Scarlet noticed a few other people had come over and started to talk to Kesshin. She tilted her head, must be friends of his. It was then that she noticed he grabbed the young ladies hand and looked her in the eyes. She cringed and turned away, 'what a player' she thought, rolling her eyes. Next time he tried anything with he she'd just walk away from him. She took her leave, not really wanting to see him flirt with every girl he met. As she made her way away from him, she stopped as the hair on her back stood up. Her eyes moved to the area the feeling was coming from and she jumped a bit surprised to see how close Geno had gotten to her. She sighed, and looked at him a bit surprised by his question. She looked around and crossed her arms "how about we talk about this over here, away from everyone else" she said, motioning him to follow her. Once they were away from almost everyone she stopped and looked at him. She couldn't put her finger on it, but she felt a strange connection to him. She looked him over, what was this feeling? She pursed her lips "you're a dragon slayer are you not?" she asked, putting the dots together. It was the only explanation, this whole confrontation proved it. He felt the same way she did, so he came to her about it.

Geno followed her till they were alone away from the others and he looked at her. " my father was a dragon yes, but i don't intend to slay any dragon." Genos eye slowly traced her up and down, she was the only person to know besides ray that he was a dragon slayer. " you feel it don't you that touch almost like your pulled to each other, so where is your father or mother?" Geno asked calmly he included mother as he hadn't ever expected to see a female slayer or another slayer did this mean her dragon had been female? geno wasn't sure but just her being was enough to shake him slightly. Geno couldn't get over the fact that for some reason since he had figured it out she seemed different to him, more beautiful then before but he would say nothing and hope she didn't notice his eye examining her.

Scarlet listened to him, taking in everything he said. So he was a fellow slayer, she always knew she couldn't be the only one. However, she didn't think she'd meet another slayer in her life time. She nodded "I don't intend to slay any dragons either" she confirmed with him. She wasn't like that, and she loved her mother more than anything in the world. She sighed and nodded again "you're right again, I do feel... drawn to you, like you could understand the pain I felt that day" she said, her eyes looking downwards. Her arms were crossed again "my mother left when I was little, i'm assuming the same happened to you?" she asked, not trying to hide the sadness in her eyes. If she was the same as her, there was no reason to hide it. He knew all to well how she felt about her parent leaving her out of the blue. She hadn't noticed him looking at her, since she was thinking more about her mother. Where could she have gone? She shook her head "do you have any idea what happened to them? Any clues at all?" she asked, looking at him. She seemed a bit distressed, which was very unlike her. However, whenever she spoke of her mother she usually got very emotional.

geno spoke calmly. " my father left after my final test to him, all i know is he spoke of is a meeting of all the dragons. he left without a word that day and set me lose into the world." geno spoke calmly as he finally met her face his knees weakening lightly at her. " they are fine they are strong i can only assume he will come back, for now i can only assume they expect us to carry on their legacy till they return." Geno regained composer never showing or sounding sad he had faith in his father the dragon who had trained him and fathered him. geno looked and reached out his hand touching scarlet's shoulder trying to reassure her his arm felt heavy and his bandages that covered it smell faintly of iron

Scarlet looked at him and listened to him speak, so the same thing happened to him. She wondered if this happened to Crowley as well. It was then that he met her eyes and she noticed his knees seemed to be weakening. At least she wasn't the only one who was emotional about this. She listened again and what he said did make sense, she never had a doubt that her mother was alive and kickin. However, she was still disappointed about how her mother vanished. It seemed that he gained his composure again and she did the same "Crowley is similar to a dragon slayer" she said, looking at him. Her arms were still crossed "i'll admit its part of the reason I still tolerate hanging around him" she admitted. She was surprised that he touched her shoulder and she looked at him softly. He smelt of iron, so maybe that was his element. She pursed her lips "are you perhaps an iron dragon slayer? You smell of iron and your hand isn't exactly light" she said. She'd tell her what type of slayer she was as well if he was honest with her.

