phrase followed by the name of the sword. An Espada's Resurrección is claimed to be different from that of a normal Arrancar.
• Uniform: Arrancar have a standard theme for their clothing. Their uniforms consist of a white jacket, black sash, white hakama, black tabi and white zōri that bear an opposing similarity to a Shinigami's zōri; in essence, the uniforms are basically inverted Shinigami uniforms. Arrancar uniforms display more variation than those worn by Shinigami however.
___Arrancar Numbers: • Espada (十刃, (エスパーダ), Esupāda; Spanish for "Sword", Japanese for "Ten Blades") are the top-ranked Arrancar in Sōsuke Aizen's army of Hollow-Shinigami hybrids, they are the most powerful Hollows. Those among the Arrancar that excel in killing power are chosen and favored according to their strength are assigned a number from 0 to 9, collectively referred to as the Espada, holding absolute power and authority over the Números. At any given time, the Espada have a nominal composition of ten members, all hand-picked and ranked by Aizen himself. Along with Aizen, Gin Ichimaru, and Kaname Tōsen, the Espada as a group possess comparable strength to Soul Society's Gotei 13 Shinigami captains. Each Espada member is chosen for their superior combat ability and then assigned a number from 0 to 9 (0 being the strongest), originally thought to be ranged from 1 to 10, that indicates their rank and relative power level, which is tattooed somewhere on their body.
• Privaron Espada (十刃落ち (プリバロン・エスパーダ), puribaron esupāda; Spanish for "Deprived Sword", Japanese for "Ten Fallen Blades"), who are former Espada that have officially lost their rank and are assigned a three-digit number. These former Espada who have officially lost their rank and are assigned a three-digit number. Being former Espada, they are far stronger than the normal Números. They reside in Tres Cifras, which translates literally from Spanish as "Three Digits". These are Arrancar that are seen as obsolete by the lord of Hueco Mundo and are no longer worthy of an Espada rank.
• Números (数字持ち(ヌメロス), numerosu; Spanish for "Numbers", Japanese for "Number Holders") are the combat specialists in Sōsuke Aizen's army of Arrancar. The Números are assigned a two digit number at birth from 11 to 99 to indicate their age (Número 11 is the oldest, Número 99 is the youngest). The basic Número uniform consists of a white-collared jacket and robes held with a black sash. However, the uniform is customizable, giving each Número a sense of individuality. The fighting ability of the Números is thought to be superior to all other Arrancar, except for the Espada (current and former). The strongest Números are chosen by the Espada to become their Fracción.
• Privaron Números (数字持ち(ヌメロス), numerosu; Spanish for "Deprived Numbers", Japanese for "Fallen Number Holders"). They are Números arrancar that have fallen in rank and are given a three digit number ( 111 - 199 ). They are weaker than the current Números that hold the double digit numbers. Despite this, they are still no less dangerous and are capable of fighting on even grounds with Officer and Seated Member shinigami with no issues. They reside in Tres Cifras with the Privaron Espada, which translates literally from Spanish as "Three Digits". These are Arrancar that are seen as obsolete by the lord of Hueco Mundo and are no longer worthy of a two-digit rank.
___Second Release: Only the top five [5] Espada ( 0 - 4 ) and the ruler will have a second release. This is due to the face that they are considered to be highly potent and powerful. Therefore there is a limit and arguing will not get you anywhere. Don't like this fact, than I would prefer that you leave the guild instead of creating a scene.
___Extra, Custom Techniques: As an extra, Arrancar are one of the races able to create Custom techniques. This is due to the fact that Shinigami and Virosed are open to a large amount of skills that an Arrancar do not have. However, there are limitations on how many you can learn based upon your rank. These Custom Techniques can be from Cero Variations, Bala Variations, & Minor Weapon Attacks ( non release ).

Visored "We were force to be this way..."
___History: Visored (ヴァイザード, vaizādo) pronounced in English as "VIGH-zurhd". Originally thought to be translated as Vizard (仮面の軍勢, kamen no gunzei; lit. masked army), is a group of Shinigami that have acquired Hollow powers.
Having begun as Shinigami, the Visored appear entirely Human and bar those times where they are using their powers are indistinguishable from ordinary Shinigami. To gain access to their Hollow powers, a Visored dons a Hollow mask. This allows them to augment their Shinigami abilities with Hollow powers, as well as giving them access to some of the more generic Hollow abilities. Their spiritual pressure likewise changes into a mix of Hollow and Shinigami. This process of donning one's Hollow mask is referred to as Hollowfication.
