She blinks, fish? There were, but getting to them was a little harder.
"There are.. But their hidden most of the time. "
The best places to find fish were in the jungle, or places with less animals, such as crocodiles, hippos, and preybeast also did a good deal of scaring them away. And they were also harder to find even if not, sense the water out there wasen't as clear as the one in the jungle, protected from dust.
After taking a look around to make sure nothing was there, Karama quickens her pace a tad, even if the paw of her injured shoulder seemed to take less steps than the others, sitting around wasen't good over here, especially with her shoulder like this-- blood smell can lure -things-.

So now fish? That was a bit disappointing, but there were other things to see right? And there must have been more than just animals right? Maybe there were other things?
He opened his mouth to speak, but then closed it as he noticed Karama was limping. He had noticed it before, but it didn't seem to be getting any better, maybe getting worse. Moving closer to her, he carefully licked at the wound, cleaning off some of the blood, well it made his cuts feel better when he licked them...maybe it would help?

She blinks, slowing her pace to make it easier for Keone, though still doing fewer steps with that paw to evoid more bleeding, the less it streched, the less blood got out, and the less scent would loore anything.
"Thanks. "
She smiled, giving the back of his head a quick lick as a sign of gratitude, before continuing out towards the savvannah.
"Do ya wanna see Zebra? They don't kick if you just look. "

Keone smiled and lightly nuzzled against her chin as he finished licking off as much of the blood as he could. He thought of suggesting that she shouldn't move around so much yet, but he'd already learned that Karama wasn't the type to sit still. Beside that, blood flow would help to wash out any infection, snakes did have dirty mouths afterall.
He smiled at her lightly, straightening back to a walk at her side, letting her set the pace, she was the one that was wounded. After a moment he nodded.
"Okay, zebra it is then." I hope they don't stampede like wildebeast.

"They probably aren't too far off, if wildabeast are here, there are probably going to be a few zebras. "
Wildbeast were a sign that the food here was good, so it was likely that, not too far off, there would be other preybeast. Though, she made sure to move around the area were the wildabeast were, so neither of them had to worry with a stampede of theirs. Fortunatly, and unfortunatly at the same time, not too much of a walk after the wildabeast, were a few zebra, about fifty or so, likely more, but she could only find that many, as they didn't wander in groups as big as a wildabeasts, actually, these probably made two groups mixed up.
But, along with them, was a bigger heard of wildabeast, the smaller one had probably separated from that one a while earlier before Karama's -brillinat- idea to go scaring them. Well, she could point out wich were the zbra, from afar, right?
"Thos ones with stripes. Pity they like to tag along with the wildabeast.. "

Keone's ears dropped a bit and his gait was somewhat erratic at the sight of the wildebeast, consciously staying very close to Karama's side. The earlier stampede had made him rather warry of them and he had no desire to repeate that incident. But so long as they were far enough away and the beasts weren't running, it was okay.
His gazed shifted, falling to where she had indicated. There were so many stripes, the patterns confused his eyes and he had a difficult time picking out the outline of the individual creatures. To him they looked like just one big blob.
"What's that?"
Pointing off a bit to the distance, near a patch of trees, to where something else stood, something very tall.

That? Oh yes, she'd forgot about them; but they weren't too common.
"Its a giraffe, do you want to go see it? More likely to run from us then the other way around. "
Why'd he want to see a giraffe anyways? They were rather boring, eccept for theirvery long necks. She'd never eaten one, she never had enough stomach to even do so. Even though, thanks to their eating habits, it wasent too hard to catch one; climb up a tree, wait for it to come, then just jump on its head. Not that she'd ever tried it, but it must be fun.
At least untill it fell over, of course. That would be.. Scary.

Keone's head drifted from one side to the other as his eyes surveyed the land and beasts around him, trying to take in every detail. It was very big out here, and he could see very far, much further than he could in the jungle. It was a bit overwhealming, but not frightening, at least so long as the herds weren't stampedeing.
"How come they're all in such big groups?"

Of course, she'd never gotten too close, they'd have ran before she could -that- close. An ear flicks to the side to his question; why were they in groups..? She never thought too much on that, to her it just meant she had more chances of getting something to eat. She opens her mouth, but closes it again, clearly trying to think of a way to answer his question.
"Maybe they feel safer all together.. If everyone looks to a different place all the time, its harder to be snuck up on, I suppose. "

His eyes wandered, surveying all around him. This was all very interesting to him, fascinating, there was nothing like this in the jungle. But maybe there was more to see? More than just big groups of animals? There must be lots of things to do out here that he couldn't do in the jungle right? Things away from the herds yes?
"What else do you do out here...besides chase wildebeast that is?"

Or maybe there was..? Well, at least with company. But it wasen't really some game you could play with a herd just sitting right there.. She turns to her left, moving crouched in that way to get away from the wildabeast, eventually Keone would follow, he didn't even know the savvanah too well. Just had to get away from this heard-- then she could play a game.

Keone stood, eyes still fixed on the herds and the lands around him, ear flicking a bit as a light breeze brushed past. It was a moment before he realized Karama had moved, then first turning his head to look over his shoulder, then his body followed walking after her.
"Where are we going now?"
He titled his head curiously, tail swishing behind him with his gait. He wondered what else they would see how here, and what the leopardess where the leopardess was going to lead him next.

She woulden't just say she had a game in mind, correct? That ruined the fun. Catching others on suprize is so much better... Like when she led those fishes onto him; that was neat. The bad thing of such big heards, it was hard to get away from them by going around, it was much easier to just run right through them. But with Keone she coulden't do that, unless he remembered to keep running.

Keone paused in midstep, head tilted as he watched Karama for a moment, ears flicking. What was she planning? After a moment he shrugged and walked forward again, trotting a few steps to make up the distance he had fallen behind.
"What sort of thing?"

Yes, she could use the giraffe as an excuse or something, they were quite slow, anyways, she could show it to him, then play a game or something of the sort. Was he as good a runeras he was a climber? The wildabeast herd haden't prooved anything, she'd been too busy keeping them from /stepping/ on him. And he haden't ran too much, either.