geno smirked behind his bandages and mask. " yes i am, my father was the iron dragon" geno looked at her trying to guess her element and yet again her beauty made his knees weak he smiled his whole body hidden but that one eye. " what about you?" geno asked he was fighting with himself internally, why was she effecting him now? what had changed besides discovering her as a slayer? he knew she was an attractive girl before but why now did she seem more attractive? geno pushed the thought aside as he lowered his arm to his side, stop it stop it stop it was all he could think he needed to push it all away he was the iron slayer he knew what that meant. geno knew the looks the gazes he knew his thoughts were only that and wished them gone

Scarlet smiled, she knew that's what he was. She knew he must be trying to figure out what element she was, and his question only confirmed her thoughts. She placed one hand on her hip, the other lifted in the air "My mother was the sky dragon, so my respective element is the sky" she said, playing a bit with the air around her. She looked him over and he seemed to be thinking of something, considering he looked like he was getting weaker. She tilted her head, as she examined his behavior "uh you ok? You look a little... at war with yourself" she said, waving a hand in front of him. She wondered what that was all about, was it because he felt uncomfortable around her? She just sighed, her arms crossed again. She went back to her usual self and showed no signs of the sadness that was located his her eyes before. She looked back over at the people that were still left and her gazed moved back over to him "so, what made you join your guild?" she asked, trying to keep a conversation going.

geno spoke his voice different. " nothing is wrong, nothing im not accustomed to. " geno looked at her as she spoke about why he joined his guild he looked at her and spoke calmly. " he saw past what my father did to me, as i can tell from looking at you i was raised much different." geno hated the looks he received but was proud as well of his piercings , geno had been saw as a monster. Geno knew that was why he couldnt ever be alone with a girl. He hated the thought , the idea, the fact he knew the way they would look at him. He was the iron slayer a dragon in human skin. Geno looked at scarlet not out of hate but out of envy her skin flawless her body perfect she could show off to the world but he hid behind clothes and bandages like a monster should.

Scarlet noticed the change in his voice, so he did feel awkward being around her. When he said that by looking at her he was raised differently she raised an eyebrow her arms crossed "I don't know what you went through, but I didn't have an easy childhood either... I had trials I had to pass as well, some I'd rather not talk about" she said, her voice a bit irritated. Sure she may not have had to train like he did, but why did everyone who looked at her think she had it so easy? Sure she looked pretty, but remove her shirt and you could see the scars on her lower back. It wasn't easy learning to control the sky, hell she couldn't even handle heights. Of course her mother made sure to fix that, and some times she wasn't so nice about it. She sighed and she could see the envy in his eyes "you know people call me a wolf in sheeps clothing" she added, her eyes looking into his. She may have seemed like she was loved, but this whole city hated her. Of course her guild was the exception "Sabertooth was the only place that didn't judge me based on my looks, but my personality" she said. She smirked "I don't know what you look like, but I honestly like you better than those fake-a** playboys" she said, shrugging. She turned and looked at the market from afar, "besides i'm sure you look badass under those clothes of yours" she said, turning back and smiling at him.

geno smirked his eye locked hers. " i didnt say you had it easy, we are children of dragons. But our raising each vastly different, my father marked me head to toe, and what do you mean? the other guys? they want something that they have had before and miss i on the other hand have never felt it so do not miss it, no need to be what im not to try to get it." geno spoke so calmly about the fact he had never been with a women or the fact he never felt their touch looks like his didn't give him such luxury yet he couldn't help but feel she had just flirted with him with her last comment. Geno just pushed the thought aside as he looked at her she was the sky slayer the slayer who ruled the skies, but him he had no wings nothing limitless as the skies just fangs and claws.