Visored have been shown to be former captain and lieutenant Shinigami. They are considered criminals by the Soul Society for committing the ultimate taboo of acquiring Hollow powers; their status as former leaders of Soul Society also marks them as traitors.
___Traits: Visored have a number of traits to look for:
• Uniform: Visored dress how they seek. They usually dress in Human World clothing of their own choice and tend not to care what others think. However some have returned to soul society and wear standard shinigami uniforms.
• Hollow Mask: The Hollow mask which covers the head. Unlike the masks of the Arrancars, the masks of the Visoreds are undamaged. The Visored remain in complete control while wearing their masks. According to information, the fusion of the two spiritual entities allows these Shinigami to reach power levels far surpassing that of either a Hollow or a Shinigami. The Visored use their Hollow powers to augment their existing Shinigami abilities, granting them massive increases in speed, stamina, and strength. The only known side effect in donning their Hollow masks is the specific time limit, which varies from user to user. Fortunately, there is a remedy to this problem: Training. Every time their masks are used, the Visored's voices echo as a consequence of both their normal voice and their inner Hollow's voice speaking simultaneously.

___Hollow Mask Limitations: Hollowfication, is when a Visored donning his or her mask. This in thus gives the individual the powers of both a Hollow and Shinigami for a limited amount of time. Thy can also do this only a certain number of times before they completely run out of energy. Below you will find what you can't use while using your hollow mask and your overall limitation of it.
Can I use Bankai with my mask?: Yes, you can. However, there is a sacrifice. When using your Hollow Mask during the stage of Bankai, your post duration is cut by half. Meaning if one can sustain their Hollow Mask for 20 posts, it will be further reduced to 10 posts in Bankai stage; this is because of the strenuous focus of the two spiritual feats. One being the balancing of the hollow, the other the zanpakuto spirit(s). The times one can use their hollow masks counts as 2 uses, than the usual 1 they are taking up per usage.
How do I train my mask?: Excellent question, seeing as this is the place where you get all that info on! At the very beginning of becoming a Visored, the rpc is to actually go through the full body experience of pain and agony due it being an infectious virus. If one were to have transformed from Shinigami into Visored, they are to immediately seek attention to another Visored. Specifically one of the higher ups, in order to receive the proper training to gain control over their inner hollow. [4th Captain up to Commander] After one has found a teacher, they must be pushed or knocked unconscious in order to commence the training method. This takes five [5] separate rp session posts to succeed in doing. During this course of time of which you are engaging a battle of control over your inner hollow. Your body is undergoing a transformation, that heightens your stats by a rank. During this transforming process, it is best and in advice that you are under some form of containment in order to maintain control and for your as well as anyone else's safety. After one has maintained control, they are then able to train their inner hollow and manifest a greater grip and control over their inner being. If you are to get out of control, you are to rp out attacking everything that moves in your presence. Teachers included.[ If you are to fail finding a teacher to gain control of your inner hollow within the next 6 posts, you will be forced to turn into a white liquid clay like substance of reishi; thus, ultimate death. ]

How much stronger do I get?: Another good question! When you activate your mask your skill levels and reiryoku level increase my 1.5x. Meaning that you increase by nearly two levels from what your current level is for a temporary amount of time. Please do note that this doesn't by anyway mean you are unstoppable.

• Cero: The Visoreds can fire Ceros just like the Arrancars. Though their origins of Arrancar and Visored differ, the may essentially be the same. However they must have their mask activated to do so.
• Mask Protection: Body damage can seemingly be ignored while wearing their masks. Meaning the mask has to be activated to do so.
• Sonido: They are the only ones besides Arrancar that have access to this move. However they must have their Hollow Mask activated to perform this foot technique

___History: Fullbringers (完現術者 (フルブリンガー), Furuburingā; Japanese for "Full Manifestation Artist") are spiritually-aware Humans born with the eponymous ability Fullbring, which allows them to manipulate the souls that reside in all physical matter. Their powers are constituted by Hollow Reiryoku. Like all spiritually aware Humans, Fullbringers can sense the Reiryoku of other spiritual beings, such as Hollows, Shinigami, and other Fullbringers, however, they differ in that they each have a parent who survived a Hollow attack before they were born. As a result, traces of the Hollows’ power remained in their mothers’ bodies, which were then passed onto them at the moment of their birth. Consequentially, their powers more closely resemble a Hollow’s than those of a Shinigami.
