Babelguppy "vaguely dnd" yeah. mazes and monsters is dnd with a different skin. i think it's even OGL, which basically covers a basic system (originally dnd 3.5) that everyone uses to build worlds. But, yes, you're right. I would just like to say, that I stand corrected. redface I actually looked up Mazes and Monsters and found that i was thinking about something else entirely. Mazes and Monsters (or rather Monsters and Mazes) is NOT ogl and the system isn't even d20 (as far as i can tell). The setting is similar to dnd, and they came out around the same time, but it is in fact it's own system. edit: however, on closer inspection, "Mazes and Monsters" as stated in the forum here, is much closer to D&D than to "Monsters and Mazes," the 1980's d6 system. stop confusing me! gonk of course... maybe it's my own fault for making assumptions rather than RTFM.

Wow. So It's been a few years since I've been here and it has changed a lot.
When I role played here, we had a lot of updates and different kinds of RP's going on at once. I remember having multiple RP's going at once.
I would like to offer to help get this place back to its former glory. This was a great place to RP and it can be again.

Atrum krigare Wow. So It's been a few years since I've been here and it has changed a lot. When I role played here, we had a lot of updates and different kinds of RP's going on at once. I remember having multiple RP's going at once. I would like to offer to help get this place back to its former glory. This was a great place to RP and it can be again.

Tonash Drahow has a simplified dnd-based high-fantasy rp set up. Says we can play when there are three players. I've got a character, and i think KillerWarrior is making one too. that just leaves one more. (sorry, just a little excited. it's been a long time since i've gotten to play ANYthing. sweatdrop ) I'm also trying to run a dnd mod by post, if anyone would be up for that, but so far, no real takers. cry

We'll see how it turns out. sweet! i wasn't sure about it at first (i've had some problems playing with house rules in the past. almost put me off dnd from the very beginning.) but, as usual, once i started building a character, i got really excited. My Elven scaredy-cat can finally get the play he deserves. xd now, we just need to rope one more person into this. *looks around for next role playing victim.*