Scarlet sighed, clearly this wasn't going anywhere. She just didn't really understand the guy, she just hoped he didn't think she was flirting with him. She was simply trying to get his confidence up was all, nothing more. He seemed to be talking about never being with a women, well no wonder he felt so awkward around her. She had her arms crossed still and she sighed "whatever floats your boat... we should probably get back, I don't want anyone misunderstanding" she said, as she turned. She stopped and waited "Don't worry I won't say anything about you being a dragon slayer, and i'll be sure to stay out of your hair since its clear I make you uncomfortable" she said, as she waited for him to walk back to the group.

geno nodded as he walked towards her but stopped he reached under his collar and unclipped what looked like a hand crafted necklace of a iron dragon he walked to her grabbing her hand and placed it in her hand. " do me a favor give this back to me, after the mission" geno smiled behind his bandages and nodded to her, He didn't wait for a response before walking off and out the door his mind racing. that necklace had kept him safe it was his good luck charm so why had he given this to her for the mission? he couldn't explain it himself he just felt the need to make sure she was safe geno shook his head as he continued towards the job site.

Scarlet watched as he walked over, but then he stopped. She frowned and opened her mouth "what's wrong-" she stopped as he seemed to be taking some sort of necklace off. She tilted her head as he grabbed her and placed it in her palm. She looked at him surprised as he spoke and then just wondered off "h... hey!" she called, but he was already out of sight. She sighed, looking at the hand crafted necklace. It was in the shape of an Iron dragon and wondered why he'd give her something so important. She didn't exactly know what to so with it so she simply placed it around her neck and wore it. She'd have to give it back and knock Geno up side the head the next time she saw him. Still, it was strange of him to give away what seemed to be his good luck charm. She just walked back over to the others and walked over to the east woods.

Kesshin wanted to wish Scarlet good luck on the mission but it seemed she was going off with that odd guy Geno, they seemed to be having a private conversation. A slight devilish grin crept on Kesshin face. They talked for quite some time but not about what Kesshin thought, Geno wasn't Scarlet's type at all. Once they were done Kesshin stepped out of the shadows, he stumbled upon some interesting stuff here, not one but two Dragonslayers, just like he and Shiva, "Well Well Well, what a secret I have eavesdropped upon. I'm sure thats something Bossman may want to know about, hell even Shiva might be interested to know that." Kesshin said to himself. It was a bit funny though, Kesshin originally came to Magnolia Town to learn a little about Fairy Tail to try to find out why Micheal hated them so much instead he found out about two more Dragonslayers, the Dragonslayers of iron and sky. Kesshin could have assumed that Geno was a Dragonslayer, by the kind of air he held, Kesshin couldn't see through that masked Geno wore but he could feel his eyes. Kesshin would never have suspected Scarlet to be the Sky Dragonslayer. It seemed they did all have similar situations, "Their parent dragons all left them... alone, some with assurance they were ready but all without so much as a goodbye, quite peculiar... That Geno guy said something about all the dragons meeting somewhere, but the where seems to be unknown at the moment... hmm... " Kesshin said with his hands crossed and his right hand caressing his chin, while he was in deep thought. Kesshin never worried about Gazeel because he was confident that he'd return to the swamp or he'd meet him as he worked with Raven Tail but now... he wasn't so sure about that thanks to this private conversation he listened in on. Kesshin didn't know if Geno suspected him, probably not, he was sure that Scarlet didn't suspect him, after all he was a "Fake áss playboy." that simple thought kind of pissed Kesshin off, "What the hell does she know?" Kesshin mumbled, it seemed even she mocked the way he lived, it was quite sad, "Seems no one understands the Casanova Code but you Gazeel..." thought to himself. "Oh well plenty of 5 stars in the sea right Gazeel?"Kesshin said to himself. No one understood that Kesshin was searching for not just anyone but for someone who could make him feel like his old friend made felt, someone that made him feel like how Gazeel made him feel, he wanted to make Gazeel proud by finding this person. If he was lucky he would find his old friend on his adventures, he never did find out what happened to her. Kesshin clutched his emerald necklace just as he did all those years ago, he never talked much about his past to anyone, after the assassination of his parents and disappearance to the swamp Kesshin just sort of appeared out of nowhere, everything after that is history. So many questions arose in Kesshin's head, but it would be no use thinking about it now, Kesshin had a mission to do they all did. But he couldn't shake this feeling as if, something bad was gonna go down sometime soon.