Their ability, called Fullbring (完現術 (フルブリング), Furuburingu; lit. "Full Manifestation Art"), enables them to manipulate the souls contained within matter. Everything, even rudimentary objects such as lampposts and chairs possess a soul, however small. By using their power to “pull” on this soul, Fullbringers can manipulate the object’s movement or even alter its physical characteristics. For example, Fullbringers could have a beverage assist them in drinking it by pulling on its soul, drawing it into their mouth. Likewise, by pulling on the soul of water, Fullbringers can walk across its surface without falling through. Many more feats are possible, making the technique highly versatile. Unlike other spiritual beings, Fullbringers use their power with their physical bodies. Because of this, they must train extensively to build up their stamina so they can use it properly.
While all Fullbringers are born with this power, the age at which they come to realize it varies. When Fullbringers die, all traces of their abilities disappear from the world, However, they do carry their abilities into the afterlife. Once a Fullbringer has fully realized their power, and that of Object Affinity, and their ability to draw out its soul its abilities cannot and do not change through growth. However, Fullbringers must progress to a certain level before they can use their unique abilities to their fullest. Fullbring’s various developmental stages can look radically different from its final form, and can thus be considered “incomplete. When the Fullbring’s potential is fully realized and it progresses to its final form, it releases a violent burst of energy that can potentially damage its user’s body. Because of this, another Fullbringer is typically required to oversee the process, and to prevent the recently completed Fullbring from injuring its user by suppressing the explosion. In addition, a Fullbring’s growth can be promoted by exposure to the atmosphere of Hueco Mundo, as a result of its Hollow nature.
___Traits: These are some traits of a Fullbringer:
• Spiritual Awareness: As a spiritual being, the Fullbringers can sense Hollows, other Fullbringers and other spiritual beings at a significant distance or tell in what direction they are in.
• Object Affinity: Object Affinity: By developing an affinity for a particular object, a Fullbringer can alter its form, granting powers that vary greatly among individuals.This affinity can be defined by one’s love for the object in question, or simply by an overall fondness for it. As such, this power is usually awakened through a strong emotion associated with the object, such as pride. Using this affinity, Fullbringers pull out the object’s soul and boost it with their own, transforming it in the process. For example, Kūgo Ginjō can change the saltire pendant on his necklace into a large claymore. While Fullbringers typically have an affinity with one such object, it is possible to have many. While all Fullbrings are unique, they can be defined by different types. For example, Fullbrings that shroud their users with their power are called Clad-Type (装衣型 (クラッドタイプ), Kuraddotaipu; lit. "Raiment-Type") Fullbrings.
• Hollow Reiryoku: A Fullbringer has Reiryoku that very closely resembles a hollows. Which sets them apart from other humans that have spiritual energy.
•Fullbring: to manipulate the souls contained within matter. Everything, even rudimentary objects such as lampposts and chairs possess a soul, however small. •Bringer Light: Fullbringers can induce states of high-speed movement through Fullbring. Such movements are accompanied by the flickering of a green luminescence. Bringer Light is the preliminary for each high-speed movement. This speed is achieved through a variety of different uses of Fullbring. By pulling on the soul of the ground beneath their feet, Fullbringers can increase its elasticity, greatly enhancing their jumping ability as a result. In addition, by Fullbringing the air around them, they can accelerate their movements. Doing so can consequentially strengthen the force of their blows. The ability to use this technique signifies that one is beginning to master Fullbring.
___About Fullbring: Fullbring (完現術 (フルブリング), Furuburingu; lit. "Full Manifestation Art"): Unlike other powers, the Fullbring abilities do not and cannot change through growth. However, Fullbringers must progress to a certain level before they can use their abilities to their fullest. As such, the Fullbring of a user that has not reached such a level appears to be different, and can be considered "incomplete". When the Fullbring reaches its full potential and evolves to their final stage, it will emit a violent burst of energy that can damage the user's body. Therefore, another Fullbring user is required to oversee the process in order to block the explosion and prevent the recently complete Fullbring from damaging its user. Fullbringers also have the ability to trade and share their powers with other Fullbringers. When a Fullbringer dies, all traces of their ability will disappear.
To Increase your Fullbring level, you must train. Below are the stages ( like listed in the profile layout ) and how long you must train to achieve each one. Please do not pout or whine, this is to insure everyone works for something.
