Wolfs Heart
Sweetie blinked, utterly shocked he didn't mention anything about it. He had to know, didn't he? But he wasn't saying anything about it. Did that mean he didn't want to make a big deal about her snuggling up to him?
"Yeah, the hut kept it nice and warm this morning." She smiled, trying to get her racing heart to slow. Even just a fraction. Oh Celestia did she want to calm down. He wasn't making a deal out of it, why was she?
"Should be easier than the coconuts..." Sweetie shrugged, shifting the pineapple again. She was happy to keep carrying the edibles, and even more so to hear his idea of activities for the day. Looking for ships. They would get off this island, but they'd never know anyone was here if they weren't there to make noise. "I bet while we're watching for ships I could make something to carrying coconuts and pineapples in with these leaves.. Would be easier than carrying them back and forth when they get found"
He was headed towards the beach. It was a familiar trip now. She was even looking forward to seeing the water again. Mm, a nice dip in the cool water sounded delicious right now too. But first, she did have other things to do. Even if she was willing to trust the water again after it had tried so hard to make her hate it.
It wasn't until they arrived that she remembered to ask him about that being watched feeling. "Have... Have you felt like you were being watched since we washed up here?"