Stages of Fullbring: Stage One, Object Affinity Also a very common trait. A fullbringer will have some object ( like that of a Bounto ) that they will affinity their powers too. In Sado's case it was his skin while others used things such as watches. This is the first stage that everyone knows and you use this object of your choice to call out your power. In the end calling out your power will change your objects shape and give it a new look while you are in use of your fullbring.
Stage Two, Unlocking The second stage of a Fullbringers fullbring. When you have achieved this stage your full bring is much strong in power and potency. However, it is still lacking 60% of it's true capabilities making it seem like the training was for nothing. But do not worry, your powers are now on par to a Seated Officer and even a Vice-Captain if you were fighting a shinigami

Stage Three, Awakening This is the final stage of ones Fullbring. It is the complete form were event he users appearance may overall change. This must be trained for to use. The users object usually would disappear and some how be combined in the new Awakening look of the individuals fullbring. In this stage a Fullbringers powers are at their highest. You are now able to fight on par with say a Vice-Captain to a Captain Shinigami

One being because there are Fullbringers that do not have ties to any groups while there are those that do. And having a group would make things complicated. Quincy "We are not mere humans, we are Quincy..."
___History: Quincy (滅却師 (クインシー), Kuinshī; lit. "Monk of Destruction") in modern terms, they were Human mediums, having the ability to detect the existence of Hollows. It all started when they began to training to confront them in order to defeat Hollows, the same as Shinigami do. Most of the Quincy were destroyed by the Shinigami over 200 years ago in order to prevent the destruction of the world. The Quincy were scattered all over the world at one time. They were relatives of magic hunters who specialized in the war against Hollows.
Since the origin of the Quincy, many years passed within Soul Society trying to appeal to the Quincy that the handling of Hollows should be left to the Shinigami. The Quincy refused to accept the situation. As time went on, the number of Quincy increased and the cycle of souls became more unstable, forcing the Shinigami to reluctantly wipe out the Quincy in order to maintain the balance of the world.
The Quincy line was closely monitored over the decades, as their numbers continued to dwindle. Later the Quincy advanced the idea that since they were already among the living and still more numerous at the time, they could act as "first responders" to Hollow attacks; protecting Humans until the less-numerous Shinigami could send a representative to finish the Hollow off. Embittered by the recent war, the Shinigami refused to participate, opting instead to allocate their limited resources to reacting to the most dangerous Hollows and current Hollow attacks.
___Traits: These are some traits of a Quincy:
• Uniform: While traditional quincy wear the ropes and clothing of the past and modern quincy wear regular clothing. Groups like the Stern Ritter wear more military style uniforms that would be subject to their overall means and goals.
• Cross: All quincy carry a cross or cross shaped item. These cross being the focus point of gathering Reishi around themselves within the air. A Quincy's status was once defined by his or her cross, however this practice long died out.
• Reishi Absorption: Although Shingiami and Quincy both use Reiryoku when fighting, they both have a totally opposite fighting style. Shinigami use the spiritual power created from their soul in conjunction with a Zanpakutō to fight against the Hollows. You can say they fight using the power within. On the contrary, a Quincy uses the Reishi in the atmosphere, and combines it with his/her Reiryoku to create weapons. They fight using the power outside. They have an easier time collecting this energy in environments with higher concentrations of spiritual particles such as in Soul Society or Hueco Mundo. To a sufficiently powerful Quincy, there is no difference between spiritual particles and spiritual energy as a source of power.
• Spirit Weapon: The weapon that Quincies create by gathering the reishi in the air. The only limit to a Quincy's ability to create and fire arrows is their own stamina and ability to absorb ambient spirit particles.
• Spiritual Awareness: As a spiritual being, the Quincy can sense Hollows and other spiritual beings at a significant distance or tell in what direction they are in. Quincy have an acute perception of reiatsu.
___About Reishi & Spirit Weapons: Reishi (霊子, Spirit Particlessad The main component material of souls. All things in Soul Society are made of reishi. In which case, is used to create the Quincies spirit weapons. It is one of the main reasons why Quincy are so proficient in combat, they have a nearly unlimited source of energy to feed off of when in such areas like Soul Society and Hueco Mundo. However, this does not make them unstoppable. Such an abundant of energy can overload them is used wildly.
Spirit Weapon is the weapon that Quincy create by gathering the reishi in the air. A Quincy uses the spirit particles in the atmosphere, Reishi, in conjunction with his/her power to form weapons.[2] By using their ability to gather reishi, a Quincy can then form that into a multitude of weapons with the aid of their Quincy cross. Spirit Weapons, like Zanpakutō, are also capable of harming Hollows, which was their intended purpose. However, Spirit Weapons destroy Hollows completely rather than purifying them. One of the main limits to the power of a Quincy's Spirit Weapon are the user's stamina and spiritual power.
Below you will see like in your profile the stated of your Spirit Weapon. All Quincy start with the basic Bow. Also all Quincy have a CROSS to release these abilities like a Shinigami a Zanpackuto.
Stages of Spirit Weapons: Stage One, The Bow The very basic, it is at the level of a shinigami's sealed Zanpakuto. Almost all quincy are capable of this and it comes naturally to them. This is comparable again to the sealed state of a Zanpakuto This is use much better at a distance in such archery is. However one is able to "strike" a target and "block" attacks with the bow making it easier to keep a distance form individuals.
Stage Two, True Weapon This is say like a Zanpakuto your Spirit Weapons true form. This can take the form of a bow, blade, spear, gun, cannons, and more. These weapons are equal to a mid class Shikai. These weapons have more of the indivdiuals characteristics within them. But they all still revolve around the affect of firing some type of projectile. ( Notice: All Stern Ritter with Insignia A - Z have this! )

Stage Three, Quincy: Vollständig ( Quincy:Complete ) This is the final form of your Spirit weapon and the highest of your quincy powers. Like bankai is the last resort of a Shinigami this is the last resort of a Quincy. Just like bankai it increase a Quincies combat abilities to their peak and the power is said to rival that of a Shinigami's Bankai if not a bit stronger. It is known that only the highest ranked and highest trained Quincy can achieve this stage. ( Notice: Stern Ritter with Insignia A - L auto have this! )

___Vandenreich Positions & Info.: The organizational structure of the Vandenreich is not yet clear, but there is a central leader based out of their headquarters. In his service, there are a number of subordinates who follow his direct orders. There is also a separate hunting unit called the Jagdarmee (狩猟部隊 (ヤークトアルメー), yākutoarumē; German for "hunt(ing) army", Japanese for "hunting corps/force") of Hueco Mundo which in the wake of Hueco Mundo's conquest by the Vandenreich is tasked with capturing Arrancar to serve the empire. The leader of the first Jagdarmee, the Executive Hunting Captain (統括狩猟隊長, tōkatsu shuryō taichō). There also exists a communication unit, which maintains the connection between headquarters and operational units, and a group of elite Quincy combatants known as the Stern Ritter (星十字騎士団 (シュテルンリッター), shuterunrittā; German for "Star Knights", Japanese for "Star Cross Knight Band/Order"). Members of the latter and certain other individuals within the Vandenreich military are apparently each assigned a letter of the alphabet and an appropriate epithet by the Vandenreich Leader in order to designate them. Next you have a newly added group that seem to be more on the level of vice-captains There base is in a space they call Quincy Void that is almost undetectable to others.

Hell Reapers "We are not Shinigami, we are the keepers of Hell..."
___History: 2,000 years ago... A Shinigami was among his squad, dissatisfied with everything had abandoned not only humans but soul society. He wanted power to fill his own greed and power to gain control over others. However this one shinigami was not alone in his actions. Many others began to demand power and seek power that was far forbidden and destructive as they abandon whom they once were. Therefore by the Order of the the Head Captain Yamamoto and Central 46 they were cast out and or executed for treason on high grounds. However a hand full escaped with their lives, retreating into a gate that many have only seem a few times. A gate that should never have been opened to begin with. That gate was the gate way to Hell itself. It was something that these sinners could only escape their fate using.
Upon entering Hell they gained higher, darker, and purely twisted powers. Many lost their sanity upon gaining the powers of demons that reside within hell. Other gained exactly what they always waited for. The greed, anger, and corruption within their hearts got deeper and deeper to the point of them being neither Soul Reapers nor Human like emotions. Just a twisted shell full of power and little emotions. These beings having abandon what has made a soul reaper, what they once idolized, and what they one stood for now only see destruction and rage. These beings now known as Hell Reapers reside in the depths of Hell waiting for a chance to strike, destroy, and devour those that stand before them. However they are not with out pity, they take humans and shinigami alike to train them into allies with their twisted ideals.
They are everything that Hell has to offer...
___Traits: Hell Reapers have a number of traits to look for:
• Shihakusho: The white kimono similar to that of Shinigami. It is customary to wear a white undergarment underneath. Some wear bright colored scarves with it or shorten the sleeves. They commonly carry their blades which is in most cases tied to their obi sash. However some even have completely different outfits.
• Longevity: Hell Reapers do not visibly age at the same rate as Humans and tend to maintain a youthful appearance for centuries. Hell Reapers being former shinigami can live for much longer than Humans.
• Enhanced Durability: While Hell Reapers can be injured and "die" like regular Humans, it takes considerably greater injuries to kill a Hell Reaper than it would in Humans.Decapitation is the only guaranteed method of killing them.
• Reiryoku: Hell Reapers naturally possess of Spiritual Power, which varies greatly in magnitude with the strength of a Hell Reaper. The more power a Hell Reaper has, the sharper their movements will be. A consequence of having Spiritual Power is that unlike powerless spirits, Hell Reaper need to eat.
• Ma Ken (魔剣, Demon Sword): is the blade wielded by a Hell Reaper. While its powers are different from anything seen before in a Shinigami or Arrancar's Zanpakuto, it is still considered a cousin to these blades. The first seven Shinigami to come into Hell discovered Hell's Forge. While the true power of Hell's Forge is unknown, when they activated it the Forge did two things. It turned their Zanpakuto into a completely new type of blade with different powers and it gave each of the seven Shinigami a separate curse. Since then, the Shinigami became what is known as Hell Reapers and quickly began to develop their own society, bringing human souls into Hell Society and training the more powerful Spiritually Aware humans in the art of being a Hell Reaper. Most notably, they began to teach others to unlock the potential of a Demon in their blade.
___Doki, Chowa & Seigyo: Doki (同期, Synchronization): A Ma Ken has three seals, all of which can be broken to unlock the Ma Ken's potential. The first of these three seals is known as Doki (同期, Synchronization). For this release, the Hell Reaper simply has to learn the Ma Ken's name from when he was a human. This can be learned in many different ways. Ultimately, all the ways require gaining the Demon within the blade's trust. The first and most used way is simply to battle enough hollows to prove your worth. Most Demons are shallow enough to consider this grounds enough to tell the Hell Reaper their name. However, some are harder to gain the trust of. The Hell Reapers with these Demons generally go through a technique adapted from the Shinigami, Blade Zen. In this, the Hell Reaper communes with the Demon and learns what they must do to gain the Demon's trust, and from there they execute whatever the Demon desires to learn their name. The third and least used method is simply to summon the Demon and beat it into submission. This is least used because it is considered brutal and unnecessary, and despite how the Hell Reapers may seem, they are quite civilized. When Doki is broken, the Ma Ken does not change form. However, it achieves magical abilities commonly associated with Zanpakuto which the Ma Ken had not had before the seal was broken. Most Hell Reapers break Doki before going into the human world for the first time.
Chowa (調和, Harmony): The second seal is known as Chowa (調和, Harmony). Chowa is harder to break than Doki. To break Chowa, the Hell Reaper must learn why the Demon became a Demon (i.e. what crime(s) it committed as a human). Like Doki, the Hell Reaper must obtain the Demon's trust. However, unlike Doki the Demon is not as willing to give away the reason it was sent away so easily. For this reason, Chowa is usually only obtained by the Five Generals, the Counsel of Seven, and some elite Hell Reapers. Most do not bother with Chowa, and for this reason those who do become more powerful than all others. When Chowa is broken, the Ma Ken permanently changes form. Generally, the change is smaller than the original Ma Ken, however sometimes the blade grows. When Chowa is released, the inner Demon is purified, which, ultimately, is the greatest benefit of Chowa. A pure Demon makes the third seal much easier to break. Since this seal doesn't grant the blade anymore powers, it is often skipped over by the younger, more hasty Hell Reapers. Though to obtain perfect harmony (hence the name) with one's Ma Ken, it is imperative.
Seigyo (制御, Control) The final seal is known as Seigyo (制御, Control). This seal is harder to break than Doki, but easier than Chowa. Of the three, Seigyo grants the Hell Reaper the most power, and for this reason Chowa is often skipped over in the process. To break Seigyo, the Hell Reaper must learn the Demon within the Ma Ken's weakness. While this may sound difficult, it is fairly easy to discover its weakness from fighting with it. All Seigyo requires is to find this weakness and cover it with your own strength. With that, the blade becomes more powerful than before and takes yet another form. This form is temporary, though has to be stopped manually, and can be released by simply shouting the name of this seal. By breaking the seal, the Hell Reaper fuses with the inner Demon of the Ma Ken and creates a half-Demon half-Hell Reaper beast with extraordinary power. While this is often compared to the Arrancar's Ressurecion, it is actually quite different. In this state, the Demon controls the Hell Reaper, and their power combined releases new abilities that grant immense strength. For this reason, Chowa is recommended before Seigyo. If a corrupt Demon controls a Hell Reaper, the consequences could be immense. Most notably the Demon could control the Hell Reaper indefinitely and wreak havoc. However, it has happened in the past and there actually are some Hell Reapers who somehow control their Demon in Seigyo without Chowa.

Doki, Chowa, & Seigyo Training: Doki An individual must train for twenty-five [25] post to learn Doki. This is a requirement unless told otherwise.
Chowi An individual must train for forty [40] post in the training area to learn. This is required unless told otherwise.
Seigyo An individual must train for seventy [70] post in the training area to learn. This is required unless told otherwise.
___Nana Noroi (七呪い, Seven Curses): Nana Noroi (七呪い, Seven Curses) are the magical abilities utilized by the Hell Reapers. Each Hell Reaper only can obtain one Curse, and they must be given the Curse by the General or member of the Counsel who has that particular Curse. Each Hell Reaper can only learn one Curse, as stated, and there is only one Curse that they are physically able to learn as well (in other words, only one Curse will "speak", in a way, with them). Of the Counsel and the Generals, there is one for each Curse among the group. Initially, the three original Hell Reapers each had their own Curse, and passed down the ability to their successors. Then, a Counsel at one point decided that it would be a good idea if the more powerful Hell Reapers could obtain a Curse. Thus, the Seven Generals were born. From there, there were several schools of thought on the matter, but eventually they decided that for the sake of organization, all Hell Reapers would obtain a Curse. The Curse that they learned also affected which General they directly served under. From then on, the Hell Reapers were thought of having seven squadrons, though unlike the Gotei 13 these squads are not official and often times the Counsel members will mix and max different Hell Reapers with different Curses for special missions.
The Nana Noroi (N.N.) Ryu Shita: (龍舌, Dragon Tongue) The Hell Reapers with the Ryu Shita Curse have the ability to breathe fire. More often than not, these Hell Reapers also have a flame-type Ma Ken. The first Hell Reaper to have this ability was a Shinigami whose flame-type Zanpakuto was thought to be second only to Yamamoto's. He was nicknamed the Dragon Warrior, and once he left the Gotei 13 this was his curse. As the initial description said, those with this Curse can breathe fire. This is exactly as it sounds; they appear as a dragon blowing out great bursts of flames which do not burn their own mouths. Of course, these are a Curse. As such, there is a downside to using the ability. Not only is the Hell Reaper incredibly vulnerable to water, but their mouth is also very weak to attack. In other words, if their mouth is attacked it is almost like a kill-strike and the Hell Reaper will be almost unable to use their powers again.
Kotari: (神足, God Legs) The Hell Reapers with the Kotari Curse have the ability to move incredibly fast. Of the original seven, the Hell Reaper with this Curse was a man who often delivered messages when Hell Butterflies could not be used. He was thought of as a coward, because of his speed that he would use to run away from battle if he was outnumbered. But he simply thought of his speed as a God-given gift. For this reason, his Curse acted upon this ability. The speed of those with Kotari are unrivaled among Hell Reapers. But give-and-take, when using their speed to move from place to place with incredible swiftness they are weakened drastically and quite vulnerable to attack. In other words this Curse simple increases the God Step Speed by [ 0.25x ] the users original speed.
Ishi-Juu: (石獣, Stone Beast) The Hell Reapers with the Ishi-Juu Curse have the ability to surround their limbs and body with stone. Often, Hell Reapers with this ability have Earth-type Ma Ken. This original Hell Reaper was a Shinigami who often bragged of how he and his stone Zanpakuto were unbeatable. When he obtained his Curse, it was only fitting that it be an ability like this. Unlike the other abilities presented so far, this one happens over time. The stone covered limbs are incredibly strong and can deliver a powerful blow. Though, like the other abilities, this has a down-side. When using it, the Hell Reaper is incredibly slow. It is quite easy to run away or exploit a weakness in their armor with the slowness it takes to attack.
Umi Tatchi: (海タッチ, Sea Touch) Hell Reapers with this ability have the ability to create water from their fingertips. The original Hell Reaper to have this ability was a man who, despite having a fire-type Zanpakuto, spent all his days by the sea, watching and wishing he could just be engulfed by the ocean. Like the other elemental N.N., Hell Reapers with the Umi Tatchi Curse often have water-type Ma Ken. Also like the other N.N. abilities, there is a downside to creating water at your finger tips. The water created, if let out of control, can harm the Hell Reaper as well as the enemies. That means if you drown a city, expect to drown yourself. Also, this ability is one of the most difficult of the N.N. to control.
Iyashi Otome: (癒し乙女, Healing Maiden) Hell Reapers with this ability have an ability similar to the fourth division of the Shinigami; the ability to heal any wound with their touch. You guessed it; the original Hell Reaper to have this ability was a member of the fourth division. She was the only female of the original seven (oh, how I am promoting gender roles), and was also the healer of the group. Of course, Hell Reapers with this ability cannot bring back the dead, however they can use this ability to heal near fatal wounds. Like all the abilities, this one is as necessary as all the others (that means we do need some people to be healers). Okay, it's still a curse, and so here's the catch. Hell Reapers with the Iyashi Otome Curse cannot heal themselves, and if they overuse the ability (i.e. use it every ten seconds at the drop of a fly) then they will start to get the same injury they are healing magically inflicted upon themselves.
Saishu Yakubyo: (最終疫病, Last Plague) Hell Reapers with this Curse have the ability to do inflict a deadly poison into their enemy. The first Hell Reaper with this ability was an assassin of the Omnitsukido. He would rather poison an enemy than have to fight them directly, and for this reason his curse was the plague. Hell Reapers with this Curse can infect their enemy one of two ways: injecting them with poison by cutting their skin with their bare hand (ew) or taint the air around them so that the entire area has a deadly poison in the air. The poison works as follows: first, it takes away the victim's eyesight, then it causes them to cough up blood, next it causes them to lose movement to their limbs, and lastly it causes their heart to stop. The weakness? You guessed it; if the air is poisoned it hurts the Hell Reaper as well. Though this is much easier than cutting an enemy with your hand (fingernails?) it is much more deadly should the Hell Reaper not escape in time.
O Senpu: (王旋風, Storm King) Hell Reapers with the O Senpu Curse have control over wind. Most with this ability have a wind-type Ma Ken. The first Hell Reaper with this ability was a nobleman who had a noble wind-type Zanpakuto that was considered the most elegant Zanpakuto of its time. Like that Zanpakuto, this ability is considered one of the most elegant of the Curses. It is quite easy to control, and the Hell Reaper can use the wind to knock an enemy down, cut an enemy with the wind, or to create a whirlwind to attack the foe. As easy as it is to control and as elegant as it is, this Curse is the most "picky". Of the seven, there are the fewest with the O Senpu Curse, because nobody ever seems to be "good enough" for it. Also, the weakness of this attack is that, as it is used more, it becomes more and more difficult to control and obviously if wind is not controlled it can hurt the user as much as the target.
___About Kido Spells: Kidō (鬼道, "demon way" or "spirit way"; sometimes translated as Demon Arts; Viz "Soul Reaper's powers"; "Spells") is a form of Shinigami combat that is based on advanced spells that are produced with strong Reiryoku and fall into two categories: Hadō for direct attacks, and Bakudō for battle support. It is one of the techniques in the Zankensoki, the group of Shinigami primary combat skills. Kidō spells are triggered by an incantation. Experienced users can trigger them without an incantation, though the effectiveness of the spell will be diminished
Branches of Kido: • Bakudō (縛道, lit. "Way of Binding"): Supplementary spells that can immobilize an enemy or have an effect besides a direct strike. They may seem subtle, but these spells can give their users a tactical advantage when used properly. These are a broad category of defensive spells which block/repel attacks or freezes enemies in place. This class of spells include Kidō Barriers & Seals.
• Hadō (破道, lit. "Way of Destruction"): Offensive spells that inflict direct damage to the enemy. Their effectiveness differs depending on the user. It is said that the effectiveness of the higher-ranked spells are beyond imagination
• Healing spells: These spells do not have known names, numbers, or incantations to cast, and simply heal the target. As the user holds his/her hands above the patient's wounds, his/her palms glow with green spiritual energy to facilitate healing. When one heals with regular healing kidō, they perform Reiatsu restoration first. By doing so, one can attempt to recover the physical body using the patients restored reiatsu and the healers external reiatsu. Therefore restoring the reiatsu when the physical body is in a fully healed state is no trouble at all
